  • 본 연구는 사용자들이 이동시에도 유무선 인터넷을 통해 모바일 단말기를 통해 데이터베이스에 접근할 수 있도록 제공한다. 이를 위해 별도의 노력 없이 유선 인터넷과 무선 인터넷간에 일관된 정보들이 제공되므로 이동시에도 관련 업무 정보들을 즉시 접근할 수 있다. 본 시스템은 XML 생성기, ML 생성기와 출판기 세 가지 부시스템으로 구성된다. 본 연구의 견과는 기업간 m-커머스로부터 보험, 영업, 판매, 택배 등 다양한 서비스 분야에서 기업이나 기관들의 생산성을 높이는데 중요한 역할을 담당할 것으로 기대된다.

  • 유무선 인터넷이 보편화되고 이용이 확산되면서 금융권에서는 고객의 편의성 증진을 위해 영업점의 상당한 업무를 인터넷뱅킹과 모바일뱅킹 등을 이용하여 처리할 수 있는 IT환경을 제공하고 있다. 이러한 Endpoint 환경의 변화는 점점 더 지능화되고 있는 사이버 공격 기술로 보안 위협이 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방법 중의 하나로 본 연구에서는 Reverse sandboxing 기술과 화이트리스트 기반의 보안 기술이 내장된 커널 수준의 TSX(Trusted Security Extension)기술을 통하여 맬웨어가 감염된 상태에서도 안전하게 전자금융거래를 할 수 있는 Endpoint 환경을 제공한다.

A Study on Critical Speed Enhancement of High-speed Train Passenger Car (고속열차 객차의 임계속도 향상에 관한 연구)

  • Over 12 years have passed since the first commercial operation of a Korean high-speed train. Since then, the transport capacity of the high-speed lines has become almost saturated. Therefore, studies have been carried out to increase the operating speed of the trains in order to increase their transportation capacity. This study was carried out to improve the critical speed of the KTX-Sancheon, Korean high-speed train, in order to increase its operating speed. A dynamic analysis of the KTX-Sancheon train was performed using the contact data obtained from the wheel wear profiles that were measured from a KTX-Sancheon train in commercial operation. The analysis results were verified by comparing them with the measurement acceleration data obtained from KTX-Sancheon. The suspension parameters were optimized to improve the operation speed. The critical speed of KTX-Sancheon was increased by 9.4% after the optimization by the response surface method. The optimized suspension parameters are expected to be used for the new bogie design to increase the operating speed of KTX-Sancheon from 300km/h to 350km/h.

A Building of Investment Decision Model for Improving Profitabilty of Tramper Shipping Business (해운산업 수익성 제고 투자의사결정 모델구축에 관한 연구 - 부정기선 영업을 중심으로 -)

  • This paper deals with a strategic investment decision model for improving investment profit in shipping industry. Despite the quantitative expansion of Korean shipping business, many shipping firms have suffered financial difficulties due to financial and operating risks that result from the characteristics of capital-intensive business as well as of volatility of shipping markets. As a result, managers in charge of making an investment decision, particularly in tramper business sector, are required to take both financial and operating risk factors into consideration. Put it differently, managers are strongly recommended to avoid these risks by ship asset play; buy-low and sell-high, which results in considerable capital gain and cost reduction. In addition, managers in shipping industry are also recommended to consider the ship chartering investment alternative when the freight markets show extreme volatility as the case of 2008 triggered by sub-prime mortgage financial crisis in USA. For example, the BDI suffered plunging down from 1000 in 2008 to 100 in 2010. Consequently, the 4th largest shipping company in Korea, DAEHAN Shipping Co., has collapsed primarily due to excessive tonnage expansion during the peak time of bulk market. In sum, the strategic investment decision model, suggested in this paper, is designed to include such factors as capital gain by asset play, timely chartering for alternative shipping service, and optimization of operating profit by tonnage adjustment in accordance with change in the shipping markets concerned.

