The aim of this study is to propose an integrated operation plan of information call services by multi-connecting call services which are now being serviced by each different call number services and by providing one stop service which organically links alternative transportations such as railroad, air, and bus and also related organizations as well as road traffic information. For the objective, we analyzed the current status of Korean and foreign country systems and reviewed operation technology and technical specifications of the integrated system according to 3 steps, i.e. infrastructure procurement, test bed and extended completion, stabilization and high valuable services completion. Throughout the result of this study, traffic information one stop service, convenient service, diverse related information provision service, real-time information provision, and efficient system are expected to be implemented in the traffic information call service.

In this era of big data, a variety of government organizations are trying to create new added value via Information Integration. Therefore, several projects related to government agencies' information sharing have activated system connection/integration. The risk factors of system operation, however, have increased as the volume of Information Integration System grows. The interference in information sharing is predicted to affect the operation of the agencies, and the issue will grow even worse with massive impact on civil society when the agency operation is interrupted due to system failures in terms of infrastructure, software, data quality, and security. Diverse studies related to the maintenance of Information System have been conducted, but there is currently no evaluation framework for the operational system of Information Integration between various government agencies. In this respect, this study distinguishes each of the Information System components, Data, IT, People, Process, systematizes with Plan-Do-See, and finally presents a maturity model for Information Integration. Nine derived processes were analyzed through interview and questionnaires from Information Integration System officials, further suggesting maturity stage applying CMMI. This model allows diagnosis of the maturity level of an Information Integration System, and is expected to be utilized as resource for improving organizational processes.

As the rapid increase of highway investments from Private sector the organizations of highway operator became diversified, and thus causing various unexpected problems. Highways invested by private capitals have different fare rates and managing systems. It is desirable to reduce drivers' inconvenience using more than two sections of highways spread over different jurisdictions. The main purposes of this research are i) data survey and problem statements ii) prediction of future problems and preparing appropriate countermeasures. This research are divided into two parts. They are management system and fare collection system. Major investigations of this study are as follows, optimum toll operation models depend on charging systems and interchange shapes of two interconnecting expressways. Assuming that the current payment and the new electronic payment system aye used concurrently for a while, some alternatives for the inter-operation to collect tolls ate suggested focusing on the efficiency to tollway corporations as well as convenience to drivers. The advantages and disadvantages of the alternatives, including their characteristics, are compared.

해상교통관제는 선박 통항의 안전과 효율성을 증진시키고 환경을 보호하는데 큰 기여를 하였다. 이러한 성과를 바탕으로 현재는 선박이 항만으로 진입하기 이전 단계에서부터 미리 관제를 실시하여 해양사고의 위험을 사전에 방지하고자 관제범위가 확대되고 있는 추세이다. 이를 위해서는 통항 선박에 관련된 정보가 지속적으로 관리 유지되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 항만 관제와 인근 관제 및 접근 관제와의 효율적인 연계 및 운영 방안을 집중적으로 검토하였다. IALA에서 논의되고 있는 IVEF(Inter-VTS Exchange Format) 및 광역 AIS망을 이용하여 인근 관제실 간에 관제정보를 연계하는 방안을 살펴보고, 관제실 및 유관기관 간에 정보의 원활한 공유를 통해서 관제수역의 확대에 따른 VTS의 효율적인 운영 방안을 모색하여 보았다.

데이터의 다양성은 빅데이터를 이용해 새로운 가치를 창출하는데 있어 매우 중요하다. 데이터의 다양성을 위해서 다양한 데이터의 연계는 필수적이며, 여러 활용영역 중에서도 보건의료분야에서의 데이터 연계는 그 요구가 특히 증가하고 있다. 또한 활용성에 있어서도 높은 기대전망이 있는 분야이다. 그러나 보건의료 데이터의 연계는 개인정보 중에서도 많은 민감 정보를 포함하고 있기 때문에, 이에 관한 개인정보 보호에 대한 이슈 해결이 선행되어야하며, 데이터 연계에 관련 있는 주체간의 합의 역시 선행되어야 한다.

