  • 본 논문에서는 인터넷 콘텐츠에 대한 내용선별 기술표준인 PICS의 동향을 살펴보고, 이것을 준용하여 무선인터넷 내용선별 기술을 표준화할 경우 고려사항을 검토하였다. 전 세계적으로 적용되는 업계표준인 PICS는 인터넷 내용물을 선별적으로 볼 수 있게 해주는 기반구조로서, 선별 소프트웨어와 등급서비스들 간에 잘 동작할 수 있게 도와주는 기술 규격이다. 이러한 PICS를 무선인터넷 환경에 적용하여 국내 현실에 알맞은 무선인터넷 내용선별 표준을 개발할 경우 추진하여야 할 연구분야 및 정책 지원분야를 검토하였다. 그리고 자율적인 운영을 기반으로 한 인터넷 내용등급제의 활성화, 내용선별 기술 표준화 및 소프트웨어 개발 연구 등에 정부의 정책적인 지원이 필요하다.

  • 현행 내용증명 서비스는 사용빈도수가 높은 우체국 부가서비스임에도 불구하고 여전히 전통적인 C2C(개인간 교환) 환경을 주요대상으로 하며, 인터넷 우체국을 통한 접수 기능을 통해 접수의 불편함을 다소 해소하였으나, 관련 접수/배달 우체국에서 인쇄/복사 문서에 대하여 전통적인 방법으로 처리/관리하기 때문에 내용증명 대상 문서의 불법 복사와 내용확인 등의 절차에서 시공간적 제약사항이 여전히 존재하는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 현행 내용증명 우편서비스의 개념을 정리하고 국내외 관련 기술 표준 활동을 파악하며, 향후 인터넷 기반의 내용증명 서비스의 발전방향을 포함하는 개념모델을 제시한다.

  • 교과목표가 설정되면 교과목표를 달성하기 위해 교육내용을 선정하고 조직해야 한다. 초등학교 컴퓨터 교육내용을 선정하고 조직하기 위해 먼저 교과목표가 설정되어야 하나 현재 컴퓨터 교과가 정식 교과로 인정받지 못해 교과목표는 재량활동 2시간 중 1시간을 의무적으로 실시하는 정보통신 기술교육의 목표를 교과의 목표로 참고하고 본 연구를 실시하였다. 현재 정보통신 기술교육 시간에 사용하는 교재에는 교육내용 선정과 조직에 관한 이론이 아주 짧게 언급되어 있다. 본 연구는 초등학교 컴퓨터 교육내용 선정과 조직의 방법을 교육학 이론을 바탕으로 정리하고 4가지 기준을 이용 컴퓨터 교육과정 계열화 도표를 제시해 보고자 한다.

  • 전자신용장통일규칙에 대한 그 동안의 논의는 주로 UCP500과는 별도로 새로운 통일규칙을 제정하여야 한다는 논의와 기존의 UCP500내에서 전자서류에 대한 내용을 새로이 추가하여야 한다는 논의였다. 그러나 궁극적으로 UCP500의 경우 종이서류를 근거로 하여 내용을 규정하고 있기 때문에 전자신용장거래에서의 전자제시에 대하여 적용할 수 없었다. 이러한 점에서 UCP500에서는 전자무역거래에서 사용되고 있는 기본 개념조차도 수용되어 있지 않고 있는데 예를 들면, 전자서명, 전자서류 또는 전자기록에 대한 내용이다. UCP가 안고 있는 이러한 문제의 소지를 사전에 해결하기 위하여 ICC에서 eUCP를 제정하였다는 점에서 큰 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 이와 같이 본 연구는 eUCP의 도입배경을 선화증권의 위기문제와 연관시켜 조명하고 eUCP의 주요내용을 살펴보고 이를 UCP500의 규정과 비교하여 봄으로써 UCP500과 유기적으로 사용될 eUCP의 이해를 제고하여 향후 발생될 당사자의 분쟁을 사전에 방지하고자 하는 것이 그 목적이다.

