Measuring and evaluating project progress and performance are the key element of the construction project success. Construction progress is typically measured quantitatively by evaluating cost and time allocated to the project deliverable, and thus properly integrating cost and time is essential to the project management. This research was performed to propose an alternative methodology to integrate the cost and time and provide a framework for the progress measurement. The researchers developed a typical work process for the cost and schedule planning and also developed an alternative cost-schedule integration method by using progress integration units (PIU). A discipline of a construction phase served as a common level for WBS and CBS integration, so the PIUs'were defined under discipline. A case study project was selected to validate the developed methodology. The result showed the proposed method improved efficiency of cost and time integration. The result also showed the excluding material for the progress measurement purpose significantly reduced the bias of progress measurement.

The importance of IT service management to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of IT outsourcing practices or performance has been emphasized in the fields. Accordingly, several methodologies of IT service management have been adopted in a fashion. This case based research tries to analyze the effects of ITIL-based IT service management practice in a company on IT outsourcing performance. The case analysis shows that ITIL-based service management influences systems quality, information quality, and service quality in direct manner. But it does not influence systems use and systems satisfaction in a meaningful way. This study would help IT service managers construct IT service environment which improves the performance of IT outsourcing service delivery and also researchers set up research proposition in a concise way in the future.

국가R&D사업 관리를 위해 17개 부처 청은 각각의 과제관리 대표전문기관을 지정하고 있으며, 16개 대표전문기관은 매년 국가R&D 과제를 발주하고 예산을 집행하며, 협약된 과제에 대한 성과를 관리하고 있다. 국가R&D 과제를 발주하기 위해 먼저 사업에 대한 공고를 시행하는데 대부분의 부처 및 대표전문기관은 온라인 시스템을 이용한다. 대표전문기관은 각각의 연구관리시스템을 운영하여 R&D과제 공고정보를 게제하고 연구자는 해당 시스템에 로그인하여 과제를 신청한다. 이 때 과제신청을 하고자하는 연구자는 원하는 공고정보를 찾고 과제를 신청하기 위해 산재된 연구관리시스템을 접근하여 원하는 정보를 탐색해야 하는 불편함이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 범부처 국가R&D과제 공고정보를 통합적으로 제공하고, 산재된 연구관리시스템에 개별적으로 접근하지 않고도 과제신청을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 이기종간의 로그인 방안과 과제신청 프로세스, 신청된 관제정보를 효율적으로 관리, 제공하는 방법에 대해 논하며, 이는 국가R&D과제를 수행하고자 하는 연구자에게 과제 신청 방법의 효율성을 제공한다.

The objective of this study is to find out the direction and strategies of dynamic capacity utilization for the strategic supply chain management (SCM), which is an innovative means for enhancing the efficiency of the firm, and to create an optimal management environment for the competitiveness of firms. The market and technology will be able to generate higher business performance when adapting the strategic direction and culture to the formal dynamic capacities possessed by the firm and reflecting the technology related to the dynamic capacities for the strategic SCM in the process. In this study, we empirically analyze the effect of market and technology orientations on the firm performance and how dynamic capacities affects firm performance. The results of this study show that market and technology orientations have positive effects on dynamic capacities and dynamic capacities have positive effect on firm performance. In addition, it is proved that dynamic capacities mediated the relationship between market orientation, technology orientation, and firm performance.

One of the major applications of CRM systems is to integrate and automate selling processes. CRM systems provide sales people with tools and data sources they need to reengineer their selling processes. In the industry where sales are traditionally based on personal relationships and the use of the CRM systems is voluntary, the installation of technical solutions does not guarantee Selling Process Reengineering (SPR). The objective of this study is to investigate (1) organizational factors that influence CRM use by sales personnel; and (2) the mediation effect of CRM system use on SPR success when system use and process reengineering are voluntary rather than institutional. Understanding the determinants of voluntary CRM system use and SPR success provide valuable guidance for managers. Managers can benefit from this study by focusing on improving the factors that affect voluntary CRM system use and SPR success.

오늘날 기업의 핵심 역량은 공급사슬관리의 수준에 따라 평가받게 된다. 특히 정보기술의 발전으로 기업내부는 물론 공급사슬 상의 다른 구성원들과의 정보 공유가 원활하게 이루어짐에 따라 공급사슬 프로세스를 적극적으로 통합하는 것이 가능하게 되었다. 이와 같은 기업이 공급사슬의 통합을 통하여 핵심역량을 강화하고 기업의 성과를 제고하기 위해서는 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 공급사슬 통합의 대상을 정확히 파악하여야 한다. 그러나 공급사슬 통합으로 인한 성과는 기업의 규모에 따라 다르게 나타날 것이며, 공급사슬 통합을 위한 전략 또한 이에 맞추어 수립되어야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 문헌연구를 통하여 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 공급사슬통합 요인들을 기술하고, 공급사슬통합요인과 기업의 성과간의 관계에서 기업의 규모에 따른 차이를 분석하기 위하여 대기업과 중소기업을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 공급사슬 통합이 기업성과에 미치는 영향은 기업의 규모에 따라 다르게 나타나며, 이러한 결과는 기업들이 규모를 고려한 공급사슬통합 전략의 수립에 방향을 제시할 것이다.

