This study investigates the relationship between human resource capacity and financial and non-financial performance. We examine the previous studies on human resources and corporate performance, the performance factors of SMEs, financial performance and non-financial performance. Based on this research, model and research hypothesis were set up. According to study result, CEO's competency influences on both of non-financial and financial performances. The period of CEO's experience in one industry positively effects on filing number of intellectual properties(IPs). Firm's basic competency positively effects on non-financial performance but has meaningless impact on financial performance. The extent of education and experience of executive managers positively influences on filling number of IPs. The extent of education and experience of R&D personnel also positively effects on technology innovation output. Executive managers specialties may influence on long term performance but are identified that those have no influence on financial performance.

최근 전 세계적으로 기후변화로 인한 자연재해가 빈번하게 발생하고 있으며, 우리나라 역시 해마다 가뭄과 홍수 등의 피해가 큰 실정이다. 특히 가뭄으로 인한 피해는 농업분야와 직결되어 있으며, 미래식량과 물안보에 영향을 미친다. 최근에는 국내 물관리일원화 정책에 따른 통합물관리 시행으로 수요관리에 의한 물이용 효율성이 물관리 기본원칙으로 포함되어 있어, 농업용수 분야의 물절약 필요성과 중요성은 더욱 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 농업농촌부문 가뭄대응 종합대책의 일환으로 2016년부터 농업용수 이용자 측면에서 물절약 실천을 유도하기 위한 물절약 교육 모델의 개발과 농업인 대상 시범교육이 실시되고 있으나 일부 지역에만 단발성 사업으로 제한적으로 추진되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 물절약 교육 및 홍보사업을 보다 체계적이고 광법위하게 적용하여 농업 현장에서의 가시적인 물절약 성과를 도출하기 위한 노력이 요구된다. 이에 대한 일환으로 본 연구에서는 물절약 교육 콘텐트 개발 및 현장 교육에 반영하기 위하여 농업인 대상 물절약 의식과 행동실천 여부에 대해 조사를 실시해 보았다. 포항 및 영덕지역의 한국농어촌공사 관할지구 내 농업용수 이용자 중 수리시설감시원(이하 '수감원') 100여명을 대상으로 설문조사로 파악해 보았다. 설문에 참여한 수감원들은 대부분 65세 이상의 고령으로 농업에 오랜 기간 종사한 경험의 소유자로서 소규모 농업경영이 주를 이루었다. 대부분 농사기간동안 물부족 경험이 있었으며, 모내기 및 벼생육기 강우조건에 따라 물부족을 경험한 것으로 파악되었다. 이로 인해 설문 참여자들의 물절약 필요성에 대해서는 높은 공감대를 나타내었으며, 특히 농업인 대상 물절약 교육의 필요성에 대해서 매우 높은 공감대를 나타내었다. 농업인의 물과다 사용 및 물꼬관리 부실 등 필지단위 물관리 부실에 대해서도 상당히 인정하는 편이었으며, 이러한 농업인의 관행적인 물관리 행태에 대해서 변화를 유도할 수 있는 수리계조직 부활을 통한 농업인 물관리 직접 참여 등의 대안이 필요하다는 의견에 대해서도 긍정적이었다. 또한 농업인 용수이용에 대한 비용 부담에 대해서도 다소 긍정적인 의견도 제시되었다. 본 연구 결과로 농업인의 적극적인 물관리 및 물절약 참여를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 실현가능한 관련 제도 마련의 필요성과 체계적이고 지속적인 물절약 교육 및 홍보 정책 추진의 필요성이 제기된다.

본 연구는 기초학문자료센터의 연구데이터를 후속연구자들이 효율적으로 이용하며 연구데이터의 재이용을 향상시키기 위한 시각화 서비스를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 기초학문자료센터를 이용한 경험이 있는 연구자를 인터뷰하여 현재 기초학문자료센터의 미비점과 개선점을 파악하고, 시각화가 필요한 부분에 대한 의견을 수집하였다. 조사 결과, 기초학문자료센터에서 제공하는 연구성과물이 양적으로 부족하며, 통합검색을 제외한 연구과제 검색, 연구성과물유형별 검색, 연구분야분류별 검색은 불필요하고, 추천검색어가 보완될 필요가 있었다.

