Arbitration is a just and efficient method for resolving economic disputes. It adapts to the needs of economic development and is an important institution in today's society. Around the world, a tradition of resolving disputes through arbitration spontaneously developed in ancient times and gradually evolved into a legal system with the development of jurisprudence starting from the Middle Ages. In China, formal legislation on arbitration began in the modern era during the Republic of China period. However, the origins of arbitration as a method for resolving disputes can be traced back to ancient times, during the Qin and Han dynasties. The most significant modern arbitration legislation in China is the "Arbitration Law" enacted in 1995, which drew on the experiences of foreign arbitration laws. Despite this, there are still many areas in arbitration legislation that require improvement based on practical experiences. Currently, revisions to the Arbitration Law are underway, and historical experiences may offer valuable insights, assisting in better integrating the Arbitration Law with Chinese society. This article primarily focuses on the role and impact of the imported modern commercial arbitration system in China and how it can be harmonized with China's legal culture in the future.

This study aims to discuss issues related to small libraries by analyzing laws and municipal ordinances. It conducts an extensive literature review on the history and present conditions of small libraries and explores the characteristics of small libraries as a social movement. Based on the analysis of the Libraries Act, the legal status of small libraries are argued and other related regulation are also discussed. 114 municipal regulations which are related to small libraries are analyzed into five categories including general conditions, related laws, definitions, facilities, and workforce. As a result, the alternative strategies for legal issues on small libraries are provided in the three different aspects.

The anode may inevitably undergo a number of reduction.oxidation (redox) cycles during solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) operation. The re-oxidation of Ni to NiO causes significant mechanical stress to be developed across the anode, which may destroy the integrity of the whole cell. In this study, the redox behavior of Ni-YSZ composite was examined at $800^{\circ}C$ using various characterization techniques.

This paper is bibliographical study on Chonshin-sarikyung(全身舍利經 sutra scroll) which is owned by Sungbo museum Woljung-sa(月精寺) in Odae-san(五臺山). Through the investigation with documents and other historical materials in relation to the history of Woljung-sa, I found new prospect that Elder Yuyun of Suda-sa changed name of Woljung-sa at the middle of 13th century. Therefore, as it is considered that construction of Palgakgucheungsuktab(八角九層石塔 Octagonal Nine-storied stone Pagoda) and completion of Chonshinsarikyung were closely related to the rebuilt of Woljung-sa, it is proved that Palgakgucheungsuktab and Chonshin-sarikyung had been completed at this rebuilt period.

국제수역사무국(Office International des Epizooties;OIE)의 제64차 국제위원회 총회가 지난 5월 20일부터 24일까지 프랑스 파리시내 12rue de Prony에 소재하고 있는 국제수역사무국 본부에서 개최된 바 있다. 한편, 동회의기간중 세계수의사회(World Veterinary Association;WVA) 제 48차 총회 및 관련 각 위원회 또한 국제수역사무국 본부에서 개최된 바 있다. 국제수역사무국은 지난 1924년도에, 국제적 협력이 필요한 가축전염병의 병인과 방제대책에 관련된 실험 또는 연구업무의 증진과, 회원국 정부 및 각국 수의관련 부서로부터 가축질병과 방역대책에 관련된 전반적인 관심사항에 대한 모든 사실과 기록을 수집하여 주의를 환기시키고, 전염병 방역규정에 관한 국제적 협정초안을 검토하고 서명 당사국 정부에 시행 감독권한을 부여하거나 조정을 목적으로, 프랑스 정부의 주도하에 창립멤버 28개국 정부의 조인을 받아 국제협약에 의하여 설치되어 금년에 창립 72주년을 맞이하였으며, 금년 5월 현재의 정식가입 회원국수는 143개국이 되었다. 본편에서는, 제1장에서 국제수역사무국에 대한 연혁과 조직 기능, 역할과 업무활동, 향후 활동 발전방향 등에 대하여 간략히 해설하고, 제2장에서는 금년 (1996년도) 제64차 총회의 의사일정과 주요 협의사항, 각 위원회별 보고사항 등을 소개하고자 하며, 마지막으로 제3장에서는 금년 총회의 기술의제와 관련하여 우리나라의 보고사항을 기록해 두고자 한다.

