This study aims to suggest lesson plans and evaluation methods for primary pre-service teachers by reviewing the concept of computational thinking(CT) skills and its sub components. To pursue this goal, a literature review has been conducted in regards to CT and the effectiveness of programming courses. In addition, the Scratch educational programming functions were analyzed yielding six CT elements(data representation, problem decomposition, abstraction, algorithm & procedures, parallelization, simulation). With these six elements, one semester lesson plans for 15 weeks that represent the connections with six CT elements were designed. Based on the PECT(Progression of Early Computational Thinking) model and the CT framework a rubric to evaluate learners' proficiency levels(basic, developing, proficient) revealed in their final projects was developed as well. Upon a follow-up empirical study, the lesson plans and the rubric suggested in the current study are expected to be utilized in teachers' colleges.

It has been understood that Confucian culture only blocks creative problem solving(CPS). However, it is claimed that Confucian culture exerts positive and negative influence on nurturing CPS. Confucian culture fosters CPS by urging strong motivation for learning, and building rich base of knowledge and skills in general and in specific domains through teaching joy of learning and hardworking fueled by parents' education fever. Confucian culture has negative influence on CPS with emphasis on obedience and conformity. Keju system, as a part of Confucian culture, resulted in excessive private tutoring to prepare for the high-stakes test, delimitation of students' experiences to matters to be tested, and students' weak interest, self-concept, and self-directed learning. Negative influence from Confucian culture on CPS is analyzed and some suggestions are provided for revising educational policies and educational practices in order to maximize the creative problem solving in Confucian countries.

The gift program developed at KEDI is based on Enrichment Triad Model. The output of the students who completed Enrichment Triad Model has to be new and useful in creative knowledge. However, most of the students' output has been the summaries of what is learned that they were not creatively developed as experts' would be. Thus, this study follows the KEDI's guideline for developing gift program so that it could give suggestion on how to develop students' research skills when developing and applying gift program.

The purpose of this study was to develop the teaching-learning materials for students' creativity in elementary school science class. For this, we asked some questions to both teachers and students: 25-item- questionnaires were given to 122 teachers in charge of 5th graders and 6th graders in elementary schools located in Seoul, Inchon and Kyonggi province, and 20-item-questionnaires to 825 students of 5th grade and 6th grade in the same schools. The results of this study are as follows: most of teachers admitted the need of creativity education, but they taught class mostly with textbook only. The lack of students' divergent thinking and creative scientific activities in science class made it difficult to develop students' creativity. Besides, teaching-learning materials for whole brain learning were not enough. In case that the students did not make experiment in class, they liked VCR tapes or TP materials Students thought that the most effective materials for class are VCR tapes and next were worksheets. Not a few students answer they do hard only interesting experiments. Most of students wanted worksheets including various interesting activities like games, quiz, experiments, drawing, etc.

This study aims to find out the teacher's role in each procedure necessary for math gifted students' independent study so as to help them grow to become more creative experts. The case study targeted 14 gifted students. The result shows that the necessary steps for math gifted students' independent study are as fellowing; introducing the independent study, selecting a topic, asking a question, literature review, choosing a study method, gathering information, analysing information, developing a product, sharing information, evaluating the study, Teachers should teach students necessary skills with plans and take the roles of advisors and facilitators. Especially, for effective independent study, this should be planned and done in a regular program for gifted students; teachers' and parents' interest and encouragement facilitate the students' study process.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the needs of middle and elder generation about serious game for the elderly. The results of this study are; (1) elder generation prefers leisure activities such as mountain climbing, yoga, golf, walking and travel, etc., for health, interest, the development for oneself and relieving stress; (2) they don't prefer game activity for leisure, but prefer to use serious game for health, simulation, medical treatment and sports than middle generation; (3) elder generation has various characteristics and needs so that we should consider their demographical variables when we research and develop serious game contents for the elderly.

본 연구는 색 조명 시각 자극이 정상인의 기억작용에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 평가해보고자 하였다. 피험자는 대학생 성인 남, 여 20대 (20-30세) 각각 10명을 대상으로 실시하였으며 자체 제작한 기억 테스트(Memory test)를 활용하였다. 색채 환경은 방음 암실에서 백색광원을 파장대별로 필터링한 색 조명을 사용하여 제시하였으며 실험 측정 파라미터로서는 정확도(accuracy), 반응시간(Response time) 그리고 학습시 주로 활성화 되는 뇌파인 알파와 세타파의 주파수 대역을 측정하여 기억기능을 수행하는 대뇌의 기억 활성화 상태를 색 조명에 따라 비교 분석 하였다. 측정결과 각각의 색조명에 대한 정확도는 파랑색에서 증가하고 반응시간을 노랑과 파랑에서 감소했다. 뇌파의 활성화에서도 흥분이나 긴장을 상징하는 빨강의 색보다는 파랑색과 보라색과 같은 단파장의 색이 알파파나 세타파를 활성화 시키는데 영향을 줌을 알 수 있었으며 이러한 연구가 감성적 색 조명 디자인의 응용이나 색 관련 제품 계발에 적극 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

According to industrialization and urbanization, the complex cultural space have been developed for residents within a region. Focusing on these changes, we wanted to find out what functions the complex cultural space have and how these functions affect the customer's perceived value and revisit intention of customers. This study have a purpose to help the local government and the corporation who manage the complex cultural space to build operation strategy by utilizing the function of the complex cultural space. To this end, a questionnaire was compiled based on a literature study related to a complex cultural space, and data was collected. It was analyzed using SPSS Win Ver. 22.0 and PROCESS macro v3.4. As a result, it was found that the function of the complex cultural space had some significant influence on customer's perceived value and intention to revisit. and showed how each function had a an influence on customer's perceived value and on re-visiting intention. This study has significance in that it can contribute to the local government and the corporations' operation strategy and management direction of the complex cultural space. And it will contribute to the study of the complex cultural space's macro role as e tool of regional revitalization.