A Study on the Effects of the Cooperative Philosophy between SMEs to the Cooperative Activities and Performance (중소기업 간 협력철학이 협력활동과 협력성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study analyzed the effect of cooperation activities among SMEs. In order to study empirical analysis, we classified the types of cooperation into four dimensions: technology cooperation, human resource cooperation, sales cooperation and financial cooperation. Review the role of the collaborative philosophy as a predictor. This study also analyzed the relationship between cooperation philosophy, cooperation activities and performance. The results of this study are as follows: First, the result of path analysis between cooperation philosophy and cooperation activities shows that cooperation philosophy has an important influence on technical cooperation, human resource cooperation, sales cooperation and financial cooperation. Second, the results of the relationship between cooperation activities and achievements, technical cooperation, human resource cooperation, and sales cooperation have an important influence on cooperation performance. The meaning of this study is as follows. Analyze empirical tests using the PSBP model from a partnership perspective. We are trying to verify the relationship with SMEs. Therefore, we can suggest a beneficial implication to explain the importance of cooperation activities between SMEs. Also, SME business units have a problem with technical information leakage when they form partnerships, but in order to overcome this problem, we can use cooperative philosophies and avoid negative views.

Comparative Study of Foreign Countries on Management Rules on Rail Defects (각국의 레일결함 관리 기준 비교)

  • 선로의 레일은 재료적인 특성과 현장의 많은 주변 요소에 의한 불확실성이 매우 높은 시스템으로 결함의 위험이 상존한다. 결함 발생과 조치에 따라 영업손실로 이어지므로 레일 결함 발생과 동시에 적절한 조치가 요구된다. 따라서 레일결함 발생 시 레일교환시기를 파악하는 것이 선로관리비용을 줄일 수 있으며 레일교환에 대한 신속한 판단을 위함 관리기준을 정립하는 것이 요구된다. 현재 국내에서 고속선의 경우 관리 기준이 있으나, 일반철도는 없는 실정이다. 본 연구는 차후 일반철도 180km/h 속도상승을 계획하고 있는 현 시점에 국외 관리기준을 분석하여 결함관리기준을 정립에 기여하고자 한다. 국내의 경우, 2004. 4. 1 프랑스 기술을 전수받아 개통한 고속선은 프랑스 레일관리기준을 적용한 "레일손상 등급별 관리기준"을 제정하여 레일관리를 시행하고 있다. 국외의 경우, INNOTRACK프로젝트 안에서 관련된 다른 IM(Infrastructure Managers, 사회기반시설 관리자들)에게 최근의 활동과 변화의 이해를 제공하기 위해서, 선택된 결함들의 최소조치들의 조사가 Network Rail, OBB, Prorail, Banverket 그리고 DB에서 수행되고 있으며 UIC 지침에도 포함되고 있다. 모든 최소조치 원칙은 초음파나 육안에 의해 발견된 길이나 초음파 또는 와류탐상기(eddy current system)를 이용한 깊이에 대한 제한(limits)을 준다. 또한 침목과 이음매 또는 용접부에 관한 위치에 관한 결함의 제한이 있다. 명시된 기간은 즉각적일 수도 있으며, 보통 속도 제한이나 비상 죔쇠(Clamps)같은 경감시키는 수단에 적용될 수 있으며, 또는 더 긴 기간이 될 수도 있다. 더 긴 기간들은 수리나 레일 교체를 통하여 선로로부터 결함이 제거되어야 하는 최대의 시간이다. 본 연구에서는 Transverse Breaks, Squats, Head Checks 3가지 결함 유형에 대해 각 국에서 사용하는 최소 조치를 비교하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 유럽에서는 레일결함에 대하여 깊이 있는 연구를 통하여 관리기준을 정하여 관리하고 있으며 이에 따라 상세하고 구체적인 레일 관리가 가능하므로 효율적이며 안전성이 제고되는 것으로 판단된다. 차후 일반철도의 180km/h 속도상승을 계획하고 있는 현 시점에서 국내철도 일반선 여건에 적합한 레일결함관리기준을 정립하기 위한 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

A Study on Integrated Physical Distribution of the Pharmaceutical Industry in Korea (한국제약산업의 통합물류에 관한 연구)

