PCB 구조적 설계에 따른 LED Module의 열적 광학적 특성 (Optical, Thermal property by Applied PCB Structure design)

  • As developing the information society, Lighting Emitted diode(LED) which is light source for illumination of next generation is attracted public attention. LED have many problem as narrow light view angle, high price, drift phenomenon of color coordinate, high heating problem for lower power, lower weight and small size. So, many researches have continued in a illumination as LED module type. in this problem, heating problem is very important and difficult and that is caused in decreasing phenomenon of brightness and drift phenomenon of color coordinate. so the problem of heating is urgent question for illumination of LED. In this paper, structural design of PCB changed as two type for solving the heating problem. also the properties of heating is analysed and optical properties is measured with heating image camera and spectrometer according to change in this design.

공동주택에서의 효과적인 난방열량제어 관리방안

  • 공동주택에서 난방용 에너지를 절감하기 위한 난방제어기와 난방계량기의 효과적 활용방법을 중심으로 난방열량 제어 관리방안에 대하여 기술한다. 우리나라 공동주택 난방방식에 주로 이용되고 있는 바닥패널 이용 복사난방시스템은 공간의 단열특성, 난방패널의 열적 및 수력학적 특성, 열원공급 및 제어방법에 따라 주거용 건물의 에너지소비에 큰 영향을 미치고 있으나 적절한 설계 및 운영방법이 제대로 마련되어 있지 않아 국가적인 차원에서 많은 양의 난방용 에너지가 낭비되고 있는 실정이다. 특히 공동주택에 설치되는 바닥패널 난방시스템과 관련된 문제점들로는 실내온도 및 난방열량의 제어방법과 난방용 열량의 계량방법 등을 들 수 있다. 그림 1은 공동주택에 설치된 난방제어기와 난방계량기의 모습을 보여주고 있다.

  • 인버터는 주로 커패시터 입력형 정류기를 사용하고 있다. 이로인해 인버터는 역률이 나쁘고 고조파가 발생하며 화학적, 열적 특성의 열화로 인버터 고장율을 증가시킨다. 따라서 평활용 커패시터를 제거하면 불완전한 특성을 갖는 커패시터로 인한 문제점을 해결할 수 있다. 그러나 다시 이로 인하여 발생되는 리플전압으로 인한 문제가 박생하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 리플을 순시추종 보상형 PWM 제어기를 사용하여 해결하므로 우수한 특성을 갖는 인버터 시스템을 설계할 수 있었다.

  • Recently an automobile industry is concerned about an automobile wiring harness system. It means that development of component modules is on the increase. An importance of the connector in one part of the modules will be enhanced. A connector is made of P.B.T. (Poly Butylene Terephthalate). PBT is resistant to the high temperature. This paper deals with thermal strain of connector. According as temperature increase, effects of the temperature and thermal strains give an analysis of the deformation using ABAQUS. This apparent thermal strain results actually from the variation of temperature. Being based on this analysis, axiomatic design applies to design parameters of the connector. As compared with CAE analysis, a performance improvement makes certain of the truth of the matter.

  • Thermal control of satellite propellant tank is achieved by patch heaters enabled by thermostat's behavior. It is important to attach the thermostat on the appropriate position of the propellant tank. However its position cannot be given with exact numerics because tank is spherical. Actually the position for thermostat is designated in relevant drawing approximately, therby, the engineer practices depending on his own experience and intuition. The sensitivity analysis for the position of thermostat is performed such that the influence on the thermal behavior and control of tank is examined quantatively. When assembling tank module, the reasonable performance on the thermal control is believed with possible human errors if the uncertainty in the position of thermostat is not quite large.

  • In this paper, a failure model for co-cured steel-composite tubular single lap joints has been proposed incorporating the nonlinear mechanical behavior of steel adherends and different failure mode s such as steel adherend failure and composite adherend failure. The characteristics of the co-cured steel-composite tubular single lap joint were investigated with respect to the test temperature, the stacking sequence of composite adherend, the thickness ratio of steel adherend to composite adherend, and the scarf ratio of steel adherend. Thus, the optimum design method for the co-cured steel-composite tubular single lap joint was suggested.

  • In this study, the flow control system with shape memory alloy in jet engine inlet was suggested to adjust the shock boundary layer interact~on for supersonic flight system. It consisted of the flap with shape memory alloy, spar with steel, and fixing device with aluminum alloy. The advantages of itself are a simple configuration, a passive air circulation by using the flap deflection due to pressure difference, and no need to be required the auxiliary devices. Finite element analysis was conducted to predict the thenno-mechanical behavlor of the flap system with shape memory alloy. The user-defined subroutine UMAT was implemented with ABAQUS to accon~modate the thermo-mechanical constitutive relation of shape memory alloy.

  • 복합재 케이스는 KSLV-I 킥모터 시스템 요구 조건을 만족하도록 설계하였다. 비행모델 제작에 앞서 신뢰성을 확보하기 위해 구조시험과 연소시험을 수행하였다. 구조시험으로는 수압시험, 진공시험, 비 파괴검사를 수행하여 연소시험 전에 케이스의 구조적 건전성을 확인하였으며 지상연소시험을 통해 열적 구조적 특성을 고찰하였다.

  • In this paper, thermal stabilization design of a new concept compact machining center has been investigated. A new concept machining center adopted a new X-axis as a NC rotary table. A New concept compact machining center is designed that spindle speed, feed rate and NC Rotary table speed are 12,000rpm, 60m/min and 110rpm each. The analysis is carried out by using FEM simulation Solidworks, CATIA and ANSYS. This paper is focused on the thermal deformation according to temperature distribution of a spindle system and feed drive system. Heat transfer analysis is performed according to heat source and atmosphere contact parts. As a result, this compact machining center is designed as a thermally stable structure.