하천의 보와 같은 횡방향 구조물은 홍수시 구조물에 의한 세굴이 발생하고, 그로인해 구조물의 불안정을 초래한다. 본 연구에서는 apron 하류에 하상보호공을 설치하였을 때 하상보호공의 안정성과 하류의 세굴양상에 대해 연구하였다. Apron 상류로부터 유사의 유입이 없도록 apron 하류에 체결된 블록을 설치한 개수로에서 블록의 설치길이와 채움재를 변화시켜 수리모형 실험을 실시하여 블록의 설치길이와 채움재에 따른 안정성과 하류세굴양상을 평가하였다. Apron하류의 블록 내부에서 세굴 깊이는 블록의 설치길이, 채움재의 직경, 유량, Reynolds 수, Froude 수 등에 따라 달라진다. 세굴에 대한 블록의 안정성은 블록의 설치길이와 채움재의 직경에 가장 큰 영향을 받는다. 블록의 설치 길이와 채움재의 직경을 증가시킴으로써 블록의 안정성을 확보할 수 있다. 실험결과 블록의 설치길이가 13.35m이상일 때 블록의 안정성이 확보될 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

비정형의 대공간 구조물은 대량의 부재가 규칙성을 가지고 공간상에서 반복되는 패턴을 가지는 특징이 있다. 이러한 특징은 기존의 구조해석 모델러로부터의 접근을 어렵게 하는 반면, 관계성과 규칙성을 논리적으로 모델링함으로써 최종 모델을 생성해내는 파라메트릭 모델링 방법에는 매우 적합하다. 본 연구에서는 이전의 연구를 통해 개발된 파라메트릭 구조해석 모델링 툴인 STRAUTO을 이용해 전형적인 비정형 대공간 구조물인 용인시민체육공원 주경기장의 모델링에 파라메트릭 모델링 기법을 직접 적용해 봄으로써 이 새로운 접근법의 적합성과 효율성을 검토해 보았다.

This study implemented an empirical analysis of education and training for dangerous goods and hazardous materials handlers on the Busan New Port terminals and hinterland logistics centers using a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in combination with the formative model and reflective model, from the viewpoint of the supply chain. An effect size analysis was also conducted. The results of the empirical analysis show that Training Environment and the Atmosphere of Education have a positive influence on the Educational Expectation of hazardous material handlers, and the Educational Expectation has a positive influence on the Education and Training Program and Transfer of Education Training. Likewise, the Education and Training Program has a positive influence on the Transfer of Education Training and Result of Education and Training. Furthermore, the Transfer of Education Training has a positive influence on the Result of Education and Training. The Result of Education and Training has a positive influence on the Present State of hazardous material management. According to the results of the effect size analysis, the following parameters represented a great effect: the Atmosphere of Education to the Education Expectation, the Education Expectation to the Education and Training Program, the Transfer of Education Training to the Result of Education and Training, and the Result of Education and Training to the Present State of Dangerous Goods Management. The results of this study provided various suggestions for related practices.

It has been reported that reckless marine structures located in the coastal zone deteriorate environment and tourism due to industrialization and tourist development. Therefore, it needs to analyze am appropriate remodeling plan for environment, tourism, and safety in current marine structures and then establish the standard for the optimum remodeling design and the guidance for maintenance. Furthermore, it needs a precise simulation program about typhoons and tidal waves for the environment, safety and a three-dimensional positioning and structural modeling currently built in structures. This research has a purpose of suggesting a theoretical method for the establishment of GIS information.

Research records are essential records to explain the accountability of research throughout the life cycle of a research project. Thus, they need to be properly managed, preserved, and shared. This study analyzed the effectiveness and ability of applying DMP to research records management. This study also suggested the RRMP (Research Records Management Plan) for the research records management and preservation in scientific research institutes. RRMP is considered as up-front planning for the research records management and preservation before any records are created.
