The purposes of the study are to investigate the experiences of major stakeholders (i.e. science teachers, program instructors, local experts, etc.) who participated in implementing Community-Based Socioscientific Issues Programs (SSI-COMM) and to provide educational implications for further implementation. SSI-COMM dealt with three issues (i.e. abandoned pets, fine dust, and recycling) that students often encountered in their local community. Each program, lasting over 16 class periods in a free semester, included in-school and out-of-school activities in order to promote their interest and participation in community. Four teachers, four program instructors, and six local experts joined the interviews to explain their experience of participating in the programs. As a result, school teachers, program instructors, and local experts positively appreciated their experiences of the program implementation and perceived educational potentials of SSI-COMM. All the stakeholders mentioned that they became more interested in local socioscientific issues and strongly perceived the need for the implementation of such programs linked to their own community. The science teachers appreciated the opportunities to identify students' potentials through SSI-COMM and believed that SSI-COMM would contribute to reducing the gap between learning and practice. The program instructors, observed that out-of-school activities contributed to enhancing students' self-confidence and fulfillment in learning. Finally, the local experts obtained a sense of belonging to their community and were very satisfied with their contribution. The SSI-COMM programs are expected to be one of the educational models that will help to encourage the participation of students and stakeholders in facilitating educational activities in relation to the community.

Although experts have called for increased collaboration between families and school systems, the actual programs for such efforts were not introduced. Thus, this study attemps to develop school-based parent education program for home-school collabration. PEP was developed through the circular process, which consist of planning, design, enactment, and evaluation. The group process of PEP was analyzed qualitatively and the effectiveness of outcomes was examined by nonparametric statistical analysis. Two factors contributed to success of PEP were as follows: 1) Increased homogenities, such as children's developmental stage, same school enrollment, and sense of community belongingness. 2) Consistency and continuity between PEP and Mental Health Prevention Program for students. Through the PEP based on these factors, parents' strong commitment was established and tangible results such as increased knowlege and fluent coping skills regarding children's problematic behaviors were found. Implications for home-school collaboration were explored, as are recommendations for how PEP can be prepared to link between families and schools.

The purpose of this study was to examine the necessity of collaboration between local community and college, and to develop a sport socialization model through the collaboration of local community and college. It's basically meant to create a leisure culture easily accessible to local residents and to suggest some of the right directions for the symbiotic development of local communities and colleges. As for data collection, a data research analysis was implemented by consulting relevant literature and reports, and a content analysis was additionally carried out. The findings of the study were as follows: A sport socialization model was presented to represent the mutual relationship between local community and college by preparing sport socialization programs(a youth sport program and a dementia-preventive exercise program) that were respectively of circulatory relationship type and of reciprocal type. Sport intervention through the collaboration of local community and college(a youth sport program and a dementia-preventive exercise program) serves to accelerate socialization into sport, which leads, in turn, to socialization via sport and then is followed by desocialization from sport.

SWAT을 구동하기 위해서는 유역의 지형자료와 시계열 자료뿐만 아니라 토지경작과 오염물질의 거동에 관계하는 많은 비공간 데이터가 필요하다. 이와 같이 방대한 자료를 이용하여 효과적으로 SWAT을 구동하기 위하여 GIS 시스템과 SWAT을 연계 운영할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하고, 이를 실무에 이용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 HyGIS(과학기술부, 2004)와 SWAT2000 모형의 연계 시스템인 HyGIS-SWAT의 개발을 위하여 HyGIS-SWAT 데이터 모델을 기반으로 하는 시스템의 운영프로세스를 정립하였으며, 이에 따른 데이터베이스를 설계 및 구축 하였다. 또한 SWAT2000 모형의 구동에 필요한 HRU를 계산하기 위한 알고리즘을 개발하였으며, 입력매개변수의 자동계산 모듈을 개발하였다. 연구결과 HyGIS-SWAT의 시범 시스템을 개발할 수 있었으며, HyGIS-SWAT 데이터 모델과 HyGIS-Model 통합시스템의 운영표준은 HyGIS를 이용한 응용프로그램 개발에 효과적으로 이용될 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 HyGIS-SWAT의 개발과정에서 축적된 기술은 HyGIS와 다양한 수자원 모형의 연계 시스템 개발 시에 기반기술로 이용될 수 있을 것이다.

통합 플랫폼의 연계모듈은 구조시스템 대안생성, 구조해석, 구조설계를 수행하는 여러 프로그램들의 자료교환을 지원하는 모듈로서, buildingSMART International에서 개발한 표준자료모델을 기반으로 한다. 이 표준자료모델은 다양한 건축물의 기획부터 유지관리 단계까지를 대상으로 하므로 많은 자료들이 복잡하게 얽혀있어 그 전체적인 구조와 상세한 내용을 파악하기 곤란하다. 그러므로 통합 플랫폼의 여러 프로그램들에 표준자료모델 기반의 자료교환 기능 추가에는 많은 시간과 노력이 소요된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이러한 시간과 노력을 절감할 수 있는 연계모듈 구조를 제안하고 이를 일부 구현하였으며, 간단한 적용사례를 통하여 타당성을 검토하였다.

