This study aims to reproduce of Anuisamdong's landscape structure and improve the value of Scenic site. It was extract main spot from Geography book published by government in the 19th Century. And analyzed landscape architecture of Dongcheon. Extract main spot from Geography book published by government. Consequently, Hwarim-dong main spot 6 places, Simjin-dong main spot 9 places, and Wonhak-dong main spot 25 places were identified. Hwarim-dong's main spot was divided into 3 places of pavilion and scenery, respectively. Simjin-Dong's main spots was all that natural elements as a scenery. Wonhak-dong's main spot was the most elements of the Anuisamdong in geography book published by government. Hwarim-dong was pavilion-based scenery area complex, Simjin-dong was continues scenery spot along the valley, and Wonhak-dong was hybrid distribution that landscape structure. Each dongcheon in Anuisamdong was created a separate area through isolated geographical, visually for structure of collectively means. Also, a narrow entrance and enclosure topography are areas which arouse atmosphere of paradise. In addition, Aunuisamdong's landscape structure, which was previously divided into individual Dongcheon, was expanded into a single integrated landscape structure of Dongcheon. This is different from the general landscape development of common Dongcheon with the same starting and ending points and sightseeing routes.
This study was conducted to know the change pattern of chemical components, especially proximate constituents, saponin and free sugars in roots of 4-year ginseng according to different harvesting time, and to find out the optimum harvesting time on the basis of chemical components in fourth year ginseng root. The crude protein content was 20.77% of the highest on the April (shootinzg stage),13.13% of the lowest on the June among all growing stages, and was constant at 17% after the August. But crude oil and fiber contents showed the highest value on the May (flowering stage). The content of total sugars which was the largest constituent among the chemical components in ginseng root was in the range of 60~7(1% during the all growing stages. It showed the highest value of 7l% on the June, but the lowest of 60% on the May. The total free sugar contents was the highest on the April (20.40%), but the lowest on the May (11.89%). The change pattern of sucrose contents (10.96-19.60%) was same as the total sugars contents (11.89-20.40%), on the other hand, the contents of glucose and maltose were not changed significantly during all harvesting times. The contents of crude saponins and total ginsenosides had the value of 7.60% and 4.09% on the May, respectively. That was statistically significant, but the other harvesting times were not. Therefore, on the basis of the only chemical characteristics in the four year-old ginseng root, we suggest that the harvesting on the May at flowering stage was most proper time.
This study compared the major chemical components of Angelica gigas of Korea, A. acutiloba of Japan, and A. sinensis of China. A. gigas had the highest crude fat level, A. acutiloba the highest moisture content, and A. sinensis the greatest crude protein level. The main free sugar was fructose in three species. Total amino acid contents of A. gigas, A. acutiloba and A. sinensis were 4,178.64 mg%, 2,952.10 mg%, and 3,367.13 mg%, respectively. Although amino acid compositions of the three species were different, arginine, proline and lysine were the major amino acids in all species. The main saturated fatty acid was caproic acid in A. gigas and palmitic acid in A. acutiloba and A. sinensis. Linoleic acid, linolenic acid, and oleic acid were the main unsaturated fatty acid in all three species. Oxalic acid was the major organic acid in the three species. Vitamin A contents of A. gigas, A. acutiloba, and A. sinensis were 5.10 mg%, 6.32 mg%, and 6.11 mg%, respectively. However, vitamin E was detected only in A. gigas, at 0.47 mg%.. The mineral contents of the three species were (in order of concentration) K, Mg, Fe, and Na.
For the comparison of feeding behavior of Nilaparvata lugens among different rice varieties, electrical penetration graph (EPG) technique was used. Ten rice varieties were selected from national-widely recommended rice varieties cultivating in Chungnam province. The correlation between feeding duration and honeydew amount excreted was investigated, and the types of EPG pattern were analyzed among rice varieties. The EPG patterns divided into 6 types according to electrical specific feature, respectively. Type 1 pattern was a searching feeding sites, resting or wandering on a rice plant. Type 2 pattern was appeared when the insect untaken from phloem sieve element. Type 3 pattern was observed when the insect piercing into the rice plant. Type 4 pattern was observed when the insect salivating in rice plant. Type 5 pattern was observed when the insect ingesting from the xylem. Type 6 pattern was observed when the stylet moving in cell. Feeding duration time on Gum-nam was significantly shorter than Dong-jin, Dae-ahn, Dong-ahn, Dae-san. Also, on Gun-nam, it was shown that the brown planthopper did not penetrate the cuticle for a long time. The total number of excreted honeydew droplets by the brown planthopper was the greatest in Dong-jin variety and the least in Gum-nam variety. In proportion to phloem feeding time, the number of honeydew droplets had been increased. According to the results of EPG patterns and honeydew droplets analysis, N. lugens seems to prefer Dong-jin, Dong-ahn, Dae-san, and Dae-ahn to Gum-nam, Da-san, and Nam-chun rice plant variety.