Study on Construction Schemes of Middle School Informatics Textbook based on Cognitive Structure of Learners (인지구조를 고려한 중학교 정보 교과서 내용 구성 방안에 관한 연구)

  • This study is to suggest a method of constructing Informatics textbook considering the cognitive development level of middle school learners. We developed 3 types of learning content models according to the educational objectives and activities of learners and then suggested the methods of constructing textbook. For this, we reviewed the related research results on the development characteristics and cognitive development theories of middle school students. Second, we drew instructional schemes from the pedagogic theories. Then, we suggested 3 models: 'Learning Centered on Concept'. 'Learning Centered on Investigation', and ' learning Centered on Actual Training'. We suggested construction schemes to each model and verified the adequacy using questionnaire to 30 teachers and received the positive responses from most teachers.

  • This study was to compare the description of content types(content forms) and media types of RDA and ISBD in order to revise GMD of KCR4. Test and survey were conducted as the research methods for comparing content types and media types description of RDA and ISBD. As a result, RDA content types description is better than ISBD in aspects of uniformity and correct rates. Especially, detailed list of content types in RDA could make the resources to be expressed completely, but content forms with adding the content qualification in ISBD could make the resource to be expressed with many errors. Therefore, there were some considerations to describe content types. First, content types terms in RDA need to be specified more. Second, some detailed rules need to be regulated on the combination of content qualification of ISBD. Third, the mapping tables between RDA content types and ISBD content forms need to be revised. Fourth, RDA content types list will be more applicable in KCR4 based on the uniformity and correct rates in the test. This study will contribute to analyze and suggest RDA and ISBD terms list of content types and media types for KCR4.

Global Common Knowledge and Skills in Elementary Mathematics (국제 공통의 초등 수학 내용 요소 추출)

  • The purpose of this study was to specify knowledge and skills that are expected to be learned by students worldwide at the elementary level of Mathematics. This was achieved by extracting knowledge and skills commonly expected to know and perform in elementary school level by analyzing elementary math curriculum of twelve countries that vary geographically and economically. Based on the data gathered and analyzed, the common domains extracted from this study in elementary level Mathematics include Number and Operations, Geometry, Measurement and Data. And knowledge and skills that children are expected to achieve in each domain by the end of primary school were listed. This research showed that for elementary level Mathematics, the majority of the curricula had the commonalities in Number and Operations, Geometry, Measurement and Data. Though this study had the limitations of analyzing curriculum documents open to public, this study will offer the ground for discussion on the elementary mathematics education in a global context.

Classification System Model Design for Algorithm Education for Elementary and Secondary Students (초중등학생 대상 알고리즘 교육을 위한 분류체계 모형 설계)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose algorithm classification system for algorithm education for Elementary and Secondary Students. We defines the components of the algorithm and expresses the algorithm classification system by the analysis synthesis method. The contents of the study are as follows. First, we conducted a theoretical search on the classification purpose and classification. Second, the contents and limitations of the classification system for the proposed algorithm contents were examined. In addition, we examined the contents and selection criteria of algorithms used in algorithm education research. Third, the algorithm components were redefined using the core idea and crosscutting concept proposed by the NRC. And the crosscutting concept of algorithm is subdivided into algorithm data structure and algorithm design strategy, and its contents are presented using analytic synthesis classification scheme. Finally, the validity of the proposed contents was verified by the review of the expert group. It is expected that the study on the algorithm classification system will provide many implications for the contents selection and training method in the algorithm education.

Cluster Analysis Study based on Content Types of <Heungbu-jeon> versions (<흥부전> 이본의 내용 유형에 따른 군집 분석 연구)

  • This study aims to analyze the similarities and dissimilarities of various versions of <Heungbu-jeon> at both micro- and macro-levels using contents analysis techniques and the Hamming distance metrics. The 28 versions of <Heungbu-jeon> were segmented into 341 content units, and for each unit, the value of the content type was encoded. The dissimilarities between content types were compared among all versions by the content unit, respectively. The (dis-)similarities based on the content types of the 28 versions were aggregated and transformed into a distance matrix. The matrix was interpreted by multi-dimensional scaling, resulting into the two-dimensional coordinates. By visualizing the results by multi-dimensional scaling analysis, it was confirmed that the versions of <Heungbu-jeon> can be broadly divided into two groups. Hierarchical clustering and phylogenetic analysis were applied to analyze the clusters of the 28 versions, using the same distance matrix. The results showed that there are five clusters based on the micro-level analysis of (dis-)similarities within two major clusters. This study demonstrated the usefulness of applying digital humanities methods to encode the content of classical literary versions and analyze the data using clustering analysis techniques based on the (dis-)similarity of literary content.
