Existing studies on land values tend to show the use of simple euclidean distances as the accessibility variable and OLS as the analysis method. However, applying such euclidean distance-based accessibility to dense CBD areas has limitations in the incorporating the characteristics of network structure whereas using OLS, the typical method for non-spatial data, tends to exclude spatial effects of spatial data. In this study, we analyzed land values focusing on the revised accessibility variables and the analytical technique that can include spatial effects. First, we adopted space syntax theory in order to consider not simple shortest distances along the streets but distances based on street network structure. Second, we compared OLS with GWR that includes spatial effects. Third, we used different size grid-cells for the spatial units considering MAUP theory and applied them to Gangnam-gu area. Each cell was analyzed for overall influence of independent variables using OLS, and coefficients were presented by GWR which enables local analysis and visualization. As a result, we found that suggested accessibility variables have a meaningful effects for land value analyses, and we were able to verify that GWR produces improved results compared to OLS. Also, we observed that the resulting values vary depending on the sizes of spatial units.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the auto-regression effect between the elderly's assets and depression and life satisfaction, and to approach the influence of assets and depression on the elderly's life from a longitudinal perspective. For this purpose, the data for the 9th year (2014), 11th year (2016), and 13th year (2018) of the Korea Welfare Panel were used. As a result of the analysis, First, the assets, depression and life satisfaction of the elderly have a lasting effect on the passage of time, and the assets, depression and life satisfaction of the previous point in time (B=.694, B=.725, p<.001), depression (B=.258, B=.331 and p<.001) and life satisfaction (B=.264, B=.265, p<.001). Second, cross-recursion coefficients show how the relationship between the assets of the elderly and depression and the satisfaction of life affects each other over time, and the assets of the older person at the previous point in time (B=.010, B=.011, p<.001), the assets of the older persons at previous times are subsequently satisfied with their lives (B=.128, B=.124, p<.001). Based on the results of the above analysis, it is necessary to support the elderly's asset management service and education to prevent depression, such as continuous asset utilization education.

This study examined the degree of nurses' image, professional self-concept, and organizational commitment of nursing students to clarify the relationship among these variables. A descriptive research design was used. The participants were 238 nursing students in J city who were surveyed between September 7 and 10, 2016. The data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 21.0 program, which determined the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. The nurses' image, professional self-concept, and organizational commitment of nursing students showed an average of 4.01, 3.40, and 3.77 points, respectively, based on a five-point scale. There was a statistically significant positive correlation between the nurses' image, professional self-concept and organizational commitment. In addition, there was a positive correlation between the professional self-concept and organizational commitment for nursing students. Two factors explained 56.3% of the organizational commitment of the nursing students. The relative influence affecting the organizational commitment Nurse image, and professional self-concept were found. The nurse image was confirmed to be the largest predictor of organizational commitment.
The basic data will be provided for increasing the coping efforts and for decreasing the improvement of nursing services and stress in mothers of hospitalized child by examining the effects of the nurse's communication styles on the stress and coping efforts in mothers of hospitalized child. This study is the correlation research, and the data collection was conducted from September 2013 until December, and it was based on 196 mothers of hospitalized child in the pediatrics ward of E hospital in D city 196. The data collected was analyzed by the frequency, percentage average, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, regression analysis method. As the result of the study, about the effects of the nurse's perceived communication styles on the stress and coping efforts in mothers of hospitalized child, the nurse's non-authoritative communication style had the biggest effects on the stress, and the explanation power of those variables was 30.1%. In conclusion, in order to decrease the stress in mothers of hospitalized child and to enhance coping efforts, the nurses should sublate the authoritarian attitude and they should show the communication skills of friendly attitude and communication skills of the informative attitude. These communication skills are needed to be maintained and enhanced continually through the systematic communication enhancement program.