The peach pyralid moth (Dichocrocis punctiferalis) is reported as import ant pest insect to chestnut fruits in Asia including Korea. For seasonal occurrence of D. punctiferalis in 1996, 1998 and 1999, D. punctiferalis adults were collected by light trap and sex pheromone wing trap in the chestnut orchard. Also, damaged rate of chestnut fruits were examined each collecting site. In 1996, according to examination by using light trap at three different site in Kongju, the occurrence peak of 2nd gene ration of D. punctiferalis adults was early August. Collected individuals after September were cons ide red as 3rd generation. Damaged rate due to maturation type was 26.5% averagely. The order of damaged rate were early, late and middle maturation type as 35.04%, 19.35% and 26.03%, respectively. Using synthetic sex pheromone trap at Kongju, Cheungyang and Buyeo in 1998, occurrence peaks were occurred mid-August to 2nd generation and late September to 3nd gene ration in Kongju. However, from early-August to late-September 5 peaks were occurred sequentially in Cheungyang. Second generation adults were occurred in mid-August and 3rd ones were occurred from late-September to early-October in Buyeo. In 1999, occurrence peaks of 3rd generation were early, middle and late September in Kongju, Cheungyang and Buyeo respectively. Damaged rate were 6.8%, 6.6% and 15.3% in Kongju, Cheungyang and Buyeo, respectively. Damaged rate order due to variety were Eunki, Chukpa, Danpa, Bokpa, Wangjung, Byunggo57, Yuoma at Buyeo and were Chukpa, Dukmyung, Byunggo57 at Cheungyang in 1999. Damage rate of chestnut were different with variety. Eunki and Chukpa in Buyeo and Chukpa and Dukmyung in Cheungyang were more damaged by D. punctiferalis respectively.
The influence of normal late pregnancy on insulin action and insulin secretion was studied in the Sprague-Dawley female rats. On 20th day after mating, intravenous glucose tolerance test(IVGTT) was performed in non pregnant control and pregnant rats. As results of IVGTT, glucose disappearance rate was not significantly different in both groups, but secretory response of insulin was significantly(p<0.05) increased in pregnant rat. And the ratio of insulin/glucose was significantly higher in pregnant rats, which means existence of insulin resistance. These insulin resistance was overcomed by increased secretory response of pancreatic insulin. Insulinogenic index(${\Delta}$ insulin/glucose - 5 min) was highly significantly (r=0.62, p<0.01) correlated with progesterone concentration. Glycogen level and amounts of $^{14}C$-glucose incorporated into glycogen after IVGTT were significantly(p<0.05) decreased in the liver, but were not changed significantly in soleus. Glycogen synthase activity of soleus and liver was not differ significantly in the both groups. Insulin binding at varying concentrations of insulin to crude membrane of pregnant liver was not significantly different from control. In conclusions, although these pregnant rats were normal glucose tolerance due to increased secretory response of insulin, that was correlated with progesterone concentration, pregnant rat had insulin resistance. The mechanisms of insulin resistance were not related to defect of insulin binding phase and glycogen synthase, but suggest pre-receptor and/or postreceptor phase.

This study was tested on Ratafia Champagne Trouillard 1947 of old fortified wine and analyzed differences from existing wines. Old fortified wine in Champagne, France and blanding is Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. Alcohol level is 18% and test date is Feb. 15-21, 2019(six days of decanting period/15 p.m. on the last tasting day). Tester is composed of one FICB grand commander one KOV Finland commander. The wine opening was tested for two blades after wire removal and the decanting time was applied to the calculation formula of 2019(this year)-1947(vintage year)/12=6 days set in this study. Aroma smelled like cherries, fruits, soy sauce and licorice and bouquet was identified in five stages. The first stage was presented with the smell of pot, the second stage was light coffee, the third stage smell of fruit and flowers, the fourth stage smell of wild honey and the fifth stage smell of refined brandy. Then, the test was analyzed in seven stages. This study has the following implications: First, the new concept of old wine was applied to fortified wine. Specific computational formulas for the decanting period were derived. The decanting presented five steps of aromas and bouquet. Wine testing has been expanded from the previous five to seven levels. A new taste of Champagne old fortified wine was analyzed.

The study tested the old wines of Château Latour 1953 and tried to analyze the differences from the old wines. Even if not the great vintage, the quality change of old wine gives a new flavor, so it requires analysis results from empirical concepts, decanting, and testing. Based on the analysis results, the government wanted to re-evaluate the old wine and give consumers joy and implications for the wine. The wine to be studied is Château Latour 1953 and is an old wine from the French province of Pauillac. Wine blending is known to be 75% of cabernet sauvignon, 20% of melot, 4% of cabernet franc and 1% of petit verdot. The alcohol level is 13% and the test date is July 2-7, 2018(decanting period 5.4 days/15:00 p.m. on July 7). The testing site was a wine cafe in Daegu City, and the tester consisted of one FICB Korean grand commander and one KOV Finland commander and selected Japchae of Korean food as a mariage. The ullage of Chateau Latour 1953 was 3.0cm and was set up for one month for testing. Decanting time was applied to the calculation formula 2018(current year)-1953(vintage year)/12=5.4 days, which was investigated in this study. Aroma smelled of cork, old grapes, tobacco, leaves and leather, the bouquet was identified in five stages, and the testing was analyzed in seven stages.
