There are increasing needs for complex information services for user of cultural heritage institution recently. And the concept of "Larchiveum", merging of functions of libraries, archives and museums, is suggested in United States and researches associated with this concept are progressed on Korean information science. At present, however, the larchiveum has not been materialized, and hence researches focus on theoretical frameworks. Therefore, this study establishes plans for an analysis with planning of institutions that libraries, archives and museums are remodeled into larchiveum. Methodologically, the research processes of existing larchiveum spatial planning are specified. More realistic implementing measures for larchiveum spatial planning are suggested through utilization of related law & guidelines as analysis tools.

건전한 물순환체계 구축을 위해서는 물이용, 치수, 하천환경 등 각 분야별 평가뿐만 아니라 수자원 현황을 평가할 수 있는 통합지수 개발이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 외국의 사례에서도 찾아볼 수 있듯이 현재 국외에서는 지표 및 지수개발을 통해 수자원 관련 현황과 정책의 방향성 및 사업의 성과 등을 평가하려는 노력이 지속되고 있다. 또한 국제기구에서는 세계 각국의 관련 자료를 수집, 분석하고 이를 지표 및 지수화하여 각국의 순위를 매김으로써 각 나라의 현주소를 제시하고 있다. 이에 대해 최근 들어 국제기구에서는 우리나라의 물 관련 현황에 대한 자료 및 통계치를 요구하는 사례가 늘어나고 있다. 따라서 우리나라의 수자원 관련 자료를 조사, 수집하고 분석한 올바른 정보를 제공함으로써 보다 합리적인 분석을 수행할 수 있도록 지원해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 국내 수자원 현황과 사업의 효과를 평가하기 위해 물이용의 취약정도를 평가하는 물이용 취약지수와 홍수 위험도를 평가하는 홍수위험지수 및 하천환경 취약정도를 평가하는 하천환경취약지수로 구성된 물행복지수(Water Happiness Index : WHI)를 개발하였다. 개발된 물행복지수를 통해 각 중권역에 대해 지수 값을 산정하여 비교 분석함으로써 수자원 현황을 시 공간적으로 분석하였다. 물행복지수는 여러 가지 기초정보만으로는 판단하기 어려운 수자원 현황 및 변화를 하나의 수치로 판단할 수 있는 척도를 제공할 수 있으며 연도별 분석을 통해 수자원 현황 및 특성 변화를 파악할 수 있어 수자원 관련 정책 수립 시 각 지역의 과거에서부터 현재까지의 연도별 수자원 특성을 반영한 대책을 세우는 데 유용하게 이용될 것으로 판단된다. 또한 국가 수자원 정책과 사업성과에 대한 평가가 가능할 것이며 수자원 정책 수립 지원을 위한 기반 정보를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

Research is one of main roles of university and its importance has been emphasized gradually since a few decades ago. Yet, the objective and concrete criterion lot the definition of the research university is not available in Korea, Accordingly, the role of the research university library is not established as a key system for research university. In this study the criterion for the United States research university is applied to domestic universities, thereby current status of research universities and their libraries between the United States and Korea is analyzed comparatively. Fundamental data including budget, employees and information resources for pursuing high research competitiveness necessary for the research university library are provided based on comparative analysis of 98 research university libraries in the United States and 38 domestic research university libraries. Correlation analysis data between library investment and research Publication are also provided. Finally this study can be used, hopefully, as a milestone for the establishing strategy of domestic research university libraries.

빅데이터 시대로 변화함에 따라 도서관 및 정보서비스 분야에서도 데이터 분석에 대한 중요성이 점차적으로 증대되고 있다. 본 연구는 도서관 분야에서의 데이터 분석활용 현황 및 분석서비스에 대한 인식수준을 파악하고, 이를 바탕으로 데이터 분석 기반의 도서관 운영을 지원할 수 있는 빅데이터 분석 서비스 개선방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 먼저, 도서관 분야 데이터 분석 교육 전후 인식조사를 토대로 현재 데이터 분석현황 및 인식변화를 분석하였다. 또한 개인적 특성과 분석서비스 인식과의 관계를 분석하였고, 추가적으로 인식수준이 교육 및 분석서비스 만족도에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 분석결과를 기반으로 향후 데이터 분석 교육 및 분석서비스의 발전방향을 제시하였다.