사회현안을 해결하기 위한 데이터 분석을 위해서는 많은 양의 데이터 수집과 데이터 분석에 활용할 수 있도록 데이터 전처리가 필요하다. 많은 양의 데이터를 수집 및 처리를 위해 데이터 수집, 데이터 저장, 활용 시스템이 기능적으로 분리하여 시스템을 구성하고, 이에 따른 시스템간의 데이터 상호 연계가 필요하게 된다. 또한 외부 네트워크에 구성되어 있는 시스템간의 데이터 연계나, OpenAPI와 같이 다양한 데이터 서비스에서도 적용이 가능할 수 있도록 확장성과 유연성을 고려할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 부산 지역현안 해결을 위한 시스템 구성에 있어, 확장성을 고려한 데이터 수집 시스템간의 효율적인 데이터 연계 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

In order to understand a record, not only the contents of the record but also the production background and work context of the record must be grasped. It also requires a function that makes it easy to find related records scattered across various departments and agencies. Accordingly, the 'linkage' of information in archival information services is becoming more important. NAK also emphasizes 'linkage' as a search service function of the archives management system, but some problems were identified at the National Archives Portal Service (NAPS) such as a lack of linkage with authority data, disruption of internal service, and absence of linkage with other related organizations. To solve the limitations of the NAPS, we selected and analyzed advanced record management institutions that have built an ideal linkage service; checked the overall linkage structure of these institutions; and identified characteristics that could not be seen by other institutions. Also, elements that can be adopted from the NAPS were derived. Next, the current status of the NAPS linkage structure was analyzed to identify the parts that were not linked and the items that need to be improved in the linkage method, and specific advancement plans were suggested to solve these problems. The purpose of this study is to increase users' satisfaction with search and to advance the accessibility and utilization of records and internal services through improved linkage services of NAPS.

Linking of the national R&D information between different ministries is a difficult task because they were all constructed independently. A standard infrastructure for the dissemination of such R&D information is required. This paper suggests a distributed integration method for the effective linking, gathering and integration of national R&D information. R&D management institutes designated by each ministry will gather and manage all the R&D information produced using the budget by the ministry and the information required for the integrated management of national R&D will be gathered from this information. Standardization of the R&D information, linking procedure and the construction method for the data linking software will be defined in this paper. The usage of R&D information will be processed more effectively to maximize the utiliation and productivity of national R&D activities.

Ubiquitous city which was appeared since 2006 is defined as "The city provided the ubiquitous city service anytime and anywhere using ubiquitous urban infrastructure to improve the city's competitiveness and quality of life" under ubiquitous city construction law. To realize the ubiquitous city, the city has to be constructed efficiently based on the spatial information. And connection of information achieve effective synergy. In this study, applied multilateral analysis to spatial information and administrative information to implement u-service focused on MACCA(Multifunctional Administrative City Construction Agency). Study about main function and product data with connection process of Korean Land Spatialization System and administrative information System was performed. Also, details of u-service and method of acquiring necessary data were derived. In Addition, the information connection possibility for efficient u-service realization was suggested by linkage analysis method to utilize the related information infrastructure jointly.

생명체는 여러 가지 물질로 구성되어 있으며, 그 생명체의 분포지역에 따라 생물 종 특성도 다르게 나타난다. 그래서 연구자들이 생명체에 관한 정보를 확인하려면 그 생명체의 종 정보, 지역과 생태정보를 관련 생물다양성 데이터베이스에서 검색하며, 생명체를 구성하는 유전자 서열정보와 단백질 구조정보는 Genbank, PDB 등의 유전자/단백질 데이터베이스에서 검색하고 있다. 또한 그 생명체에 관한 학술적 내용이 수록된 학술 논문까지 별도로 검색해야만 그 생물체에 관한 정확한 정보를 획득할 수 있다. 이런 불편함을 해결하려면 하나의 생명체를 검색할 때, 생명체의 종 정보, 위치 정보, 생명체를 구성하고 있는 유전자 정보, 그리고 논문정보를 연계하여 검색할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 하나의 생명체를 검색할 때 종 정보뿐만 아니라 GIS를 이용한 위치정보와 생명체를 구성하는 유전자 정보를 연계하고 그 생명체에 관한 논문 정보까지 검색 가능한 생명정보 연계검색 인터페이스를 설계하였다.