  • The Korean pharmaceutical industry has many pharmaceutical companies and business acquaintances, small quantity batch production and a lot of competition products having same ingredient. Under such a situation, an integrated distribution is said to be proper to lower distribution costs and deliver effectively: However, each business has different delivery conditions, timely delivery of small quantity batch order and other particular services, etc to have problems of competition of turnover increase. The study suggests measures below to lower distribution costs and to elevate sales business efficiency. First, Joint marketing of pharmaceuticals between pharmaceutical companies. Second, Joint delivery of three or less companies having similar business scales. Third, An agreement with wholesale distributors of unified distribution of pharmaceuticals being sold much. Fourthly, Wholesale distributors' pharmaceuticals distribution services. Fifthly, Cooperation of business acquaintance. In summary, the Korean pharmaceutical industry needs an integrated distribution system. Considering characteristics of the industry, however, the small pharmaceutical companies are thought to be difficult to accept the integrated distribution because complete integrated distribution may reduce sales.

Recognition of a New Car License Plate Using HSI Information, Fuzzy Binarization and ART2 Algorithm (HSI 정보와 퍼지 이진화 및 ART2 알고리즘을 이용한 신차량 번호판의 인식)

  • In this paper, we proposed a new car license plate recognition method using an unsupervised ART2 algorithm with HSI color model. The proposed method consists of two main modules; extracting plate area from a vehicle image and recognizing the characters in the plate after that. To extract plate area, hue(H) component of HSI color model is used, and the sub-area containing characters is acquired using modified fuzzy binarization method. Each character is further divided by a 4-directional edge tracking algorithm. To recognize the separated characters, noise-robust ART2 algorithm is employed. When the proposed algorithm is applied to recognize license plate characters, the extraction rate is better than that of existing RGB model and the overall recognition rate is about 97.4%.

Impact of Korea's reform for separation between prescribing and dispensing of drugs on profits of doctor's clinics and pharmacies (의약분업이 의원 및 약국의 영업이익에 미친 영향)

  • As of 1 July 2000 a big reform was introduced into the Korean health care system: the separation between prescribing and dispensing of drugs (SPD reform). There was, however, a big financial stake associated with pharmaceuticals, particularly before the reform, because physicians as well as pharmacists were allowed to purchase drugs at much lower costs than the insurance reimbursement. In this respect, this study focuses on the change in income and profit of both doctor's clinics and pharmacies after the reform. Data from National Health and Nutritional Survey by the ministry of health and welfare were used to estimate the income or expenditure that are financed by out-of-pocket payment of the patients, while national health insurance data etc. were used for the estimation of the income or expenditure that is financed by insurers. Average annual income per doctor's clinic increased from 299 million won to 338 million won for the three years between 1998 and 2001, whereas average annual income per pharmacy increased enormously from 60 million won to 305 million won for the same period. Average annual 'profit' increase per each doctor's clinic caused by the reform itself was estimated to range from 50 to 83 million won, while that per each pharmacy, from 23 to 87 million won. In sum, while both doctor's clinics and pharmacies are beneficiaries of the SPD reform, its positive impact is particularly prominent on the latter.

Research on problem the method of calculating the utilization coefficent of a polmounted TR (주상변압기 이용율 계산방법에 대한 문제점 연구)

  • 한전에서는 배전용 변압기의 부하관리를 위하여 전국사업소에 산재해 있는 변압기를 NDIS1) 부하관리 시스템으로 데이터 베이스화 하고, 각 변대에 수용되어 있는 고객의 월별 전기사용량을 추출하기 위하여 영업정보시스템과 연계하여 변압기, 배전선 개체관리는 물론 부하계산, 부하실적 및 부하예측 자료를 관리하고 있다. 이중 전등부하는 고객의 월간 사용전력량(kWh)과 최대부하(kVA)의 부하특성에 따른 상관 계수를 산정하여 이를 상관식에 적용하여 최대부하를 산출하고 있으며, 동력부하는 계약전력 및 종합수용률을 적용하여 부하전류를 계산하고 있으나 최근 고객의 냉방부하 급증으로 인하여 고객의 계약전력과 실제 설비용량과의 많은 차이가 발생하고 있어 변압기 관리에 어려움이 있고, 과부하로 인하여 변압기가 소손되는 사례도 발생하고 있다. 따라서 변압기 무선부하 감시시스템으로 측정한 결과를 토대로 변압기 이용율 계산의 정확도를 높이고 변압기 관리를 효율적으로 할 필요가 있다.