GPS 관측기법을 지적측량에 도입하기 위하여 GPS를 이용한 새로운 지적측량 모형(Model)을 정립하는 연구와 관련 기술들을 개발하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이와 같은 추세에 발맞추어 GPS 자료처리 및 기준점 성과산출과 관련하여 국내ㆍ외 측량 관련 상용 GPS 자료처리 소프트웨어의 현황 및 성능을 파악하고, 자료처리 알고리즘을 분석하여, 우리 실정에 적합한 GPS 자료처리 소프트웨어를 개발하는 것을 본 연구의 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 국내ㆍ외의 전문 업체, 기관(대학)이 보유하고 있는 상용 소프트웨어 현황 분석 및 자료처리 방법에 따른 오차 발생을 연구하여 기선해석, 망 조정, 좌표변환 등 에 관련된 전문 소프트웨어 기능을 비교 분석하여 자료처리 산출성과의 정확도를 향상시키는 방향을 모색한다. 또한 기존 GPS 자료처리 소프트웨어에 적용된 알고리즘을 분석하고 지적측량성과 산출에 최적인 알고리즘을 연구하여 새로운 지적기준점 성과 산출을 위한 지적측량 성과계산 소프트웨어를 개발한다.

이 연구는 국제항법서비스(IGS)에서 진행 중인 실시간 IGS 산출물 서비스 구축을 위한 실시간 파일럿 프로젝트(Real-Time Pilot Project; RTPP)의 진행 현황의 파악을 위한 것이다. 본 동향조사에서는 RTPP의 구성요소 별 진행현황과 현재 기술 수준 및 해결해야 할 이슈 등에 대해 분석하였다. 조사결과 현재 4개의 분석센터의 실시간 산출물이 예비 서비스를 하고 있으며, 이를 활용한 연구도 활발히 진행되고 있는 현황이다. 하지만, 실시간 자료 전송을 위한 자료형식과 전송방식의 표준이 정해지지 않았고, 이온층과 대류층 정보의 경우도 아직 논의가 진행 중이다. IGS가 목표로 하는 실시간 서비스는 고정밀 위치결정, 우주환경, 자연재해 감시, 기상 및 기후 연구 등의 분야에 매우 활용도가 높은 서비스로 본 동향 조사를 통해 이를 활용하기 위한 관련 연구와 기술 개발에 있어 참고자료가 될 것으로 기대된다.

국내 경제를 포함한 글로벌 경제에서 플랫폼 기업이 지니는 중요성이 매우 커지고 있다. 많은 연구에서도 플랫폼 기업이 이끄는 디지털 경제를 통해 혁신이 창출되고 이들이 경제 성장의 동력으로 작동한다는 것을 강조하고 있다. 하지만, 플랫폼 기업에 대한 모호한 정의로 인해, 플랫폼 기업이 자리잡고 있는 플랫폼 생태계에 대한 정확한 현황 파악이 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 플랫폼 기업에 대한 정의를 내리고 플랫폼 기업의 유형을 분류하고자 하였다. 더불어 플랫폼 생태계의 현황에 대한 분석을 통해 향후 생태계의 발전과 활성활르 위한 정책적 제언을 제시하고자 하였다.

This study attempted to analyse the collections of public libraries in terms of their subject distribution and currency. It was expected that the analysis would give public librarians some suggestions as to their collection development policy making. This study team selected 423 Korean public libraries across the country and scrutinized the collections by their classes of Korean Decimal Classification(KDC) and publishing years. The study results indicated that there was some subject disproportion in public library collections. Literature and social sciences were accounting for 54.8% of whole collections. Currency of collections of public libraries could be said relatively excellent. It was found that 64.9% of whole collections had been published after 2000.
