유럽지역공업소유권연수에 대한 참가신청공문을 한국발명특허협회로부터 받아본 순간 흥분과 기대로 필자의 마음은 설레이기 시작하였다. 유럽지역은 특허제도의 발상지이면서 장기간에 걸쳐 정착화하고, 지금은 특허업무가 다변화하고 국제화하는 실정에 맞추어 많은 제도적 장치가 여거 기구에 의하여 마련되어 있는 곳이기에 특허업무에 몸담고 있는 필자로서는 일종의 메카와 같은 곳이었다. 따라서 개인의 자격으로는 쉽게 방문하기 어려운 프랑스 특허청 및 특허협회, 그리고 독일 특허청, 유럽특허청 또한 세계지적소유권기구(WIPO)와 이태리 특허청등이 연수의 대상으로 포함되어 있어 이번 연수에 참가하였던 모든 단원의 기대도 컸을 것이라고 충분히 짐작할 수 있었다.연수에 대한 준비의 모든 세부사항은 한국발명특허협회에서 치밀하게 마련이 되어, 1985년 11월 15일 결단식을 시작으로 유럽지역공업소유권제도 시찰은 무리없이 진행되기 시작하였다. 남계영 특허법률사무소 소장을 단장으로 연수단 10명이 김포공항을 출발할때 한국발명특허협회의 많은 임직원의 장도를 빌어주는 환송은 무척 고마웠다. 출발하는 1985년 11월 16일은 하늘까지 환송의 표시로 비를 뿌려주었던가. 아뭏든 많은 것을 배우고 경험하고 돌아와야 겠다는 다짐은 유럽상륙의 서막부터 더욱 굳어지기만 했다.

온풍난방기 20대를 대상으로 온풍난방기의 베기가스중 탄산가스농도, 온풍온도차, 배기가스온도 및 열효율을 조사하여 사용연수별로 분석하였으며 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 가. 사용연수별 온풍난방기 배기가스중 탄산가스농도와 온풍온도차는 사용연수에 따른 조사표본의 부족으로 큰 차이가 있었다고 하기는 어렵고 정확한 조사를 위해서는 보다 많은 대수가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 나. 사용연수별 배기가스온도는 사용연한이 오래될수록 높아졌다고 판단된다. 이는 열교환기에서 흡입공기와 연소열이 열교환이 충분히 이루어지지 않았거나, 버너노즐의 노후화, 버너송풍기, 온풍난방기 송풍기의 노후화에 따른 결과라 여겨진다. 사용연수에 따른 배기가스온도는 회귀방정식 Y= 79.032Ln(X) + 116.66 ($R^2$= 0.6784)로 나타낼 수 있었다. 다. 사용연수별 온풍난방기의 열효율은 사용연한이 오래될수록 감소하는 경향을 보였으며 회귀방정식 Y = 95.167 X $^{-0.054}$ ($R^2$= 0.5696)로 나타낼 수 있었다.

In this study, we examined elementary school teachers' needs for environmental education (EE) in order to effectively implement EE in the elementary school. The participants were 113 elementary school teachers in Chungcheongnam-Do. Twenty items were adapted from the Environmental Education Needs test, and the teachers were asked to respond to each item on a 5-point Likert scale. For the items of the subcategory of EE training, teachers' preferences between the on-site and the online training were also asked. Although the teachers showed relatively strong needs for most items of both the subcategories of EE service and EE training, they exhibited stronger needs for the items related to the services and/or the content of training readily applicable to EE classes. Teachers preferred the online training to the on-site training in most items whereas their preferences to the on-site training tended to be relatively high in the items such as the use of local nonformal EE site, the development and the use of outdoor EE site, and the EE teaching strategies. Educational implications for the effective EE are discussed.

In this study, we carried out mathematics teacher-training course. The topic of this training course is the understanding of content area reading in school mathematics. The teacher-training course is planned to guide mathematics teachers can perform effectively the teaching of content area reading. In particular, we illustrated the pre-service mathematics teacher education practice. Mathematics teachers investigated various teaching strategies that can lead their students read reading materials related to mathematics effectively. In this training courses, teachers reflects on their own experience and they have an opportunity to learn the new strategies that improve their teaching methods. Teacher educator and in-service teachers share and discuss their practices, they have a meaningful learning experiences. In this study, we presented the processes of the teacher-training course and the results of practice. Furthermore, on the basis of the limitations of this study, we suggested recommendations for the future teacher training program.