This study was conducted by empirically analyzing the relation between effects of positive emotional response of female customers, who have at some point consumed food at Korean restaurants in Busan, and behavioral intention according to their food service consumption propensity. In order to achieve the objective of the study, the questionnaire survey was performed from March $10^{th}$ to $25^{th}$, and frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and SEM (structure equation model) were conducted by using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS for 248 questionnaires. As a result of an exploratory factor analysis, five factors were confirmed. In a confirmatory factor analysis, the average variance extracted (AVE) and composite reliability (CR) were confirmed as .508 to .665 and .905 to .946 respectively, which proved the convergent validity. In a hypothesis test, Hypothesis 1 was determined that the food service consumption propensity positively effects on emotional response. The results were as follows: the taste driven (${\beta}$=.325, t=3.907, p<.001), the health driven (${\beta}$=.190, t=2.688, p<.001), and the atmosphere driven (${\beta}$=.188, t=2.515, p<.001). Therefore, Hypothesis 1 was selected. Hypothesis 1 has determined that positive emotional response beneficially affects behavioral intention. As a result of an analysis, the standardized path coefficient was (${\beta}$=.496, t=6.388, p<.001), so Hypothesis 1 was selected. This result suggests that the taste driven factor has the biggest influence on emotional response in the food service consumption propensity for female customers, and food service business operators should strive to make a good restaurant atmosphere for customers to get positive emotional response (pleasure, comfort, satisfaction, and joy).
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the consumer-brand relationship quality on the brand loyalty in family restaurants. Questionnaires were distributed to 320 students in K University located in Masan, who were sampled by convenience-sampling method. The surveys were conducted from November, 10 to 24, 2005. Of the 287 returned questionnaires, 15 unusable questionnaires were excluded to leave 272 for use in the final analysis(response rate: 85.0%). For the statistical analysis, SPSS(12.0)was used to conduct the descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed that 2 constructs (satisfaction and intimacy) of consumer-brand relationship quality have significantly positive effects on the brand loyalty in family restaurants(p<.01). This indicates that as consumer-brand relationship quality strengthens, the customer's brand loyalty increases. In conclusion, food service managers in family restaurants should focus on the marketing strategies to strengthen the quality of consumer-brand relationship in order to increase the brand loyalty of customers.
This study provides an illustrative example of using the multivariate generalizability theory. Specifically, it investigates relative effects of each error source, and finds optimal measurement conditions for the number of items within each content domain that maximizes the reliability-like coefficients, such as a generalizability coefficient and an index of dependability. The method is based on teacher recommendation letters and self-introduction letters, using an analytic scoring method in the context of selection of mathematically gifted students by observation and nomination. This study analyzed data from the 2011 academic year in the science education institute for the gifted, which is attached to the university located in the Seoul metropolitan area. It should be noted that the optimal scoring structures of this study are not generalizable to other selection instruments. However, the methodology applied in this study can be utilized to find optimal measurement conditions for the number of raters, the number of content domains, and the number of items in other selection instruments self-developed by many institutions including: the education institutes for the gifted at provincial offices of education, gifted classes, and the science education institutes for the gifted attached to universities in general. In addition, the methodology will provide bases for making informed decisions in selection instruments of the gifted based on measurement traits.
Noticing the intrinsic growing habit variations of hardwood species which is indigenous to the natural deciduous forest, eighteen tree species in overstory were selected for comparative evaluating tree form so as to develop the tree form index (TFI). Selected six tree form attributes were arbitrarily divided four assessment criteria and given appropriate scores. Eighteen tree species were undergone corresponding scores, converted to percentage base, and estimated TFI by the summation of the six scoring values. Cluster analysis was carried out to review which attribute would have been shared among species based on dissimilarity of scores for each pair of species in $18{\times}6$ data matrix. The result showed that Populus davidiana had the highest TFI value of 80.8 and Carpinus cordata had the lowest TFI va1ue of 46.3. The species which received more than 70 of TFI are Populus davidiana, Betula costata, Fraxinus mandshurica, and Ulmus davidiana var. japonica, characterized by the advantage of straight and longer bole, the narrower crown, and the thinner branch. On the contrary, such species as Sorbus alnifolia. Prunus sargentii, Acer mandshuricum, Juglans mandshurica, and Carpinus cordata received less than 60 of TFI, characterized by the disadvantage of the crooked or forked stem. the wider or deeper crown. and the thicker branch. In the dendrogram produced by cluster analysis, arbitrary value of Euclidean distance 10 divided eighteen species into four distinctive groups. and the typical characteristics of each group were discussed.
