이 연구는 한국천문연구원에서 진행한 2019 하계 교원천문연수의 초급·중급과정 교육 프로그램에 대한 교사들의 인식 조사 및 개선방안을 찾는데 목적을 두었다. 교육청에서 인정한 직무연수프로그램인 2019 하계 교원천문연수는 현대 천문학의 동향과 지식을 일선 학교에 전달하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 이 연수는 초등교원을 주대상으로 한 초급과정은 2019년 8월 5일부터 7일까지, 중등교원을 주대상으로한 중급과정은 8월 7일부터 9일까지의 일정을 두고 실시되었다. 본 연구는 각각의 교육 과정이 교원 직무연수프로그램의 교육 목표를 충분히 따르고 있는지를 알아보자 사전, 사후조사 설문지를 개발하여 초급과정과 중급과정에서 각각 30여명, 20여명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이때 사전조사 설문지는 기본 인적정보, 연수 참여 동기, 천문 관측 활동 경험 여부에 관한 것으로 10문항이, 사후조사 설문지는 교수 학습 프로그램의 내용면에서 지적 및 정의적 만족도, 진로지도 유용성, 향후 수업 활용성, 개선사항에 관한 것으로 20문항이 개발되었다. 설문조사 결과가 도출 된다면, 본 직무연수프로그램이 내용적인 면에서 교사들의 천문학에 대한 지적·정의적 향상 및 향후 일선 학교에서의 프로그램 보급 활용성을 높이기 위해 어떻게 수정·보완해야할지 개선점을 제시해 줄 것으로 기대된다.

한국해양대학교는 IALA WWA에서 인증 받은 Level 1 (AtoN Manager) 교육기관으로 개도국 훈련을 분담하고 있다. "항로표지 전문가 및 글로벌 리더 양성"이라는 교육목표를 가지고 개도국을 위한 교육프로그램을 구성하였으며, IALA WWA 모델코스를 바탕으로 초청연수 교재를 개발하였다. 2017년 7월 한 달 간 아시아 태평양 지역의 항로표지 관리자 공무원을 대상으로 초청연수(역량강화)을 시행하였으며 초청 연수 종료 후 연수생을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하고 분석한 결과 항로표지에 관한 전문지식이 향상되었고 연수에 대한 만족도도 높게 나타났다. 한국해양대학교는 지속적인 항로표지교육을 실시하여 주변 개도국의 해양안전과 해양경쟁력을 발전시키는데 이바지할 계획이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the results of training programs for strengthening teachers' ICT competency and to suggest the ways to improve the existing ones. To do this, we conducted literature review, web survey with teachers, and in-depth interview with training program operators. The results of the online survey indicated that generally speaking, the programs had been operated desirably, although three programs(Thinking with Technology Course, Essential Course, e-PBL Instructional Design Course) needed to take additional efforts for their effectiveness and efficiency. According to the results of in-depth interview with training operators, they demanded re-training for lecturers, self career development, quality control of regional delivery training, expansion of training periods, and post-supports after training etc.

Web-based distance teacher training should focus on increasing self-directed problem solving skills of trainers by problem-based instruction(PBL). Performance assessment evaluates achievement of learning goals through the practical performance learning to solve problems in the real situation. This study proposes a web-based performance assessment model for the distance teacher training. It reflects fairness and objectiveness issues of performance assessment which elementary teachers are concerned about through the survey on distance teacher training, and relieves instructors from overload of managing and scoring performance tests. The proposed model provides problem-based learning situations, interactions between individuals and groups, and web-based cooperative evaluation and the peer evaluation.

This study was conducted for the purpose of making the better utilization of MBL in class, based on 2009 curriculum which emphasizes research activities and recommends the direct use of the MBL. We investigated primary, secondary and pre-service teachers' satisfaction and perception level after conducting training about making good use of MBL. The satisfaction level of the training turned out to be high, level of applicability of MBL, expected improvement in learning skills of students and the will to apply it in class was high. The answer that they expect MBL to increase students' curiosity and interest in science was the highest among the survey results, which means that MBL could be used as a solution to lack of students' interest in science. Besides, primary teachers than secondary and pre-teachers, long careered teachers than short careered teachers and MBL-experienced teachers than inexperienced teachers showed more satisfaction and the will to adapt MBL overall. Primary and pre-teachers hoped MBL training to be more related to STEAM education, whereas secondary teachers wanted the training to have more to do with increasing creativity If advanced MBL training program is opened. The price was chosen as the best obstacle to MBL class' application, and the lack of manual for experiment and education to teacher was also pointed out secondly. In conclusion, if MBL is fully equipped in school and training on how to take advantage of it is provided continually, It is expected that MBL could increase the utilization in the field of science education. The results of this paper can be used when you configure the MBL utilization training program.

A public librarian is an occupation, which requires long-term. continuous training and difficult study to acquire and cultivate professional knowledge and skills. It is a necessity to achieve new knowledge, information and skills via appropriate retraining. A training system is the method which gives chances of retraining to public librarians. After examining some of the problems with the existing training system, it is apparent that the direction of training system needs to be decentralized. That is each local branch should be autonomous in terms of new training for librarians. For the method of training system, each autonomous unit would integrate the different theories to apply to the community-at-large and invite practical specialists from the local community to lecture. The training classes would be elective in that the each librarian could choose the classes he/she wants to take and give them credits for that, but the certificate for the class would also go towards completion for the required technical training. Finally, the utilization of cyber-education should be introduced, and the library association's role strengthened, to help public librarians cultivate their specialties.

As the 2015 Revised Secondary Information Curriculum was reorganized into a software-focused curriculum, a number of information teachers were needed. For this purpose, a special training course for multiple majors for secondary information teachers was established, and produced about 100 teachers with multiple majors. To improve this training program, this study surveyed the trainees joined in this program. As the result of the survey, there were findings that the short training period made it difficult to understand the overall content of the curriculum, and that they had a loss of learning due to the burden on another major. Therefore, long-term training is necessary to train informatics teachers, and by realizing the reinforcement of specialty through pre-training and main training, and by organizing a gradual curriculum, substantiality should be sought.

천문학회 교육홍보위원회 산하 해외교육지원단에서는 2016, 7년 1, 2기 원정대에 이어 3기 원정대 6명을 선발하여 2018년 9월 17-21일 5일 동안 캄보디아 시소폰의 Xavier Jesuit School에서 약 30명의 중등 과학 선생님들을 대상으로 천문연수를 진행하였다. 3기 원정대에서는 다양한 경험과 경력을 가진 대원들이 참여하게 되어 망원경을 활용한 실습 수업 뿐만 아니라 연수에 참여한 과학 선생님들이 직접 수업에 활용할 수 있는 기본 천문학 수업들을 포함하였다. 그리고 최신의 천문학 연구를 소개할 수 있는 현대 천문학 수업을 준비하여 참가자들에게 더 다채로운 천문학 세계를 소개할 수 있었다. 해외교육지원단에서는 캄보디아와 같이 천문학 교육에 소외된 나라의 천문교육지원 사업을 지속적으로 지원할 계획이며 특히, 각 지역의 과학 교사들에게 연수기회를 제공함으로써 교육자들을 통해 각 지역의 어린 학생들이 천문학을 접할 수 있는 기회가 많아지기를 희망한다. 또한 직접 연수를 받은 과학 교사들의 천문학에 대한 관심을 높이고 천문학 연구의 필요성을 인지할 수 있게 도울 예정이다.
