이라크 알포방파제 설계 및 시공현황

  • 국내 항만 공공시장이 침체된 상황에서 이라크 바스라주 남부지역내 컨테이너 전용부두와 일반화물부두를 조성하는 대형사업이 계획되었다. 그리스 주도의 다국적 기업인 아키로돈이 공사중인 동측방파제와 병행하여 대우건설은 15.85km 사석경사식의 서측방파제 공사를 2014년 2월부터 2018년 5월 현재까지 수행 중에 있으며 그 주된 설계, 시공현황을 요약하였다. 아울러, 시공 중 재료수급, 해양조건, 사업지 지반여건을 고려한 설계 최적화 과정도 소개하였다.

심층혼합처리공법으로 개량된 연약지반상의 사석제 설계기준 (Design Criteria of Rubble Mounds on the Soft Grounds Improved by Deep Soil Mixing Method)

  • To establish the design criteria for construction of the rubble mound on improved ground, two kinds of analyses for the soil deformation behavior and the slope stability were performed on various cases for rubble mounds, soft grounds and back fills with application of the finite element method and the Bishop simplified method. The horizontal displacements and settlements at the crest of rubble mounds were analyzed as a function of the safety factor of embankments. The analyzed result shows that the soil movement increases considerably when the safety factor of rubble mounds is lower than 1.3.

연약지반을 고려한 차량 실시간 시뮬레이터 개발 (Development of Realtime Simulator for Multibody Dynamics Analysis of Wheeled Vehicle on Soft Soil)

  • A realtime simulator using an explicit integration method is introduced to improve the solving performance for the dynamic analysis of a wheeled vehicle. Because a full vehicle system has many parts, the development of a numerical technique for multiple d.o.f. and ground contacts has been required to achieve a realtime dynamics analysis. This study proposes an efficient realtime solving technique that considers the wheeled vehicle dynamics behavior with full degrees of freedom and wheel contact with soft ground such as sand or undersea ground. A combat vehicle was developed to verify this method, and its dynamics results are compared with commercial programs using implicit integration methods. The combat vehicle consists of a chassis, double wishbone type front and rear suspension, and drive train. Some cases of vehicle dynamics analysis are carried out to verify the realtime ratio.

  • This paper proposes an optimum curve driving method for adeep-seabed mining robot(MineRo) in deep-sea soft ground. MineRo was designed as afour-row tracked vehicle. A study on the turning methods for the four-row tracked vehicle was conducted using three case by changing the velocity profile of each track. The configuration of the four-row tracked vehicle and soft ground equation are introduced, along with the dynamics analysis models of MineRo and soft ground, which were constructed using the commercial software DAFUL. Because the purpose of this study was to investigate a driving method on soft ground, the marine environment of the deep sea was not considered.

  • Measuring the ground speed and the rotation speeds of tracks is an easy and realistic method to detect the track slips. It is very advantageous if the slips can be measured and applied to real time control of the vehicle. With a proper speed, the tractive force of a tracked vehicle may be calculated from the vehicle dynamics. For the control of tracked vehicle, the relationship between the slip and the tractive force is necessary. In this paper, a series of drawbar-pull tests, in which slips of two tracks are measured under the variational draw-bar weight, is executed to directly obtain the slip-tractive force relationship. For the purpose of the test, a tractive vehicle model was manufactured, and an artificial soil was simulated by using a bentonite-water mixture.

  • 판앵커들은 각종 해양공사와 해양구조물의 유지관리작업에 빈번히 사용되고 있다. 판앵커가 연약한 점토에 근입되었을 때 지속적인 허용하중을 받게 되면 Creep현상이 발생될 수도 있다. 본 논문은 얕은 원형앵커가 순극한 상향인발력보다 작은 순하중을 지속적으로 받았을 때 시간이 경과함에 따라 발생되는 크리프효과를 연구한 실내모델실험 결과를 기술하였다. 실내모델시험 결과를 바탕으로 순하중과 상향변위율 및 경과시간사이의 상관관계식을 제시하였다.

해성점토지반 개량을 위한 소일크리트 고화재의 적용성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application of Soilcrete Cement for Improvement of marine Clay)

  • In this paper, the effect of ground improvement and the countermeasure for the increase of strength in soft ground (wasted fill, marine clay) was studied through utilization of Soilcrete Cement as a material of ground improvement. Soil samples were obtained from $\bigcirc$$\bigcirc$$\bigcirc$ sanitary landfill to assess the applicability of the clay liner using Soilcrete Cement. Several laboratory tests were performed with the samples and skin corrosion tests of steel pipe covered with Soilcrete Cement were performed. As a result, Soilcrete Cement is considered to be applicable to the construction site and to be effective for the prevention of the corrosion of the steel pipe.

지진으로 인한 안벽의 액상화 위험도 평가 (Liquefaction Susceptibility of Quay Walls to Earthquake Loadings)

  • 항만시설에서 발생하는 지진에 의한 피해의 대부분은 매립지반의 액상화에 기인하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 국내 대형 항만의 안벽은 대부분 중력식 안벽으로 설계·시공되고 있으며, 이러한 중력식 안벽은 조성된 배후 지반이 액상화에 취약하여 지진 발생시 액상화로 인한 대규모의 파괴가 발생한 사례가 많이 보고된 바 있다. 이번 연구에서는 현재 건설 중인 대형 항만의 안벽 배후지에 대한 액상화평가를 실시함에 있어서 일관되고 합리적인 시험과 평가과정을 통해 액상화에 대한 지반의 안정성을 검토하였다. 또한, 국내 시방서에서 사용하고 있는 액상화예측 모델과 일본 시방서에사 사용하고 있는 액상화예측 모델을 각각 적용하여 그 차이를 검토하였다.
