The main Points of the 7th Education Program are: taking a serious view of development of children's individuality and creativity, and encouragement students their accord activity with applying digital reference for teaching and learning. It Is the suggestion of revitalization method of digital material room, afterward. by means of analyzation for satisfaction and demand and using status of children's library digital material room along with emphasis of self-loading learning and boosting self-solving ability based on computer and IT paradigm. The purpose is : providing foundation of active Information service and suggestion of revitalization method by means of analyzing operation and effective using children's library digital material room at Nowon Children's Library opened 2nd February, 2003. In 2nd chapter; thesis of conceptive model of children's library digital material room. In 3rd Chapter: Present status analysis of N. W. Children's library digital material room operation, and analysis of using and demand of public school 100 pupils. In 4th Chapter : Suggesting conclusion of revitalization of children's library digital material room based on utilization and demand appeared through this study.

본 연구에서는 국내 OER의 현황을 분석하고, OER의 교육적 가치를 극대화하고 지속가능성을 확보하기 위한 발전 방향을 탐색하였다. 현황 분석 결과 국내 OER은 주로 기존의 전통적인 교육 콘텐츠를 무료로 제공하고 확산시키는 것에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이는 더욱 넓은 의미에서 논의되고 있는 OER의 정의와 해외 동향을 살펴볼 때에 제한적이다. 본 연구는 본질적 의미에서의 '개방'을 실천하고, 사용자들의 '참여'를 유도함으로써 OER 활용을 촉진함으로써 더욱 진화된 형태의 OER을 실현할 수 있는 방안에 대하여 제안하였다.

The purpose of the research is to 4ind out its problems and to suggest its solution by investigating and analyzing the present condition of the Virtual Reference Shelves establishment in Chinese university libraries. To achieve the goal, this study establishes theoretical foundations for virtual reference shelves. The evaluation standard was set up on the basis of this theoretical foundation. The 38 university libraries, which had been selected in 985 Project were analyzed by this evaluation standard. The results are used to justify the cooperative establishment for virtual reference shelves.

스마트폰 보급의 급격한 증가로 도서관 정보이용환경에 많은 변화가 생겨나게 되었다. 이와 같은 환경변화에 가장 빠르고 민감하게 대응하고 있는 것은 대학도서관이다. 대학도서관은 모바일서비스의 중요성을 인식하고 현재 모바일서비스 구축에 많은 관심을 보이고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 392개의 대학을 대상으로 도서관 모바일서비스 현황을 조사하고, 현재 모바일서비스 중인 대학도서관 모바일 웹 11개, 대학도서관 모바일 앱 10개, 도서관기능을 포함한 대학 앱 87개의 콘텐트 구성을 분석하였다. 현황조사와 콘텐트 구성 분석결과를 통해 대학도서관 모바일 서비스의 향후 발전 방안을 제시한다.

In this study we made a try to define the concept of national information resources in science and technology fields and analyzed the current status through the comprehensive examination. And more detailed current status are investigated about building database for each type of national information resources and distribution through Internet services. To the end we described the problems and suggested the considerations for the future.

This study aims to analyze library user and circulation status based on the bigdata logs to identify characteristics by user group and propose methods for efficient management of library. The logs to be analyzed consist of user information, circulation information, service usage information registered at the National Library of Korea, Sejong. The user information logs contain 107,369 age data, 106,918 gender data, 106,838 residential data. The circulation information logs contain 536,083 circulation user data, 6,509,369 circulation count data, and the service usage information logs contain 82,813 data. For the analysis of characteristics by user group, the data were used for analyzing user status by age, gender, residence and circulation status by year, month, day. In addition, this study conducts FGI(Focus Group Interview) and linkage analysis with external data to identify factors for analysis results. Based on analysis results, improvement methods for helping library make effective decision-making were proposed. This study analyze empirically user and circulation status based on bigdata logs, and it has significance for being different form proceeding researches with less analysis data.

