목적 : 이 연구의 목적은 중풍 환자의 변비에 대한 증상완화요법으로서의 경락 마사지에 대해 그 임상적인 근거를 평가하기 위함이다. 방법 : 본 연구에서는 언어적인 제한 없이 12가지의 데이터베이스에서 개시부터 2010년 4월까지의 문헌을 검색했다. 변비가 있는 중풍 환자를 경락 마사지로 치료한 모든 형태의 임상 연구를 대상으로 하여, 플라시보 대조군 연구나 약물요법 또는 무처치 대조군 연구의 경우를 본 연구에 포함하였으며, 증례 보고나 사례군 연구는 제외하였다. 모든 임상 연구의 방법론적인 질은 Cochrane의 risk of bias analysis를 이용하여 평가하였다. 결과 : 전체적으로 세 편의 비무작위 배정 대조군 연구와 한 편의 비대조군 관찰 연구가 포함되었다. 모든 연구들은 높은 수준의 risk of bias를 보였다. 세 편의 비무작위 배정 대조군 연구들은 경락 마사지의 효과를 무처치군과 비교하였는데, 중풍 환자의 변비에 대해 경락 마사지의 긍정적인 효과를 나타내었으며, 한편의 비대조군 관찰 연구 역시 긍정적인 결과를 보였다. 하지만 모든 연구들은 bias에 노출되어 있었다. 결론 : 경락 마사지가 중풍 환자의 변비에 대해 효과적인 치료법이라는 것을 보여주기에는 현재의 근거가 부족하며, 모든 연구들은 높은 수준의 risk of bias를 가지고 있기 때문에 더욱더 엄격한 연구가 요구된다.

The purpose of this research is to study the meanings and characteristics of qualitative research method in LIS. As the philosophy and epistemology of qualitative research are widely different from those of quantitative research, the meaning of validity and reliability must be interpreted in its ow9 structure and dimension. Essentially qualitative researchers seek to understand and interpret the world of others from their own viewpoints which basically tend to be subjective. Accordingly, qualitative researchers‘ understandings and interpretations are met with readers' subjectivity. By carefully analyzing the nature of qualitative research in LIS, I tried to point out some problems in terms of validity and reliability and practical strategies. Six problems issued in the qualitative research method are presented.

This study analyzes the improvement of absorptive capacity by basic research and the mediating effect of applied research to the innovations in the semiconductor industry. With 103 firms in the last 20 years tested firstly, applied research gives a more significant effect than basic research on the innovations. Secondly applied research functions as complete mediating effect between basic research and technological innovations. We also confirms high-performing firms are active in basic research to overcome technological hurdles. This paper suggests that basic research is needed as well as applied research. This study also implies strategic partnership and joint research with universities which have more suitable environment for basic research are needed in a long-term.

1990년대까지 정부출연연구기관은 우리나라의 과학기술을 선도하는 연구개발의 한 주체로서 중요한 역할을 담당해 왔으나, 최근 급속히 변화되고 있는 경제 사회 및 기술적 환경 속에서 정부출연연구기관의 역할 및 위상에 대한 문제점들이 선행연구에서 지적되고 있다. 현재 정부출연연구기관은 각자의 역할 및 위상에 따라 다양한 형태로 정부R&D 과제들을 수행하고 있는데, 이 중 특정 기술분야 및 기술단계에 집중된 과제를 수행하는 출연연구기관이 있는 반면, 다양한 기술분야 및 기술단계의 과제를 수행하는 출연연구기관도 있다. 한 분야에 집중된 과제의 수행은 해당 기술분야의 노하우(know-how), 지식, 기술을 집중적으로 축적하고 해당 분야에 대한 전문성을 제고함으로써 높은 논문성과를 이끌어 낼 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 한 기관에서 다양한 분야의 과제를 수행하는 것 또한 여러 분야의 지식이나 기술을 획득 보유하게 함으로써 다양하고 창의적인 연구를 가능하게 하고, 지식 및 기술 간 융합에 따른 시너지 효과를 통해 높은 논문성과를 도출하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 이처럼 판단하는 시각에 따라 기관이 수행하는 과제의 집중화 정도가 논문성과에 미치는 영향이 상반되게 해석되는 상황에서, 본 연구를 통해 실제 우리나라의 출연연구기관의 경우 그 영향이 어떻게 나타나는지 실증분석을 통해 살펴보고자 한다. 이에 따라 논문을 주요 연구성과로 하는 기초기술연구회 소속 정부출연연구기관을 대상으로 정부출연연구기관이 수행하는 과제특성의 집중화 정도에 따라 집단을 분류하고, 이들 집단 간의 논문성과 차이를 비교 분석함으로써, 출연연구기관 특성에 따른 차별화된 정책 운영에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

