There has been a recent surge of interest in the Digital Twin technology. The Digital Twin is technique for optimizing objects by simulating physical phenomena or objects through computer-based simulations. Currently, single Digital Twin is being developed to optimize processes limited to specific fields, but there is a limitation in that the independent Digital Twins cannot analyze the vast and complex processes of the real world. To overcome this, the concept of federated Digital Twin has been introduced. To date, the federated Digital Twin research has primarily focused on how to optimize macroscopic objects such as cities. However, by leveraging the interconnected nature of twins, existing implementations of the single Digital Twins can be modularized. In this study, we define the concepts and interrelationships of the single Digital Twin and the federated Digital Twin from a functional perspective related to process optimization and design a modularization technique for the single Digital Twin using the federated Digital Twin. Furthermore, this study aims to discuss the proposed methodology's efficacy by designing a model applying modularization to a real-world fabric manufacturing case.

Conservation reasoning makes operational thought possible as a functional tool and it is the essential concept not only in the area of science and mathematics but also in several aspects of daily life. The abilities to solve mathematical problems and that of scientific reasoning and abstract way of thinking depend on whether thereis conservation reasoning or not and they are critical concepts that enables us to confirm the steps of cognitive development. Therefor in the study, we emphasized the issue that is the ways to speed up the scientific era by analyzing the correlation between the formation of conservation reasoning and neuro-cognitive variables. About 50% of 1-3 grade students did not had conservation reasoning skills. The formation of conservations was not linear. Scientific reasoning ability, planing and inhibiting ability were significantly different in levels of conservation, And, conservation reasonings were significantly correlated with cognitive variables. Scientific reasoning and planning ability significantly explained about 20% of the conservation reasoning ability of 1-3 grades.

차세대 이동통신은 IMT-2000, UMTS, UPT 및 MBS 등이 대두되고 있으며, 이러한 시스템들은 전세계적으로 단일표준을 결정하여 하나의 단말기로 세계적인 고품질 서비스를 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 ITU는 세계 단일표준을 지향하여 표준화활동을 추진하고 있지만, 이것은 각국의 이해관계가 결부되어 복잡하게 전개되면서 미국, 유럽연합 및 일본은 지역시장을 선점하기 위한 기술표준을 논의하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 고에서는 우선 ITM-2000의 개념을 검토해 보고, 미국, 유럽연합 및 일본 등의 IMT-2000 기술의 연구개발 현황을 분석하고, 이들 국가의 차세대 휴대전화 기술개발 전략을 비교 분석하였다.

방사성폐기물 처분 사업을 둘러싼 논란은 지난 50 여년간 국내외에서 계속되었다. 세계 각국은 뛰어난 과학 기술의 도입과 대규모의 홍보에도 불구하고 많은 경우 처분 사업의 실패를 맛보았다. 그러나 핀란드, 스웨덴 등 일부 유럽 국가들은 다른 나라들에 비해 비교적 적은 예산과 기술 인력을 투입함에도 불구하고 부지 확보 및 안전성 확보에서 괄목할만한 성과를 거두고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 현상에 주목해 방사성폐기물 처분 연구 사업에서 쌍 방향 대화의 중요성을 간파하고 이를 적용하는 방안을 연구한 유럽 연합의 RISCOM II 프로젝트 중 프랑스, 핀란드, 스웨덴 사례에 대해 살펴본다.

최근에는 이동체 통신이나 컴퓨터등의 정보통신기술이 현저하게 발전을 거듭하고 있으며, 열차의 고속화 고밀도화를 위해 열차제어 분야에 무선을 이용하는 시스템의 개발이 프랑스, 독일, 영국, 이탈리아, 일본, 미국등의 철도 선진국에서 활발히 수행되어지고 있다. 무선을 이용한 열차제어시스템의 시술개발은 철도에 커다란 경제적 이득을 창출할 가능성을 지니고 있기 때문에, 전 세계적으로 많은 연구가 진행되어지고 있다. 특히 유럽의 경우 통화 단일화와 회원국간의 비과세 교역등의 경제적인 제도뿐 아니라, 철도 분야에 있어서도 유럽횡단고속철도망(Trans-European High Speed Rail Network)의 구축을 위한 신호 시스템의 표준화를 위해 유럽연합과 국제철도연합(UIC: Union Internationale des Chemins defer)의 지원화에 ETCS 프로젝트가 수행되었다(중략)

The purpose of this article is to anatomize the political dynamics of South Korea's healthcare policymaking through the integrative analytical framework combining the policy network perspective and the advocacy coalition theory. This framework is expected to be advantageous to the analysis of Korea's turbulent healthcare policy change from a systematic and process-driven point of view. A target of analysis is the two decades of turbulence to transform the health insurance system into a single payer system. Through the analysis, this article tries to illuminate the dynamics of Korea's healthcare policymaking, by connecting environmental context, policy networks, advocacy coalitions, and policy outputs. For a case study, this article classifies the debates to inaugurate a single payer system into four sub-phases and conducts longitudinal comparative research.

Federated authentication (FA) is a multi-domain authentication and authorization infrastructure that enables users to access nationwide R&D resources with their home-organizational accounts. An FA-enabled user is redirected to his/her home organization, after selecting the home from an identity-provider (IdP) discovery service, to log in. The discovery service allows a user to search his/her home from all FA-enabled organizations. Users get troubles to find their home as federation size increases. Therefore, a discovery service has to provide an intuitive way to make a fast IdP selection. In this paper, we propose a discovery system which leverages geographical information. The proposed system calculates geographical proximity and text similarity between a user and organizations, which determines the order of organizations shown on the system. We also introduce a server redundancy and a status monitoring method for non-stop service provision and improved federation management. Finally, we deployed the proposed system in a real service environment and verified the feasibility of the system.

In the present study, we analyzed plans and outcomes on the information society and Information technology in education in the European Union to provide implications for national policy in Korea. For this, we examined a political program of the European Union, called the eEurope initiative, as well as programs of the eLearning Initiative. Particularly, we analyzed European Union e-learning policy and discussed its implications for national convergence in Korea. In addition, we offer four suggestions for Korean policy on the information technology in education after analyzing outcomes, issues, and directions related to the European Union's policy.

This study analyzed the policy making process by finding factors of a back-in phenomenon appeared in contracting out of public library using advocacy coalition framework. The coalitions were divided into 'agreement of direct management', 'opposition of direct management' and 'keep the contract out'. Considering their belief and activity, to share core belief could make a change of secondary belief. It suggests that activating public sphere is necessary for enforcement of their strategies throughout the library policy.