최근 전력산업은 전통산업으로 인식되었던 기존의 틀을 과감히 벗고 IT, NT 테크놀러지와의 기술융합을 통해 혁신과 발전으로 진일보하고 있다. 이와 함께 북미지역을 비롯하여 유럽에서 발생한 광역정전의 영향은 전력계통 안정운영의 중요성을 한층 고조시키고 있다. 이러한 패러다임의 변화로 이기종 전력시스템들이 네트워크로 상호 연결되어 전력계통 데이터의 시스템간 자료교환이 활발해 지고 있으며, 이에 따라 신속하고 정확한 데이터 연계의 중요성이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 한국전력거래소에서 운영하고 있는 EMS(Energy Management System) 시스템의 데이터베이스와 이기종 시스템과의 데이터 송 수신시 필수요소인 자료연계 DB의 작성을 위해 자체 개발하여 활용중인 전력계통 자료연계 DB 동기화 프로그램을 통한 자동화 사례에 관해 소개하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 방송프로그램 저작권 식별관리를 위한 방송프로그램의 Video Signature와 국가표준콘텐츠식별 체계인 UCI(Universal & Ubiquitous Content Identifier)와의 연계 방안을 제시한다. Video Signature는 UCI와 같은 식별자의 인위적인 부여 과정이 없더라도 비디오 콘텐츠 자체에서 직접 특징정보를 추출할 수 있기 때문에, 이미 배포 유통된 콘텐츠에 대해서도 식별 확인이 가능하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 UCI 표준식별체계와 방송프로그램의 Video Signature와의 지속적인 연계를 위하여, 바이너리로 표현된 Video Signature가 포함된 UCI 응용 메타데이터를 정의한다. 그리고 UCI 표준식별체계 기반의 Video Signature 전송 및 관리 메카니즘에 기반한 방송프로그램의 저작권 식별관리 시나리오를 제시한다.

본 연구에서는 LOGO를 개발한 Papert의 철학에 따라 아동이 자유롭게 학습할 수 있는 Microworld를 통해 수학을 새로운 관점에서 접근하고, 아동에 맞게 수학을 재구성하여 제공한다는 적극적인 교육적 배려에서 정규교육과정(교실), 특기적성, 자기 주도 학습 등 다양한 학습 환경에 가능한 컴퓨터 창의력수학 프로그램을 개발하고자 한다. 많은 관심에 비해 창의력 교육이 구체적으로 학습과 관련되어 있지 않고, 체계적인 교육과정을 따라 이루어지지 않고 있으며, 컴퓨터 교육 역시 한글 워드나 Excel과 같은 기능 위주의 학습으로 컴퓨터 학습에서 기대하는 알고리즘 학습은 소홀히 다루는 문제점이 있다. 이러한 창의력 교육과 컴퓨터 교육에 대한 문제점에 주목하여 학교 교과과정과 연계된 컴퓨터 알고리즘 학습과 수학 학습이 함께 가능한 컴퓨터를 통한 수학적 창의력 향상 프로그램을 개발하고자 한다. 이에 학교 교과과정에 연계하여 컴퓨터 알고리즘 학습과 수학적 창의력 향상에 적합한 매체로 LOGO 마이크로월드를 택하고, 이를 이용한 컴퓨터 창의력 수학 프로그램이 가지는 특징을 살펴본다. 이렇게 개발된 프로그램은 검증을 위해 봄학기 초등학교에서 실험연구가 계획되어 있다.

VTS 관제사의 선박모니터링 외 부가적인 업무 경감과 효율적인 선박교통 정보 관리를 위해 VTS 관제사 의사결정 지원프로그램 도입이 필요하며, 일부 VTS 센터에서는 이 장비를 도입하여 운영중이다. 본 논문에서는 VTS 관제사의 의견을 수렴하여 새로운 VTS 관제사 의사결정지원 프로그램을 개발하고자 한다. 개발한 프로그램의 주요 기능은 AIS 선박교통데이터, PORT-MIS 및 도선 정보를 연계하여 관제구역 내 선박 입항시 ETA 자동 계산, 선박 위험구역 진입 및 충돌위험시 경보, 선박입항 스케쥴 및 도선정보 표시 등 관련 정보 연계이다. 또한 VTS에서 수년간 수집되고 있는 선박교통 데이터의 딥러닝 학습을 통해 데이터기반의 선박교통밀도 및 선박목적지 예측 모델을 제안한다.

Globally SW education is becoming increasingly important, and the government is preparing for this trend as a mandatory implementation of SW education in the 2015 revised curriculum. However, because the 17 hours of annual education offered in the course of Practical Arts cannot have great educational effects, this study attempted to develop a robot-based SW education program related to other regular subjects. Also in order to verify the effects of the program related to future competencies, problem solving ability and communication ability were selected as key factors. The paired t-test was conducted to examine whether there was a significant difference between pretest and posttest results. As a result, it was verified that the subject-related SW education program using robots was effective in improving students' problem-solving ability and communication ability. In addition, after the program was completed a survey was conducted, and it was possible to confirm that students could have positive perception on SW education.