To support construction process management effectively, an integrated cost and schedule control function is required to collect quality data in a timely manner and to provide quality historical data for future planning of new projects. In Korea construction industry, the development and implementation cases of a project control system which to efficiently support construction project planning and controlling processes, have been increased to ensure a project success and the profitability of a construction company. To contribute to improving practical effectiveness of a project control system, the paper reviewed and analyzed the current trends and functional features of current project control systems. And it also described the pending issues and their solutions faced on previous project control systems.

소프트웨어 프로세스 개선에 대한 원리와 방법은 CMM/CMMI 와 같은 프로세스 모델의 등장으로 인식하였으나 개인과 팀 차원에서 이를 구체적으로 구현하기 위한 운영적 차원의 절차와 수단의 부족으로 실제현상에 적용하여 성과를 창출하기에는 어려움을 겪어왔다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고 개발자와 개발팀의 차원에서 CMM/CMMI 의 목표와 프랙티스를 구현하기 위해 SEI(Software Engineering Institute)에 의해 PSP/TSP 가 개발되었다. 그러나 RSP 가 팀 차원에서 스프트웨어 개발에 사용할 수 있는 구체적인 기법들을 기술하고 있더라고 RSP 에서 수집되는 메트릭에 대한 분석기법은 여전히 부족하다. 따라서 TSP 수행시 발생할 수 있는 문제를 방지하고 프로세스가 변경되고 유지 관리될 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 식스시그마의 다양한 통계 기법과 의사 결정도구의 사용이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 TSP 의 각 스크립트에 식스시그마의 통계 기법과 의사 결정도구를 포함 시킴으로써 TSP를 확장한 식스시그마-TSP 통합 프레임워크와 활용 가이드라인을 제시함으로써 팀 차원에서의 프로세스 개선의 수행을 지원하며 팀 차원에서 발생할 수 있는 이슈를 식스시그마의 분석, 정량화 도구를 사용하여 해결하고 아울러 팀 성과를 향상할 수 있는 방법을 모색해본다.

벤처기업 CEO의 본질적 역량과 역할은 조직의 자원을 얼마나 효율적으로 운영하는가에 따라 관리자로서 조직성과에 큰 영향을 미친다. 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 CEO 역량 수준이 조직이 내재하는 자원에 미치는 영향에 대한 이론적 고찰과 CEO의 역량 수준과 조직성과 간의 관계가 조직 구성원의 역량에 따라서 어떻게 달라지는가에 관한 실증연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 기존 선행연구의 한계점을 보완하기 위해 본 연구에서는 자원기반이론(resource-based view of the firm)을 바탕으로 프로스포츠 산업에서의 조직 구성원의 역량에 따른 관리자의 감독역할에 대해 실증적으로 분석하였다. 구체적으로, 본 연구에서는 기존의 스포츠 기업가정신(sport entrepreneurship) 연구 분야의 이론을 경영전략의 자원기반관점과 융합하여 벤처기업 CEO와 프로스포츠 감독의 역할이 조직구조와 성과 메커니즘의 측면에서 매우 흡사하며 조직의 자원을 효율적으로 운영하고 성과를 도출하는 측면에서 모두 기업가(entrepreneur)적 특성을 반드시 내재해야 한다고 본다. 이러한 맥락에서 프로스포츠팀에서의 관리자로서의 감독 역량과 조직성과 간의 관계에서 조직의 자원 효율성의 매개효과와 조직 구성원 역량에 대한 조절효과를 설명하고자 한다. 미국프로농구(NBA) 30개 구단과 한국프로농구(KBL) 10개 구단의 9개 시즌(2013~2014시즌 - 2021~2022시즌)의 감독과 팀 데이터를 실증분석에 있어 프로세스 매크로 58 모형을 적용하여 본 연구의 가설을 검증하였다. 실증분석 결과, 미국프로농구과 한국프로농구 데이터 모두에서 (1) 프로농구팀의 자원 효율성은 감독의 역량과 승률 간의 정(+)의 관계를 매개하고, (2) 조직 구성원의 역량은 농구팀의 자원 효율성을 통한 감독 역량이 승률에 미치는 간접효과를 조절(p<.05) 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 비교적 객관적으로 조직의 성과측정이 가능한 프로스포츠 데이터를 활용하여 프로스포츠 산업에서 벤처기업의 CEO와 유사한 기업가적 역할을 수반해야 하는 감독 및 조직 구성원의 역량이 조직의 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하는 한편 스포츠 애널리틱스(sport analytics) 분야와 경영학 연구를 융합하였다는 의의가 있다.