This study aims to analyze circulation status of children's material and participation in culture program based on the bigdata to identify the current status of children and youth services and suggest ways to improve the services. The logs to be analyzed consist of children's material information, circulation count information, circulation user information registered at the National Library of Korea, Sejong. The children's material information logs contain 77,297 data, circulation count information logs contain 4,160,484 data, circulation user information logs contain 189,060 data The current status analysis of children and youth services was conducted in various ways, including analysis of circulation status and culture program by subject, age, and residential area. Based on analysis results, improvement methods of children and youth services were proposed in terms of books, users and residences. This study analyze empirically current status of children and youth services based on bigdata logs, and it has significance for being different form proceeding researches. We expect this study to be used as an empirical basis for the establishment of operational strategies in the future.

21세기의 나노기술은 국가경쟁력을 위한 핵심 학문과 기술로 대두되었다. 우리나라는 2001년 7월에 '나노기술종합발전계획'을 수립하였고, 2002년 12월에는 '나노기술개발측진법'을 제정하여 국가의 전략기술로 범정부 차원에서 집중 투자하고 있음. 그 주요 내용으로 연구개발과 인프라 구축과 인력양성 등을 3대 핵심 과제로 추진하고 있다. 나노기술은 학문간, 기술간 및 산업 분야간 서로의 영역을 공유하는 다학제적 특성을 내포하고 있는 기술로서 미래의 기술혁신을 주도할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 또한, IT, BT, ET 등 신산업과 부품, 소재 등 기존 산업의 핵심 기술을 제공할 수 있는 기반기술로서 원천기술적 성격을 동시에 갖고 있다. 그동안 국내 나노기술 인력양성에 관한 조사 또는 연구는 매년 일부 수행되어 왔으나 나노기술 인력양성의 효과적 정책수립을 위한 보다 체계적이고 심층적인 조사와 분석에는 미흡했던 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구는 직접 설문을 통해 국내 나노기술 수요업체의 실태와 인력수요 현황을 조사, 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 나노기술의 세부 분야별 향후 인력 수요 전망을 통계적으로 예측한 후 해당 산업의 발전에 비칠 수 있는 영향을 분석하여 나노기술 인력 양성 정책 개발에 기반이 될 수 있는 정보의 제공을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같은 내용을 포함한다. - 나노기술 수요 업체의 특징 및 현황 - 나노기술 수요 업체의 인력 상황 및 미래 계획에 대한 설문 결과 - 설문 결과의 통계적 분석 및 이를 기반으로 하는 미래 상황 예측

중대한 해양사고를 예방하고 잠재적인 해양사고의 원인을 제거하기 위하여 해상교통안전진단 제도가 "해상교통안전법" 개정('09. 5. 27)을 통해 정식 제도화되었다. 법 시행 이후 수행된 연구 중 하나인 '해상안전진단제도의 기술기준 및 고도화 연구'에서는 관련 평가 중 하나인 해상 교통혼잡도 평가에 사용되는 환산교통량 및 표준선이 현재 선박의 대형화 및 고속화 추세를 반영하고 있지 못함을 제시, 개선의 필요성을 말하였다. 이에 먼저 관련한 일본의 이론과 국내 진단대행업자의 평가 이론 현황을 파악 분석한 바, 이론 및 진단대행업자 별로 분석요소들을 다르게 사용하고 있어 표준화의 필요성을 발견하였고 또한 2010년 선박 입출항 통계를 이용한 선박현황을 분석한바 이론에서 사용하는 표준선과는 상당이 차이가 있음이 나타났다. 이후 관련 개선을 위한 기술기준(안)을 제안하여 전문가들의 의견 수렴과 이를 분석한 결과, 비록 소수의 상반된 의견이 있었지만, 표준선 변경에 따른 환산교통량 변화가 해상교통혼잡도에 미치는 영향은 그리 크지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 평가관련 개선을 위한 최종 기술기준(안) 및 앞으로 발전방향을 제시하여 해상교통 혼잡도 평가 발전을 위한 연구기반을 마련하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the methods for activating blogs in university libraries by investigating and analyzing their current management conditions. For this purpose, first, literatures related to library blogs were reviewed to examine the theoretical background. Second, the contents of university library blogs actively used, were investigated. Third, a survey with librarians in charge of the library blogs was carried out in order to identify problems dealing with blog management. The study's analysis presented the problems that university library blogs faced. And also enrichment strategies for university library blogs are suggested based on the research.
