The goal of this study is to identify factors that influence on the persistent information security compliance intention of employees. Antecedents suggested in research model are security awareness training and perceived effectiveness of information security policy. Research results show that security awareness training has a positive effect on persistent information security compliance intention as well as effectiveness of information security policy. While policy breadth, which is one of the effectiveness of information security policy, influences on persistent information security compliance attitude and intention, policy brevity does not effect on persistent information security compliance intention. Conclusions and implications are discussed.

자율자동차의 시대가 현실로 다가오는 지금, 자동차의 보안 통제는 사람의 생명과 연결된 문제로 인식전환이 이루어져 가고 있다. 이러한 변화는 자동차 산업 기술에 대한 국제 사회의 공통된 관심사가 되었으며, 자동차 보안을 주제로 하는 국제 표준 개발로 이어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 보안 분야에 있어 대표적인 공적표준기구인 ITU-T SG17에서 진행되고 있는 자동차 보안 표준 연구에서 정의하고 있는 보안 위협에 대한 분석을 통해 자동차 보안의 현주소를 살펴보고, 안전한 자동차의 운행을 보장하기 위한 향후 연구 방향에 대해 제언하고자 한다.

Elderly welfare practitioners study on job performance systems and information security management though important information, including personal information, social services for the elderly extent of protection is insufficient. The elder welfare institution engaged in information security of whether the research was conducted to enhance information security capabilities against How does affect the information security acts as a parameter. The empirical research was conducted by latent mean analysis by gender of workers. As a result of the study, there were differences among the groups according to gender in relation to information security awareness, information security capacity enhancement, and information security behavior. There were gender differences in information security behavior. It has been found that the strengthening of information security has an important influence on information security behavior.

전자상거래 보안은 전자상거래의 성공여부를 결정할 수 있는 신뢰성 확보를 위한 기반기술로서 인식되고 있다. 이러한 보안 서비스의 문제는 전자상거래 활성화의 가장 큰 요소 중의 하나로서 정보기술과 인터넷 기술의 발전과 함께 꾸준히 연구 및 보완되어야 할 중대한 이슈가 되었다. 특히 전자상거래의 급성장과 함께 보안사고가 잇따르고 있는 상황에서 이를 대처하기 위한 전문인력이 절대적으로 부족함에도 불구하고 이런 상황을 타개하기 위한 전문인력 양성제도나 기관은 극히 취약한 실정이다. 이와 같은 상황에서 보안 전문인력의 양성을 위한 자격인증 제도의 도입이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 전자상거래 보안 전문가를 양성하기 위한 연구로서 자격증 인증제도의 도입에 관하여 실무적으로 접근한다는 점에서 그 의의를 갖는다. 즉 본 연구는 전자상거래 보안전문가 자격제도의 도입, 관련 교육에 관한 이론적, 실무적 체계 마련 등 전자상거래 보안전문가 자격인증제도의 기반을 연구함으로써 국내 전자상거래 보안 수준을 향상시키고 나아가 전자상거래 발전에 기여하게 될 것이다.

Universities are one of leading R&D institutes, however, their scarce security investment allows research information to leak outside. This paper proposes methods for improving security level of academic institutes to protect research information by analyzing security awareness and activities. To do that, we verified the current status of information security and awareness level by analyzing the survey which was conducted for a member of Seoul National University. As a result of statistical analysis using correlation, analysis of variance, multi regression and so on, we concluded that it is essential to improve security awareness, activities, professor's security level and management process for research labs. Thus, we suggest the following methods, security awareness and knowledge development through education, security management for research labs through provision, introduction of data protection softwares and physical control of visitors which are to be adopted to improve security level.

As the technology hegemony war between the United States and China develops and the importance of R&D increases, countries around the world are increasing their R&D investment. In Korea, the size of R&D investment by the government and companies has steadily increased every year, and cutting-edge technologies are being developed in various fields as it shifts to the direction of creative technology development. However, the number of cases in which high-tech core technologies in Korea, which have invested a lot of budget, time, and effort, are illegally leaked overseas is also steadily increasing. Research security is an activity to safely protect protected objects in the research environment from risk factors such as leakage and deodorization, and laws and systems for research security are being reorganized not only in Korea but also in the United States and other countries around the world. In this paper we aims to derive Korea's research security policy direction, focusing on US research security cases which ranks first in R&D expenses around the world to improve the R&D system and actively discusses R&D policies and laws.