This paper aims to identify factors to elevate the effectiveness of a high school mathematics teacher's training program focused on the construction of test items, and to make a blueprint for the training program development of high school mathematics teachers. This study created and executed a teacher's training program, and then twice applied focus group interviews with the teachers who participated in the program. As a result, this study identifies four factors that elevate the effectiveness of a high school mathematics teacher's training program focused on the construction of test items: the structure of the training program that allows teachers to concentrate on constructing test items, the recognition and revision of their habits related to the construction of test items, the formation of a consensus among the participants, and self-reflection on the teachers' specialties in the construction of the test items.

In this study, we analyzed the login frequencies and the learner's results of an examination related in the teacher's information distance learning. The results of analysis are as follows. First, most of learners connected to the learning system in school at office hours. And the login frequencies on Sunday are high remarkably in test pole. Seconds, the on-line assessment and the ratio of completion is high the learner who participation with a fellow worker than the learner who not so. But because of the low allotment of marks about on-line estimation, it hardly influence in the last results. Third, the ratio allotment of marks about on-line estimation is suitable $20{\sim}30%$. Forth, learners of low grade are higher the login frequencies, the last results is high. Therefore the operator of the learning system estimates ability of learners by pre-test and must have continues and encouragement about leaners of law grade.

The side effects of using drugs can greatly threaten the health of the public. The reality is that there are very few reports of current side effects. This can be activated by linking adverse drug reactions reporting to the Drug Utilization Review (DUR) currently used by pharmacies. A study of the U.S. medication management system, where drug use assessment is activated, can find ways to activate adverse drug reactions reporting. In 'Pharm IT 3000', which is used as a medication management program in pharmacies, we examined how to enable reporting of adverse drug reactions. The literature study and research on actual program operation have found a convenient way to report side effects by linking the Pharm IT 3000 prescription preparation assessment to the item.

The purpose of this study was to examine the actual state of the curriculum on how qualification training is organized and operated based on the operation case of the K University Education and Training Institute, which operated librarian teacher (level 1) qualification training was held during the summer vacation of 2021. As a result of the study, a total of 111 librarians participated in the actual qualification training, of which 50 librarian teachers (4 males, 46 females) were from elementary schools, 24 (4 males, 20 females) from middle schools, and 37 (5 males, 32 females) from high schools. In addition, the curriculum for qualification training consisted of core competencies and subjects that met the scope of the job of the 'learner strength development' and the 'librarian role statement', and the satisfaction ratio of the 111 librarian teachers who participated in the qualification training averaged 4.76 out of 5. Overall, the satisfaction was high, but it was suggested on the areas that were either the lowest or lower than average.

This study is to search for a program of professional development of mathematics teachers on the viewpoint of content knowledge of mathematics. To do this, we select algebraic subject as content knowledge for solution of polynomials and develop material for group study based on selected subject. We supply the developed material to teachers and discuss the possibility of application and the acceptability of it. For discussion, we collect data through tests and questionnaire. Through analysing the data, we obtain the positive result.

최근 기업들이 취업이나 승진에서 영어 말하기 능력을 중시하는 경향이 커지면서 영어권 국가로의 어학연수를 고려하는 학생들이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 어학연수에는 결코 적지 않은 비용이 소요 되며 적게는 3개월에서 많게는 1년 이상의 시간을 들여야 하므로 어학연수 프로그램의 선택에 매우 신중을 기해야 할 것 이다. 웹 상에는 이러한 어학연수 프로그램들에 대한 정보나 의견을 교환할 수 있는 수많은 커뮤니티 및 포럼들이 존재하며, 기 이용자들이 작성한 이용기 및 의견 게시물 또한 헤아릴 수 없이 많이 존재한다. 어학연수를 떠나고자 하는 대다수의 사람들은 이러한 웹 사이트에서 기존 이용자들의 이용기를 접하고 선택여부를 결정하고자 할 것이다. 하지만 이 수많은 게시물들을 모두 읽어보고 결정한다는 것은 너무나 많은 시간과 노력이 소모되게 된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 웹서버에 저장되어 있는 수많은 이용기를 오피니언 마이닝하고, 어학연수 프로그램에 대한 속성을 카테고리 별로 분석하여 이를 수치화해서 신규 이용자가 적은 시간과 노력으로 프로그램을 결정할 수 있도록 도와 줄 수 있는 방법을 제안하고자 한다.
