This study is a study on the interlocking method between emergency preparedness simulation model and military exercise war game model. The national emergency preparedness government exercises are being carried out by a message exercise and technology development for simulation models is being carried out to create a situation similar to the actual practice. In order to create a situation similar to the actual war, the military situation must be reflected and to do so, a link with the military exercise war game model is needed. The military exercise war game model applies HLA/RTI, which is a standardized interlocking method for various models such as Taegeuk JOS, and it is necessary to apply HLA/RTI linkage method to link with these military exercise war game models. In addition, since the emergency preparedness simulation model requires limited information such as enemy location and enemy attack situation on major facilities in the military exercise model, a method of interlocking that can select and link information is required. Therefore, in this study, the interlocking interface design plan is presented in order to selectively link the interlocking method and information between the emergency preparedness simulation model and the military exercise war game model. The main functions of interlocking interface include federation synchronization, storage and recovery, object management service, time management, and data filtering functions.

The purpose of this study is to develop a method of integrating diverse communication networks for effectively providing ITS(Intelligent Transport System) services. In this paper, in oder to integrate communication networks, we have defined ITS services, its requirements and functions of communications. Also, we have analyzed the six important ITS services in the National ITS Architecture along with the characteristics of wireless communications. Based on the ITS service scenarios, we have derived the communication methods for ITS services.

현재 높은 대역폭과 고속의 이동성을 가진 WiBro의 출현으로 기존에 존재하던 CDMA 및 WLAN와 같은 이기종망간의 연동 및 통합이 부각되었다. 서비스 커버리지가 넓은 CDMA나 초고속의 데이터 서비스를 제공하는 WLAN등과의 효율적인 연동을 통해 WiBro의 효용은 더욱 커질 수 있으며, 망 재사용측면이나 사용자의 편의면에서 매우 큰 성과를 얻을 수 있다. 이에 본 논문은 이기종망간의 효율적인 연동을 위한 방안을 제시하고 그에 따라 단말의 이기종망간 이동시 발생할 수 있는 핸드오프 문제를 해결하기 위해 이기종망간 고속 핸드오프 방안을 제시한다.

As a promising integrated circuit, wireless communication and micro-computing technology, the technology of sensor network that will lead the information technology industries of the next generation and realize the ubiquitous computing is one of the most active research topics and its research activities are also making today. From now on, each node, the network formation, and even the sensor network itself will interact with the generic network and evolve dynamically according to environmental changes in a process of continual creation and extinction. Therefore, address-internetworking between sensor network and generic network which are used different address mechanism is required. In this paper, we propose a static address-internetworking scheme for interactive networking between a sensor network and the Internet. The proposed scheme that possess a gateway approach to perform the protocol translation from one protocol to another, an overlay approach to constructs an overlay network on the WSNs and enables static internetworking between a sensor network address scheme based on Zigbee and the Internet address scheme based on the Internet Protocol. In addition, we verify the proposed scheme by an interconnection experiment.

본 논문에서 우리는 이종사업자망이 연동된 통합망 환경에서 네트워크 성능 저하 구간을 탐색하기 위해 RTCP(Real-time Transport Control Protocol)의 타임스탬프 정보를 이용한 네트워크 구간별 지연 시간을 측정할 수 있는 트래픽 모니터링 방안을 제안한다. 실시간 멀티미디어 서비스(IPTV, VoIP)의 이용이 증가함에 따라 이종망간 연동 환경에서 실시간 서비스에 대한 QoS 관리 방안이 반드시 필요하다. 영상회의, VoIP(Voice over IP) 및 IPTV 서비스와 같은 멀티미디어 서비스는 네트워크 성능(지연, 지연변이 및 패킷 손실)에 매우 민감하기 때문에 연동망 환경에서 서비스 품질이 저하될 경우 어느 네트워크 구간에서 성능 저하가 발생하였는지 탐색하는 것은 매우 중요한 문제이다. 이에 우리는 RTCP 패킷을 이용한 구간별 지연시간 측정 방안을 제안하며 이 방안을 통해 네트워크 성능 저하가 발생한 구간을 탐색하고 정의할 수 있다.

현재 cdma2000 1$\times$ 및 1$\times$EV-DO 이동통신망을 통해 패킷 데이터 서비스가 이뤄지고 있으며, 보다 높은 대역폭의 서비스를 위하여 휴대 인터넷 서비스 표준화가 추진되고 있다. 고속 데이터 서비스가 가능하나 서비스 커버리지가 작은 휴대 인터넷 서비스를 cdma2000 이동통신망과 효율적으로 연동하여 사용한다면 많은 성과를 얻을 수 있다. 이에 본 논문은 기존 cdma2000 이동통신망과 휴대 인터넷의 효율적인 연동망 구조와 그 세부적인 연동방안을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제안된 밀결합 연동 구조는 기존 cdma2000 이동통신망의 수정 및 추가 구현 없이 통합된 사용자 인증 및 과금을 수행하기 용이하며 연속적인 서비스를 제공할 수 있으며, cdma2000 로 휴대 인터넷 서비스를 동시에 제공하는 이중 모드 단말의 구현 시에도 복잡도가 최소화된다.

대부분의 온라인 전자거래업체는 사용자의 신원을 확인하기 위해 주민등록번호를 요구하고 있다. 그러나 최근 발생하고 있는 대규모 개인정보 유출사고 등으로 주민등록번호가 노출되는 사례가 빈번하며, 주민등록정보를 타인이 도용하여도 효과적으로 확인 및 제어하는 수단이 없다는 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 주민번호대체수단이 제안되었으나, 최근 공공 i-PIN 과 민간 i-PIN 으로 구분되는 기술들의 연동 문제로 인해 적극적인 도입이 우려되는 상황이다. 따라서 본 논문은 최소한의 수정으로 이들 주민번호대체수단이 연동할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 기존의 민간 i-PIN 연동 프로토콜을 공공 i-PIN 에 적용하며 프로토콜 간의 연동 모듈을 두어 각 프로토콜을 처리한다. 제안된 기술은 공공 i-PIN 에 적용되어 현재 전국적으로 구축 중이다.

The goals of this research are to look into the logistics systems and to have a thorough grasp on the status of legal systems such as taxation and customs clearance practices and, further, to draw up an interoperable scheme seamlessly linking those two on a national scale. In this research we looked into the business process and related information of border-crossing logistics systems between B2B marketplaces. We also investigated the status of taxation systems and customs clearance practices in order to associate e-marketplaces with one another. We proposed interoperable scheme for seamless linking between B2B e-marketplace based on marketplace repository model.

Interworking architecture and scenarios are analyzed and proposed for seamless provision of multimedia services across 64 kbit/s-based N-ISDN and ATM-based B-ISDN. First, the functional architecture of multimedia service is analyzed, and the functions of each protocol layer are proposed. The architecture of multimedia services in N-ISDN is studied, and the functions of ATM protocol for multimedia services in B-ISDN are analyzed. We propose the interworking architecture of multimedia services across 64 kbit/s-based N-ISDN and ATM-based B-ISDN.
