The demand for spatial information in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution is expanding Additionally, interest in attribute data related to geography or location is increasing. In the field of spatial information, spatial information policies and services tailored to the public can be provided through linkage and integration with new attribute data, and these data are resources for this purpose. In order to meet this expanding and diverse demand for spatial information utilization, it is necessary to develop technologies for linking and utilizing various attribute information such as public data. In this study, we aim to present a technology development strategy for linking and integrating attribute data and spatial information through a review of theories related to data linkage and integration, the current status of data on public data portals, and existing prior research. As a result, it was suggested that the data identifier of the attribute data to be linked should be used to develop linkage technology between spatial information and attribute data, and an attribute data linkage process that can be used when designing a prototype for technology development was presented.

Research Institutes of Government has produced various information about research, seminar, recent research trend, and so on. This information flows into project management organization and institute management organization. It is necessary to connect information systems of these organizations and institutes. The existing systems connect with self-defined protocol between the organizations and the institutes or HTML parsing method. but, these methods have many drawback for expanding and changing problem. This paper designs and implements science and technology information connection system using RSS.

This study validated the strategic alignment approach for e-Transformation of the traditional firm through the case analysis of e-Transformation practices performed in Pulmuone Inc., which had been managed and operated in a traditional mode. The e-Transformation approach identified in this study was focused upon the strategic alignment among 4 domains of business strategy, organizational infrastructure and processes, IT strategy, and IT infrastructure and processes, and was performed in the following process: 1) developing IT strategy to perform business strategy, 2) building IT infrastructure and processes to support IT strategy, and then 3) transforming organizational infrastructure and processes based on IT infrastructure and processes. The theoretical implication of this study is to empirically verify the Strategic Alignment Model hypothesized by Henderson and Venkatraman(1994) through the case analysis on e-Transformation of Korean traditional firm, and the practical contribution is to provide a feasible and effective guideline in carrying out e-Transformation of the typical traditional organization.

This study examines consumer attitudes according to the Cause Related marketing information presentation type and Brand Level and China, Korea. As a result of the analysis, first, cause related marketing information presentation type conducted by the company shows that concrete has more consumer attitude than abstract. Second, consumer attitude toward cause related marketing information presentation type is different according to brand level(Corporate Brand and Individual Brand). Third, consumer attitudes cause related marketing information presentation type is different according to Korea and China. Finally, based on the results of this research, we will provide practical implications not only academically but also as a basis for marketing strategies.

"정보시스템의 효율적인 도입 및 운영 등에 관한 법률"이 제정된 이래 다수의 공공기관에서 개별적으로 범정부 ITA 체계를 기반으로 ITA 구축 사업이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 공공기관, 특히 중앙행정기관의 경우 산하기관이 존재하는 특성으로 인해 ITA 구축 추진시 필연적으로 아키텍처 정보 구축 범위 및 대상 선정에 대한 문제와 산하기관의 아키텍처 정보와의 연계 및 통합이라는 문제에 직면하게 된다. 그러나 현재의 범정부 ITA 체계는 이에 대한 충분한 가이드를 제시하고 있지 못한 실정이다. 또한 산하기관들의 개별적인 사업 추진, ITA 구축의 목표의식 부재, ITA 기반의 IT 거버넌스 청사진 부재, ITA 연계 및 통합을 위한 컨트롤 타워(Control Tower)의 부재 등의 문제는, 각 기관의 정보자원 및 업무의 연계라는 ITA의 목적을 달성을 어렵게 하고 있다. 이에 국가정보화를 관장하는 행정안전부는 향후 3단계에 걸쳐 개별기관이 아닌 중앙행정기관과 산하기관을 아우르는 범정부 차원의 정보화 기본설계도(국가 EA)를 정립하고 개별 기관에 산재된 중복 유사 정보시스템을 연계 통합하기 위한 기준을 마련할 계획이다. 본 연구에서는 '07년 말부터 4개월간 진행된 보건복지가족부 ITA 구축 사례를 기반으로 아키텍처 정보 구축대상 및 범위를 결정하기 위한 분석 방안을 제시하고, ITA 연계 절차 및 모델을 제시하였다. 이는 향후 범정부 차원의 정보화 기본설계도 수립에 많은 시사점을 제공할 것으로 사료된다.