본 연구의 목적은 신규 금융보안서비스(OTP, HSM)의 채택에 있어 개인사용자에게 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하고자 함에 있다. 연구방법으로는 기술수용모형(TAM)을 기반으로 새롭게 보안에 관한 변수를 추가하여 확장된 기술수용모형을 사용하였다. 현재 등급별 이체한도에 따라 기업의 거래이용수단에 적용되는 제약은 향후 개인사용자에게의 확대될 예정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 개인사용자를 대상으로 하여 실증적인 연구를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 신규 금융보안서비스의 채택에 있어서 개인사용자는 인지된 편의성과 보안성을 직접적으로 수용의도에 반영하지는 않지만 인지된 유용성을 통해 간접적으로 반영하고 있으며 직접적으로 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 인지된 유용성만이 유일한 것을 밝혀내었다. 따라서 본 논문은 금융보안서비스가 개인에게 확장될 경우 가장 중요한 요인이 인지된 유용성이라는 사실과 인지된 유용성은 보안성보다는 사용자의 용이성에 더 많은 영향을 받음을 확인함으로써 향후 실사용자가 될 대상에게 더 유용하고 용이한 금융보안서비스를 제공해야 함을 시사하는 바이다.

국제표준화기구 ITU-T에서는 SG17 WP2 그룹이 정보통신 보안에 관한 표준화를 리드하는 연구그룹으로, 산하 7개의 연구과제(Question)를 구성하여 정보보호 국제표준을 개발하고 있다. 이 연구과제들 중 Q.9(의장, 염흥열, 순천향대)에서 는 안전한 통신 서비스라는 주제로 모바일 보안, 홈네트워크 보안, 웹 서비스 보안, P2P보안, 멀티캐스트 보안, USN 보안, NID(RFID) 보안, IPTV 보안, 응용서비스 및 응용 프로토콜 보안 등 정보통신 환경에서 다양하게 응용될 수 있는 국제표준들의 개발을 담당하고 있다. 현재, Q.9에서는 앞서 언급된 분야로 총 16건의 국제표준을 제정하였으며, 총 6건의 표준초안들이 개발중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 Q.9에서 개발한 국제표준들과 개발중에 있는 표준초안들에 대해 간단히 소개하고, 차기 연구회기(’09${\sim}$’12) 구조조정 방향에 따른 향후 추진방향을 제시하고자 한다.

In digital convergence environment, information security management plays crucial role in maintaining firms' competitiveness. Organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) enables informations security countermeasures to be more effectively worked by helping employees to have much knowledge of information security policy, by facilitating employees to participate in information security education/training. Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of OCB on the relationships between information security countermeasures and compliance intention. Questionary was designed based on prior information security research, and survey was conducted among companies' employees across the industry. Results showed that information security policy and information security education/training were found to be key predictors of compliance intention. In addition, OCB was proven to mediate the relationships between information security countermeasures and compliance intention.

Today, due to the development of the 4th industrial revolution such as artificial intelligence, the security threat of the military organization is increasing. A study that can contribute to complying with military security is needed by studying the effects of influence factors occurring in this changing or newly emerging security environment on information security stress and security compliance behavior intention. In previous studies, task overload, task complexity, task uncertainty, and task conflict were extracted among environmental influencing factors that cause security stress. We empirically analyzed how these influencing factors affect security stress and whether they play a mediating role in security stress. As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed that the security stress was affected in the order of task overload, task conflict, and task uncertainty. Information security stress did not significantly affect security compliance behavior intention, but it was found to mediate the effect of task overload on security compliance behavior intention. This causes information security stress due to heavy security work in the military organization, which ultimately leads to lower security compliance behavior. Therefore, the security policy to manage this situation should be promoted first.
