제어시스템용 테스트베드 구축 방안

  • 국가기반산업분야에 사용되고 있는 제어시스템은 원자력 화학 등의 에너지산업과 수자원, 교통 신호등의 다양한 제어분야에서 사용되고 있다. 지금까지 폐쇄적으로 운용되었던 제어시스템은 최근에는 경영시스템과의 상호연동성 및 제어시스템 간의 상호운용성등으로 인하여 점차 외부로 노출되고 있기 때문에 사이버 테러리스트의 공격 목표가 되고 있다. 실제로 사이버전쟁 발생 시에는 제일 처음의 목표가 국가기반의 산업용 제어시스템이 될 수 있으며, 해커나 공격자 등에 의한 공격으로 엄청난 재앙이 발생될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 제어시스템에 대한 보안취약점으로 일반 IT 정보 시스템에서의 보안이슈와 함께, 제어시스템에서 사용되는 제어용 소프트웨어에 대한 보안이슈를 다루고, 이러한 보안 취약성을 분석 평가하기 위한 제어시스템용 테스트베드 구축방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구에서는 드론 기술을 응용한 부력조형물의 수평 및 수직 자세제어에 관한 연구를 수행 하였다. 기존의 공중부양 조형물은 헬륨 Gas를 이용한 애드벌룬이 대표적으로 로프를 이용한 단순한 공중부양 조형물이었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 공중부양 조형물에 로프를 없애고 드론 기술을 응용한 프로펠러로 공중부양 조형물의 자세를 제어하는 방법을 연구하였다. 시스템 구성은 단일 제어기로서의 역할보다 시스템 구성요소로서의 역할이 매우 중요해지므로 조형물의 제어시스템, 다양한 센서등의 연동되어지는 전체의 제어기로 확장시켜 사용되는 퓨전 시스템의 방향으로 구성하였다. 부력조형물의 수평 및 수직제어를 위하여 사용된 센서는 2축의 자이로센서와 3축의 가속도센서를 사용하였다. 프로펠러와 연결된 BLDC모터를 효율적으로 제어하기 위한 알고리즘으로 PI 알고리즘을 이용하였다. 시스템의 성능 향상을 위한 효율적인 동적 작업부하 균등화와 시스템 자원인 CPU와 메모리를 효율적으로 사용하여 고성능 컴퓨팅 시스템의 처리량을 최소화하고, 센싱 및 제어의 수행시간을 최소화하였다. 본 연구에서는 PI 알고리즘을 시스템에 적용하여 응답특성 실험을 행한 결과 시뮬레이션에 의한 응답 결과와 잘 일치하였으며 그 유용성이 검증하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 RT(Real Time)기반의 IPMSM(Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) 설계 및 해석, 평가 플랫폼을 개발하고자한다. GUI(Graphical User Interface)로 제작 된 플랫폼 실행창에서 설계변수의 수치적 입력을 통해 설계 자동화를 구현하며, 수치해석프로그램 FEMM과 연동함으로써 전동의 전자계 해석 및 제어정수의 추출을 수행한다. 아울러 추출된 제어정수를 이용, Simulink의 실시간 시뮬레이션을 통해 IPMSM의 제어를 수행하여 통합적 설계 해석 평가를 도출한다.

  • In this paper, we take advantage of the SEN Remote HMI App as a tool based on Raspberry Pi server for the smart home control. This is a smart home control system built in an open and a low-cost Raspberry Pi as a server, and take advantage of Android-based graphical programming software SEN Remote HMI. If you build it based system expansion and additional works interface via the Raspberry Pi and Arduino, it is expected to be extended to the Internet of Things (IoT) enabling environment for the implementation of smart home.

  • The nurses manually carry out the intravenous therapy for the patients. Using an Arduino, the fine flow controlling device was invented to provide an ongoing patient care. The medication is injected through a peristaltic pump, and the amount of the solution is controlled with a RGB color sensor. The power of the device is supplied through the batteries. An amount of the injection is measured with LIG strain sensor fabricated by 355nm UV pulsed laser. This system will provide a better medical service.

  • For trains to run safely and quickly, the train should always follow the preceding train at a proper spacing. For this purpose, a certain distance between the stations is set for each block section. For the safe operation of trains in one block section, only one train service for an automatic block system is needed. The existing block system is composed an ABS, which is a linked track circuit and line sideway system through the interlocking system. The interlocking system is being replaced with a domestic electronic interlocking system. On the other hand, the block system still uses the relay format of an analog system, and is independently installed of the line sideway systems. Therefore, the existing block system has many problems in terms of construction and maintenance. In addition, the existing domestic line is used for ABS and LEU , which is installed separately, despite the train being controlled by the information of the same signal at the same location. This is not efficient in terms of each product price and the maintenance costs. This paper introduces an integrated electronic block system and the field test results. The field test was carried out through a periodic inspection performed eight times from January to late August.

  • In this paper, we analyze a traffic control schemes at the interworking unit(IWU) of the IEEE 802.6 DQDB MAN and the B-ISDN, and estimate its performance via computer simulation. We also study traffic management, relaying sublayers for the cases of four service classes defined in the B-ISDN. As for performance criteria, we consider slot waiting time, slot loss rate, and the fairness between DQDB nodes in access networks. We propose a simple control algorithm that decreases the waitint delay at the OWU. With the buffer size of 40 [slots] at the IWU, we have found that the slot loss rate was nearly zero at traffic load below 0.9, and the slot waiting time became less than 15 slot times.

  • This paper proposes a new concept of coordinating green this which controls 10 traffic intersection systems. For instance, if we have a baseballs game at 8 pm today, traffic volume toward the baseball game at 8 pm today, traffic volume toward the baseball game will be incr eased 1 hour or 1 hour 30 minutes before the baseball game. at that time we can not pred ict optimal green time Even though there have smart elctrosensitive traffic light system. Therefore, in this paper to improve average vehicle speed and reduce average vehicle waiting time, we created optimal green time using fuzzy rules and neural network. Computer simulation results proved reducing average vehicle waiting time proposed coordinating green time better than electro-sensitive traffic light system.