Objective : "Dochangbup" is one of the therapies that remove pathogenic qi[邪氣] from the Emetic Method in the Miscellaneous Disorders part of Dongeuibogam東醫寶鑑. It is, in particular, the method of treatment that removes phlegm[痰], the cause of various disorders. Method : Application of "Dochangbup" had a long history in Korea as well. The meaning and application of "Dochangbup" are mentioned in various texts from early Chosun dynasty to the post liberation. Result : In China, there are a lot of medical texts by physicians throughout Ming and Qing Dynasty, with GeZhiYuLun格致餘論 at the top of the list, dealing with the meaning and applicable scope of "Dochang" method and pharmacy of "Hacheongo霞天膏". Most of the physicians are affiliated with Dan Xi School, regarding ZhudanXi朱丹溪 as a suzerain. In "Dongeuibogam", it is mentioned that "Dochangbup" can treat various disorders caused by phlegm. Though, when there is a possibility of harming original qi[元氣] during the treatment or grave deficiency in patients, it is requested to consider tonifying while purging. Conclusion : "Dochangbup" can be applied not only to the disorders mentioned in classical medical texts, like heart pain[心痛], leg disease[脚氣], urine turbidity[小便濁], involuntary discharge of semen[遺精], cough[咳嗽], blood spitting[喀血], but also to metabolic syndrome such as obesity, hypertention and diabetes, commonly found in the modern era.

In establishing the NGIS (The National Geographic Information System) , the Korean Government has been computerizing maps such as topographical maps as well as thematic maps. If the digital maps are mapped according to their use purpose, they can be efficiently used. The goals of this study is to describes the reasonable inspection process of digital maps. For these goals, quality controls and test processes of digital maps are investigated and then the error types of digital maps are analyzed. Nine standards which are data lineage, data format, positional accuracy, attribute accuracy, topology, logical consistency, edge-matching , completeness, outline range are established and nine steps, multi steps, which are making a work plan, analysing error types of digital maps, inspection with the naked eyes, a computerized inspection , a automatic inspection, the judge of results, the analysis of results are proposed.

본 고에서는 지금까지의 통신 서비스의 주류를 형성했던 접속 중심의 서비스가 한계상황에 도달함에 따라 사업자 또는 네트워크 장비측면에서 그 대안으로 부각되고 있는 응용 및 솔루션 기반의 멀티서비스를 제공하기 위한 액세스네트워크 차원의 구축 방안을 살펴보고자 한다. 즉, 지금까지의 액세스네트워크는 음성 서비스면 음성 서비스에 적합하게, 데이터 서비스면 데이터 서비스에 적합한 구도로 구축되어 왔지만 향후에는 멀티서비스를 효과적으로 처리하기 위해 망 구조를 단순화하고 트래픽을 집선하며 가입자에 대한 인증 및 개별 과금 등과 연계될 수 있도록 하며, 서비스에 따라 QoS 및 라우팅할 수 있는 기능이 요구된다. 이러한 요구사항을 제공할 수 있는 방안으로 기존 네트워크 상에 별도 시스템을 통해 구축하는 방안과 시스템 내부 기능을 통해 구축하는 방안의 두 가지를 비교하고 향후의 바람직한 구축 방향을 살펴보고자 한다. 본 고의 구성은 다음과 같다. 2장에서는 현재 국내 액세스네트워크의 구축 연혁 및 구조를, 3장에서는 멀티서비스 중심의 서비스 체계로의 전환의 당위성과 멀티서비스를 제공하기 위한 요구사항, 기능을 구체화하고 현재 및 신규 액세스네트워크를 위한 구조를 비교한다. 그리고 마지막 4장에서는 바람직한 액세스네트워크의 구조의 방향을 제안하고 결론을 맺는다.

The Office for Saving Lives (活人署) (OSL) was the office in charge of the treatment and relief of the poor in the Joseon Dynasty. This study disputes prior scholarship on the OSL by analyzing the use of a ready-made prescription and by focusing on the personality of the OSL's medical institutions. The work of the three government offices, the Office of Great Mercy (大悲院) (OGM), which was the formal office of OSL, the Office of Benefiting People (惠民署) and the Office of Aiding Life (濟生院), overlapped in the area of relief of the common people. But OGM was different from the other two in that it was not a purely medical office, had no educational function, and did not manage medicine. By analyzing a standing prescription, this article argues: 1) Heojun's influence on the composition of a standing prescription is absolute. 2) Epidemic warm disease (溫疫) was a major social problem in terms of emergency medical care at the time. 3) In the late Joseon Dynasty, the treatment of epidemic warm diseases became more sophisticated than the previous era.

The lifelong education institute in Korea has given the stable groundwork of lifelong education, according to the enforcement of the lifelong education policy for the embodiment of the lifelong education society by Lifelong Education Act newly revised and promulgated in 2007. After that, the lifelong education in Korea has developed, getting the system. Therefore, in this point, this study theoretically provided the history of the lifelong education institute, the content of Lifelong Education Act, and the current lifelong education institute. Above all, this study has significance that it discussed the lifelong education institute in Korea in the comprehensive level.