This study is to present development plan for next study on applying the method of case study by applying scientific inference focusing on analysis and generalization of case study or study question about the tendency of thesis for case study of the field of crisis management released since 2004. As the result of analysis, the study on crisis management of Korea is almost individual technical case study and it is rarely to get proper study which can contribute theoretical formation for development of individual course of crisis management. Furthermore researchers are required to study in-depth about study plan that presents organization of study or logic of case selection and formality for data analysis.

'기술융합'은 기존기술 간 결합 또는 전혀 새로운 기술개발을 통한 신산업 창출과 사회적 난제 해결을 가능하게 하는 혁신의 최근 트렌드이다. 과학기술을 통한 한국 경제성장 전략의 첨병이었던 국가 출연(연)구소에 대해서도 융합연구 조직으로의 역할 변화를 둘러싼 정책적 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 출연(연) 융합연구의 성공 핵심요소를 '협력'으로 보고 다음의 연구 목적을 설정하였다. 첫째, 기술개발 목적과 문제해결 과정 관점에서 융합연구 개념과 범위를 정의하고, 그 특성을 반영하는 분석 프레임워크를 제안한다. 둘째, 융합연구에서의 협력활동과 그 성과를 유형화하고 새로운 분석지표를 제안한다. 셋째, 융합연구에서의 협력활동 특성과 그 정도가 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 이를 위하여, 국가연구개발사업 및 NST 융합연구사업을 통한 융합연구 과제 수행 경험이 있는 각 출연(연) 104명의 연구책임자들에게 협력의 방식 및 정성적 성과에 대한 설문조사를 수행하였다. 이후, 조사결과를 바탕으로 협력활동 특성과 성과 간 상관관계를 규명하는 회귀분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 지식 창출활동에서는 협력 파트너 다변화가 중요한 변수였다. 둘째, 유사분야 연구자들 간 집체형 협력활동은 특허 기술이전과 같이 목적이 명확한 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구자들에게 독립성과 자율성을 부여하고, 지식 노하우 등 기술역량의 상호공유가 이루어질수록 창출지식의 다양성 및 관계의 지속성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과는 융합연구를 위한 협력과 성과 분석방법의 정책방향을 제시한다.

This study aims to analyze the research trends of oral history research in Korea from 1991 to the present, and to provide basic data on the future direction of oral history research. For these purposes, 439 research articles of domestic oral history researchers from 1991 to 2018 were retrieved by keyword search from Research Information Sharing System (RISS) in Korean Education and Research Information Service (KERIS). The research trends of domestic oral history were analyzed by the volume of periodical research papers, major journals, authors and research funds, research fields and research contents, and international cooperation. Finally, based on the results of the study, the implications were summarized, and direction for follow-up research was provided.

The cognition of Research Record Management (RRM) scholars about research framework is important as a pre-condition for future Linked Open Data (LOD). Researchers will be directly engaged to the research data-process with Cloud Computing Data-Infra, which is considered as a Nation-wide R&D Data Projects. The purpose of this paper is to diagnose researcher's cognition of research framework and to provide some guidance of finding a new meaning of the structural requirements of resarch record.

Research records are essential records to explain the accountability of research throughout the life cycle of a research project. Thus, they need to be properly managed, preserved, and shared. This study analyzed the effectiveness and ability of applying DMP to research records management. This study also suggested the RRMP (Research Records Management Plan) for the research records management and preservation in scientific research institutes. RRMP is considered as up-front planning for the research records management and preservation before any records are created.

Research acitivities of university scholars greatly contribute to the development of research literature in their own areas, thereby playing an essential role of accomplishing national values. In Korea, university researchers conduct studies focusing on basic and fundamental research with their great performance disseminated for industry competence of the country. In this study, we examine research fund and performance for drawing implications for future directions.
