A Study on the Effects of the Usage Review of the Majib Smartphone Application on Use Intention (스마트폰 맛집 앱 사용후기 특성이 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of genuineness, usefulness, overstatement, and assentation of the smartphone majib app on trust, perceived risk, and use intention, and thereby suggest useful information for the mobile application. A survey was conducted from May 11, 2015 to June 30, 2015 targeting smartphone majib app users through convenience sampling. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, of which 275 were used for analysis after excluding 25 response for negligent or inappropriate responses. The results found that, first, of the review characteristics, genuineness and usefulness, assentation had positive (+) effects on trust, while overstatement had a negative (-) effect on trust. Second, of the review characteristics, only genuineness and usefulness had significant effects on perceived risk. Third, trust had a significant effect on use intention rather than on perceived risk. Fourth, trust and perceived risk had mediating effects on the relationship between the assentation of the majib smartphone app review characteristics and use intention.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationships between gifted preschool children and their related variables(creativity, motivation, family system). 230 preschool children, parents and teachers from U-city have participated in this study. the collected data were analyzed with SPSS and AMOS. The goodness of fit was evaluated using the SRMR, RMSEA, CFI, and TLI. The results of this study were as follows: First, family system(adaptability, cohesion) were found to have a statistically significant direct impact on gifted preschool children. Second, creativity were found to have a significant direct effects on gifted preschool children. moreover they also had an indirect effect on gifted preschool children through family system. Third, motivation were found to have a statistically significant direct impact on gifted preschool children.

  • The purpose of this study is to increase the perception of publicness and service quality on nursing facility for the elderly.The care wokers are core human resources in elderly care work practices and their perception of their publicness are likely to on effect service quality. This survey was conducted 318 care workers in nursing facility for the elderly. Research method used multiple regression analysis. Result indicated that care worker's perception of publicness level and service quality is above the ordinarly. And care worker's perception of publicness had positive effect service quality.

The Relationship between University life Adaptation, Sex and Gender Role Identity (대학 생활적응과 성별 및 성 역할 정체감의 관련성 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of sex and gender role identity on college life adaptation. The participants were 142 male and 146 female students. The university life adaptation scale and gender role identity scale were carried out, and we conducted a parallel multiple mediator model using Process macro. As a result, while the effect of sex on adaptation level and resources was significant, the explanatory power increased to a meaningful level when effect of gender role identity was considered. In the adaptation level, the effects of masculinity and femininity are similar in magnitude, but in the resources, masculinity has a more positive effect. Finally, male students were mediated through masculinity and female students were mediated through femininity, which has a positive effect on adaptation. These results suggest a differentiated guidance direction according to sex and identity, and suggest that enterprising and challenging spirit is important.

  • The objectives of this study identify the factors that affect the quality of MTS services, to determine the effects of these service quality factors on customer's satisfaction and customer's loyalty. The results are as follows: First, The Four factors, i.e., tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance, represent statistically marginal significance in explaining the relationship between MTS service quality factors and customer's satisfaction. Second, The Five factors, i.e., rapidness, tangibles, responsiveness, empathy, and assurance represent statistically marginal significance in explaining the relationship between MTS service quality factors and customer's loyalty. Third, There are some differences in assurance/period of utilization, empathy/period of utilization in using MTS services according to social statistics. This article provides the paradigm of new convergence on IT and finance.

  • This study performed to examine the effects of the characteristics of SNS information, SNS site, and perceived usefulness of information on the visiting intention of SNS user in context of restaurant. Customers use SNS for navigation to find useful information and confirm the information about the destination they would like to visit. To achieve purpose of the current study, we developed a research model based on theoretical backgrounds and conducted a questionnaire survey targeting who is using SNS for searching a useful information. The results were as follow. 1) SNS information reliability, neutrality and amusement had a positive effect on the perceived usefulness of the information. 2) SNS site interaction, usage simplicity and reliability had a positive influence on the perceived usefulness of the information. 3) SNS user's perceived usefulness of the information had a positive effect on the perceived usefulness of the information.

Effect of Strategic Deviation on Corporate Value, Future Performance and Performance Persistence (전략적 일탈이 기업가치, 미래 성과, 성과지속성에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examines the effect of deviant strategies on corporate value and future performance by departing from the same strategy as other firms in the same industry. Business strategy affects the development and growth potential of a firm and becomes an important factor in determining future performance and corporate value. Business strategies differ according to industrial characteristics, and a firm that implements a heterogeneous strategy within the same industry may have different future performance or corporate value compared to other firms. This study analyzed listed firms from 2011 to 2019 in order to verify the effect of strategic deviation on the relationship between future performance or corporate value. The analysis results are as follows. First, strategic deviation was found to have a positive (+) effect on corporate value, but it was found to have a negative (-) effect on future performance and also affect the persistence of performance. These results are meaningful in examining the effect of strategic deviation on corporate value or future performance and performance persistence by classifying strategies in prior studies and expanding the results that the type of strategy affects corporate value and future performance.

A Study of Physical Environment of Public Golf Course for Golf Popularization (골프 대중화를 위한 대중제 골프장의 물리적 환경에 관한 연구)

  • This study was to examine the physical environment of public golf course for golf popularization. More specifically, this study was try to analyze the effects of physical environment on customer emotional response, golf course's image and recommendation intention of public golf course. This study were analyzed by frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows. First, among the physical environmental variables of public golf course, facilities' convenience, cleanliness, and aesthetics had positive effects on customers' positive emotion. Second, among the physical environmental variables of public golf course, facilities' cleanliness had effects on customers' negative emotion. Third, physical environment of public golf course had positive effects on golf course's image. Fourth, physical environment of public golf course had positive effects on recommendation intention.

The Way of the Increase in Helping Behavior: The Effects of Empathy and Fairness on Intention for Helping Behavior (도움행동을 높이기 위한 방안 모색: 공감과 공정성이 도움행동의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The importance of helping behavior in our society has been increasing and this study aimed to find the practical strategies to increase helping behaviors with minorities and general public in our communities. Participants(N=156) were randomly assigned to respond to a scenario which measured the intention to help either foreign workers or general public. Also, participants were given the scale of fairness and empathy to respond. The findings of this study demonstrated that (1) empathy and fairness had main effect of the intention to help other persons and empathy and different targets in the unfair perception had interactional effect; (2) the intention to help foreign workers was positively related to fairness and the intention to help general public was affected by empathy. The results showed that according to the perceived unfairness in helping behavior situations, the role of fairness which empathy did not explain was founded. These findings suggest that empathy and fairness in helping behavior are complementary to each other.

Influence Factors and the Introducing Outcomes over IT Outsourcing in the Government Offices (공공기관의 정보시스템 아웃소싱에 미치는 영향 요인과 도입 성과)

  • In this research, we analyzed the influence factors and introducing outcomes empirically. The influencing factors over IT Outsourcing set up organizational factors(maturity of information system, the support of CEO), dealing factors(asset speciality, uncertainty, degree of using of information system), and risk factors(risk of safety/security. cost increase, loss of autonomy). The result of this study are as follows. In the organizational factors, degree of a maturity of the information system and the support of CEO were analyzed as the variables affecting the introducing outcomes positively. In the dealing factors, however, the degree of using information system was only analyzed as the variables affecting the introducing outcomes positively, while the speciality of asset and the uncertainty factors were analyzed as the variables not affecting the introducing outcomes. In the risk factors, the risk of safety/security and the increase of cost were only analyzed as the variables affecting the introducing outcomes positively, therefore loss of autonomy, was not analyzed as the affecting variables.