Changes of the activities of the hepatic cells of female mud skipper, Boleophthalmus pectinirostris were investigated under transmission electron microscopy. Monthly changes of gonadosomatic index(GSI) and hepatosomatic index(HSI), variations of protein and nucleic acid contents(total RNA and DNA) of the liver tissues with the gonadal development phase were also studied. GSI began to increase from May(the growing stage), reaching the maximum value in late June(the mature stage), and then it began to decrease from late July(the degenerative stage), reaching the lowest value in late September. Monthly variations of HSI were negatively related to GSI. HSI decreased in the summer season when the ovary was getting mature and reached the maximum in mid October when the ovary was degenerating. In June(the mature stage), the female hepatic cells of the liver tissues became large and nuclei were hypertrophic. The amounts of glycogen particles and lipid droplets in the cells gradually decreased, while a number of granular endoplasmic reticulum increased. It was assumed that well-developed granular endoplasmic reticulum binding ribosomes are supposed to play the leading role in protein synthesis and deposition for vitellogenin in the cytoplasm. In July(the spawning period), glycogen particles and lipid droplets gradually increased, and then these substances were still observed in large quantity in August(the degenerative stage). The protein contents of the liver tissues with the gonadal phases of the ovaries were shown the maximum value($4.720{\pm}0.103\;mg/g$) in June, and afterwards gradually decreased being the minimum($3.640{\pm}0.130\;mg/g$) in July, and then gradually increased in August. The mean total RNA contents per gram of the liver tissues appeared the maximum($0.523{\pm}0.040\;mg/g$) in June, and afterwards gradually decreased to the minimum($0.158{\pm}0.006\;mg/g$) in July and slightly increased in August again. From these results, it could be assumed that protein contents were closely related to RNA contents. The mean total DNA contents per weight (gr) of the liver tissues appeared to be similar although there were some monthly fluctuations. The ratio of the mean total RNA/DNA were 0.745 in June, 0.262 in July, 0.341 in August respectively.
The aim of the present investigation has, been to evaluate the depletion pattern of the supercompensated glycogen of hindlimb muscles during strenous exercise in rats. The plan of the maximizing muscle glycogen stores is based on the fact that a glycogen-depleted muscle by exercise will have an increased avidity for glycogen when exposed to a high carbohydrate diet. The glycogen concentration of soleus, red gastrocnemius and plantaris muscle, and liver was measured at 0, 30 and 60 minutes during treadmill exercise. The experimental animals were divided into 5 group - Normal(N), Control(C), 1Hour(1HR:after 1hour of glucose ingestion), 2Hour(2HR:after 2hour of glucose ingestion) and Exercise-1Hour(EX-1HR:glucose ingestion after 1 hour of preloading treadmill exercise)group - for glycogen storage study. The glycogen concentration of soleus, red gastrocnemius and plantaris muscles in N group was $4.57{\pm}0.34$, 5.11+0.24 and $6.55{\pm}0.20mg/gm\;wet\;wt.$, respectively. The glycogen concentration of soleus and red gastrocnemius in EX-1HR group were about 1.9 and 1.8 times than that of N group, respectively, but the concentration of plantaris was not higher than that of N group. The glycogen concentration of liver in N group was $41.0{\pm}1.47mg/gm\;wet\;wt.$ and the concentration of the overnight fasted C group was only 2.9% of the value of N group. The level of glycogen concentration of liver in the other glucose ingested groups(1HR, 2HR, including EX-1HR) was within 19 - 32% of that of N group. The blood glucose concentration of EX-1HR group was higher than that of N group, the plasma free fatty acid concentration of C and 2HR group was higher than that of N group, and the plasma insulin concentration of EX-1HR group was higher than that of N group. The concentrations of supercompensated glycogen of soleus and red gastrocnemius were rapidly decreased during 30 minutes of exercise but there was almost no changes of the concentration during the other 30 minutes of continuing exercise. The concentration of N group during 30 minutes of exercise was decreased but more slowly than those of EX-1HR group. The remaining level of glycogen after 60 minutes of exercise in EX-1HR group was higher than that of N group. Taken together, the mobilization of endogenous muscle glycogen at the first stage of exercise was proportioned to the initial level of glycogen concentration, and later on, when exercise continued, the muscle glycogen level was stabilized. And the remaining level of supercompensated muscle glycogen after 60 minutes of exercise was higher than that of normally stored glycogen level. The mobilization of the glycogen stroed in slow and fast oxidative muscle fibers is faster than in the fast glycolytic muscle fibers during strenous exercise.
