최근 국내에서 IP 를 기반으로 방송 미디어 콘텐츠를 전송하는 UHD 기반 지상파 방송 서비스가 시작되고, 새로운 방송 환경의 조성으로 기존에는 적용이 어렵던 방송망과 브로드밴드 망을 동시 사용하는 하이브리드 방송 서비스가 등장하였다. 지상파 UHDTV 송수신정합의 서비스 시그널링 파트에서 제공되는 서비스 간 연결 정보를 이용하여 IBB 표준에 따라 TV 로 시청하던 방송 서비스를 개인용 스마트기기와 연계하여 브로드밴드 망을 통해 제공받을 수 있는 새로운 유형의 콘텐츠 소비가 가능해졌다. 이에 본 논문에서는 지상파 UHD 서비스와 IBB 서비스, 연계할 수 있는 개인용 스마트기기 등 여러 요소를 고려한 지상파 UHD 하이브리드 방송 시나리오를 가정하고 이 때 필요한 IBB 서비스 모델을 제안하고 분석한다.

Today as the scale of e-commerce constantly expands, the number and the amount of the consumer frauds are also increasing very rapidly, without sufficient levels of systematic support to prevent them. Internet Escrow service is one of the promising payment mechanisms, which guarantees secure electronic trades and payments. Especially, if the real-time product delivery information is available via RFID-based track-and-trace environment, the security and efficiency of the Internet Escrow services would be improved a lot. In this research, proposed a novel approach to integrate EPCglobal Network, which is a de-facto standard for RFID-based information network model, with Internet Escrow services. The proposed service model was implemented in the form of "Integrated Financial Platform", which supports the contracts among trading partners and the payment via Escrow services by being fully integrated with bank systems. Using the implemented EPCglobal Network-based Escrow service system, we would be able not only to shorten the money-flow cycle and to develop new kinds of loan services, but also to overcome the problems of existing Escrow services including the lack of product-related information and the delay of purchasing decisions.

Maritime Big Data Linkage System is a system for linking maritime related internal and external data used in Korean e-Navigation. It is possible to create data acquisition, conversion, storage, analysis, management application service by technology of maritime data generated from inside and outside, and it can be configured and processed in units of components. It is also possible to monitor the flow of data defined by the workflow.. Through this study, it is expected that e-navigation service will be able to link data more efficiently and easily.

This paper insists that the accessibility and transfer facility has also to be included in railway investment because railway mode can not be, what is called, a door to door service. At present those facility are not included in the railway investment with them in negligence. Since those facility is not treated with railway system there is no room to get a budget from the central government. This paper suggests that all the measurements have to be implemented, based on the LOS (Level of Service) of accessibility and transfer at railway stations. The LOS has to be as low as reasonably practical (ALARP) which can be derived from the consensus between government and citizens. Also, a couple of procurement methods are suggested for accessibility and transfer facility separately. Finally, improvement of regulations are also suggested.

Information users depend more and more on portal sites for Internet navigation. These circumstances are reflected in academic information market especially. As the path of contacting public knowledge information, many institutions of information creation and services are collaborating with portal sites. At this point in time, it is necessary to consider linking libraries services with portal sites. Especially university libraries which have been recognized as private facilities of each university must to be considered as public facilities of local community. So it is desirable to develop method for linking university library services with portal sites for revitalizing university library services. This paper presents methods linking library OPACs with portal sites, through surveying oversea's cases and situation of domestic portal sites.

ePosition is a technology that can provide the spacial position of the earth to the information of ePosition ID through the Internet. It is serving the information of land location based on the Internet using the ePosition technology now, but it needs the service technique which can supply the marine data and the information of maritime position. Moreover, to support the information service of marine position, it needs the ENC linked technique based on S-57 that is an IHO transfer standard for digital hydrographic data. In this paper, therefore, it develops a linkage method for applying and utilizing the ePosition technology to ENC data, and supplements the base technology for applying it to marine related fields. As study method, firstly, this paper analyses ENC data model and structure, and converses for processing ENC file to ePosition data. Lastly, it derives the interconnection method with ePosition database and shows the ePosition service application based on the linked data and its validity.

고객 만족도조사 (Customer Satisfaction Index)는 기업 외부 관점에서 고객의 만족도를 조사하여 기업의 서비스 품질 개선에 기여한다. 그러나 기업 외부 관점의 고객만족도만의 서비스 평가뿐 아니라 내부 직원의 업무 평가를 통한 서비스 품질 개선도 필요하다. 내부 직원의 업무 평가는 직원 개개인의 능력까지 평가할 수 있는 COI(Customer Orientation Index)통해 이루어질 수 있다. 따라서 CSI 와 COI를 연계 분석하면 기업 외,내부 관점에서의 효과적이 서비스 품질 개선이 가능하다. 또, 고객만족을 위한 높은 서비스 품질을 유지하기 위해서는 서비스 품질 개선뿐 아니라 지속적인 관리와 모니터링도 필요한데 CSI 만으로는 한계가 있다. 이를 위해 CSI 분석 결과 도출된 핵심관리 프로세스를 지표화 하여 관리하기 위해 서비스 수준 계약서 (Service Level Agreement)에 반영하여 관리할 수 있다.

분산된 서비스의 통합의 중요성이 커지고 있는 최근의 유비쿼터스 환경에서 SOA(Service Oriented Architecture)의 구현기술인 웹 서비스는 이러한 분산된 서비스를 연계하는 표준기술로서 기업내, 외부뿐만 아니라 방송/통신 융합, 정보가전/홈네트워크, 임베디드 환경 등 다양한 분야에서 사용되어 지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 홈네트워크에서 사용되는 디바이스등을 상호 이질적인 플랫폼이나 프로토콜에 유연하게 제공하기 위한 서비스 변환 게이트웨이 역할을 하는 SCG 엔진(Service Convergence Gateway Engine)과 서비스 연계의 표준기술로 자리잡고 있는 웹 서비스를 기반으로 SOA를 지원하고 S/W Service와 Application Component간의 연동을 위한 경량화된 Backbone의 역할을 수행하는 ESB(Enterprise Service Bus)를 사용하여 서비스를 통합하고 관리하는 구조를 제안 한다.

국내 유시티 개발에 있어서는 다양한 교통정보서비스들을 계획하고 구축하고 있다. 그러나 표준화된 서비스 모델이 제시되어 있지 않아서 서비스 내용이 중복되거나 각 서비스간 연계에 있어서 효율적으로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 유시티 구축사례들을 중심으로 실시간 교통서비스들을 조사 분석하여 효과적인 실시간교통서비스 통합모델을 제시하였다. 아울러 그에 따른 장비선정 및 구축 가이드라인을 제안하였다. 이에 따라 추후 유시티를 구축할 때 표준화된 서비스 모델에 따라 비용효과 및 연계의 효율성을 기대할 수 있다.