현재 국가과학기술지식정보서비스는 15개 부처 청과의 연계를 통해 과제, 인력, 장비 기자재, 성과 등 국가R&D사업정보를 한 곳에서 서비스한다. 그러나 실시간 정보 수집율이 저조함에 따라 당해연도 과제정보에 대한 서비스가 다소 제한적으로 제공된다. 본 연구에서는 현재의 국가R&D정보 수집체계에 대한 현황을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 실시간 수집율 제고를 위한 정보연계확대 및 개선방안을 제안한다. 또한 본 논문에서 제시한 실시간 연계체계 확대 방안에 따른 기대효과를 논의한다.

많은 연구기관에서 연구성과물로 연구보고서, 논문, 특허등의 산출물을 생산하고 있다. 이러한 데이터는 기관의 특성과 자체적으로 운영되고 있는 정보서비스의 성격에 따라 고유의 데이터 스키마와 형태를 가지고 있다. 또한 연구성과물(논문,연구보고서)을 체계적으로 관리하고, 데이터의 부가가치를 높이기 위해 서로의 데이터의 연계와 융합을 통해 새로운 정보서비스가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 서로 다른 네트워크간 에 있는 데이터를 연계하기 위해 데이터 상호 운용을 활용하고, 이를 위한 방안으로 MAS(Multi Agent System)기반의 연계프레임워크를 통해 연구보고서의 체계적인 수집 및 서비스를 위한 데이터의 융합을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The amount and diversity of information is increasing, as is the information integration connecting data among the related institutions. In the defense field, DTAQ, which is in charge of the quality of military supplies, is attempting to collect and analyze the information which is related with it. In addition, the object of information integration is to expand civil data as well as defense data. There are many ways to integrate data in various environments. In the defense field, which needs enhanced security, it is necessary to establish and apply the information integration methods which are enhanced with more security. In this study, the framework and architecture of information integration was designed by considering task requirements and security conditions. As a result of example application of this framework for information systems to the selected 4 institutions, it was confirmed that the task can be performed through data connections. From the study result, integration architecture which can be applied securely in defense field was suggested. The data accumulated by using this framework with strengthened security are expected to be utilized for the quality improvement of military supplies.

The scale of national research and development work is expanded gradually and grows bigger, so necessity of building system rises to guarantee more objective and fairer selection of business and clarity of budget administration according to active progress of convergence between study territories. In the study, standard frame work is suggested for information connection between dissimilarities, and based on this work; the study considers the system for information connection of digital budget accounting system handling budget and accounting of national finance and national science technology knowledge information system that is in charge of result administration and result evaluation of national research and development work, so suggests application plan of standard frame work connected with information solving current state and problems for connection.

사회가 고도의 정보화 사회로 발전됨에 따라 효율적인 국토관리를 유지하고 발전시키기 위해 국가지리정보체계에 관한 관심이 고조되고 있고 산ㆍ학ㆍ연에서 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 국내외를 막론하고 각 국에서는 21세기에는 국토관리를 디지털화하고 있다. 행정자치부에서는 지적도면전산화사업을 2005년에 완료를 목표로 추진하고 있으며, 건설교통부의 지형도전산화사업은 완료단계에 있다. 또한 가스, 전기, 통신 등의 시설물관리를 위해 수치지적도를 필요로 하는 기관에서는 독자적으로 지적도 수치화작업을 추진하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국가지리정보체계의 일환으로 지적도면 및 지형도전산화사업의 추진현황을 파악하고 지적정보와 지형공간정보 관리의 이원화로 불편을 겪고 있는 문제점을 도출하여 연계ㆍ활용 및 개선방향을 심도 있게 파악하고 분석하여 단계적 해결방안을 제시함으로써 지적정보와 지형공간정보를 연계하여 효율적으로 이용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였으며, 행정업무 및 국민의 일상생활에까지 지적과 지형공간자료의 연계를 통한 행정의 효율성 및 국민편익에 유익한 결론을 얻을 수 있었다.
