최근에 제4차 산업혁명을 거론하면서 사물인터넷(IoT)을 하나의 중요한 요소로 보고 있으며, 사물인터넷의 한 방향으로 홈네트워크인 홈IoT가 주목을 받고 있다. 최근의 경제적, 사회적인 변화로 1인 가구, 독거노인, 맞벌이 가구의 증가로 인한 주거환경 변화가 사물인터넷 디바이스의 새로운 수요 증가를 시키고 있는 상황이다. 따라서 홈IoT와 관련하여 다양한 이슈화가 있지만 크게 두 부분으로 제언을 하고자 한다. 하나는 사물인터넷(IoT)가 가지고 있는 근본적인 문제인 전원으로 에너지 자립형 IoT와 관련하여 에너지 하베스팅을 기반으로 연구되고 있으나, 홈IoT 설비의 관점에서 단순하게 접근하고자 한다. 두번째로 정보보안 관련으로 최근에 랜섬웨어와 같은 네트워크 침입을 통한 해킹 및 접근이 지속적으로 이루어지고 있음으로 네트워크 보안관점을 보고하고자 한다. 결과적으로 홈IoT는 무선전력방식이나 전원접근방식을 저전력 방식으로 새롭게 표준화나 전원 서비스를 함으로서 좀 더 용이하게 IoT를 설치할 수 있도록 하여야 하며, 네트워크 보안은 개인의 경각심과 더불어서 IoT 장비 개발사의 지속적인 보안 업데이트가 가능하도록 인증절차가 필요할 것으로 판단이 된다.

This study analyzed the characteristics that affect the direction change of public fitness in the current COVID-19 situation. As a result of the study, if public and active fitness-related awareness is strengthened and fitness places require a transition from outdoor fitness to home training, fitness activities require a transition from offline fitness to offline + online sports fitness, and finally, in the case of fitness equipment, there is an increase in demand for home training. Based on these characteristics, this study is expected to help the entire nation achieve athletic life and a healthy society by presenting its course of action on the change of direction of popular movement.

Semiochemicals including pheromone are chemicals used in chemical communication of insect. Semiochemicals have been widely used for population monitoring, mass trapping, and mating disruption of insect pest. In this review article, the current status of pheromone research of major forest insect pest in Korea such as Monochamus alternauts, M. saltuarius, Matsucoccus thunbergianae, Platypus koryoensis, Glyphodes perspectalis, Dioryctria abietella, Lymantria dispar, Synanthedon bicingulata, and Naxa seriaria was introduced, and the results were compared with those reported in other countries. Based on the analysis of current pheromone research of forest insect pests, future studies and development direction was suggested.

UAM(Urban Air Mobility)은 가까운 미래에 현실이 되는 항공교통 체계로 미래 첨단 기술의 결정체이다. 비행은 인간의 생명을 절대 보장하는 숭고한 철학에 기반한다. 성공적인 UAM 개발을 위해서는 비행안전에 기초한 개발철학이 필요하며 올바른 방향을 제시해야 한다. UAM 체계와 유사한 항공교통체계는 민간항공 운항체계이며 UAM 체계의 개발을 도모하는 효과적 비교 연구대상이다. 본 연구는 민간항공 운항체계와 민간항공 조종사의 경험을 토대로 안전한 UAM 체계 개발의 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 그중에서도 UAM 조종사 양성과 교육훈련체계 수립을 위한 방안을 제언하였다. 현존 관련법규를 검토하여 UAM 조종사 양성기준을 제시하였으며 초기 혼란을 방지하기 위한 대안을 포함하였다. 또한 민간항공기의 접근구간 항법성능을 측정하여 UAM 운항환경을 비교 예측하였다. 이를 통해 SMS 기법에 기반하여 UAM 체계의 위해요인(hazard)을 식별하여 미연에 사고를 예방할 수 있는 안전 방법론을 제시하였으며 UAM 로드맵의 올바른 정책 수립을 돕고자 한다.

1991년 사학연금제도에 재정계산제도가 도입되었으나 법적 근거만이 존재할 뿐 이를 위한 구체적인 시행주체 및 절차, 재정계산의 역할과 범위 등 주요 내용에 대한 명확한 규정이 결여되어 있다. 이에 따라 시기별로 재정계산 추진방법이 다소 상이한 측면이 있었으며, 결과적으로 사학연금 재정계산 실시의 일관성(coherency)과 신뢰성(credibility) 확보에 어려움이 노정되었다. 이러한 상황에서, 본 연구에서는 사학연금 재정계산 시행현황과 그 문제점을 살펴보고 국내·외 공적연금의 재정계산제도 시행사례를 비교·분석함과 동시에 정책적 시사점을 모색하였다. 이에 기초하여 우리나라 사학연금 재정계산제도의 향후 정책과제 및 개선 기본방향을 ①재정평가 및 재정계획 체계, ②재정계산 실시내용, ③재정계산보고서, ④담당주체 및 보고절차, ⑤재정계산 법적 근거 등을 위주로 하여 정책제언(政策提言)하였다. 이 글이 사학연금의 발전적인 재정계산 정책수립에 이바지하고 나아가서는 우리나라 공적연금의 지속가능한 재정정책 수립에도 중요한 밑거름이 되기를 기대한다.

정보시스템을 효율적으로 관리 및 운영을 통화여 선진화 함으로써 이를 국민 및 이용자들에게 서비스로 제공하기 위하여 많은 재원과 방법으로 이를 실현하기 위해서 노력중에 있다. 그러한 활동의 일련으로 IT Architecture를 도입하여 정보시스템의 계획 단계에서 운영에 이르는 단계를 선진화를 진행중에 있다. 이에 현재 주관기관에서 중추적으로 추진중인 IT Architecture와 관련한 지원도구 등에 대해서 현 실태를 파악하고 향후 나아갈 방향에 대해서 제언하였다.

The aims of this study were to analyze the cultural contents of 5th and 6th grade English textboooks written according to 2015 Revised National Curriculum, and to examine how much suggestions from preceding studies were reflected in the English textbooks. This study also aims to seek directions for desirable culture education in Elementary English textbooks. For this purpose, the culture content in 5th and 6th grade English textbooks were analyzed according to the types, materials, and background. The results show that the current English textbooks still has an imbalance by culture type, material, and background. Futhermore, the suggestions from previous studies were not fully reflected to new English textbooks. Therefore, cultural contents in textbooks should include more varied and balanced culture types, materials, and background in order for effective cultural education. Based on the findings, several suggestions are made for future research.

In this study, we investigated the effect of the modification of the system for vocational education and training support in 2009 has on the e-learning industry in South Korea, and diagnosed the problems associated with it. And we proposed on the direction of policy promotion that can contribute to the realization of creative economy by presenting improvement alternatives of the legal system on the vocational education and training that smart learning and creative convergence HRD are included.

The present study aims to investigate how teachers evaluate the Korean textbook they use for teaching primary students with multicultural background. Faced with the rich variety of materials available, it is often a challenging task for language teachers to select the most suitable coursebook. It is required that they carry out a detailed and comprehensive analysis of coursebooks and evaluate them with a set of criteria to guide the process. 32 Korean teachers took part in the primary KSL textbook evaluation that aimed to identify improvement areas. They used a pro-forma specified with 51 criteria. The teachers' responses to the questions in the pro-forma were statistically analyzed to draw implications for material evaluation. The findings of the analysis suggest that the KSL textbook for primary multicultural students need to be improved at the internal and external levels. Implications are discussed with focus on material evaluation and development, and KSL teacher professional development by helping them gain good and useful insights into the nature of the textbook, and sensitizing them to features to look for in teaching and learning materials.

As cultural goods have been taken notice of as an area that may contribute to the creation of national profits, there have been attempts to construct infrastructure for the area. Contrary to the trend, however, design education has not performed in-depth researches and studies on the professionalism and characteristic of subjects. Resultantly it has hardly prepared systematic educational curricula and contents. In this situation the present study purposes to set the right direction of design education and to draw the outline of systematic educational contents for cultural goods design. For this purpose, it defines the scope of cultural goods design based on the concept and contents of cultural goods design, examines the functions, the roles and the conditions of cultural goods designers, and based on them, propose the direction of cultural goods design education as the ground of detailed methods of teaching cultural goods design.
