지구적 차원의 물부족 현상은 우리에게도 심각한 사회적 문제로 대두되고 있으며, 이에 대처하기 위한 방안의 하나로 지표수-지하수 연계이용이 거론되고 있다. 지표수와 지하수 연계이용은 유역의 지표 및 지하수자원을 수문학적 순환 사이클의 통합적 관점에서 파악하는 것으로부터 시작한다. 본 연구는 국내에서 지금까지 이렇다 할 사례가 없는 지표수-지하수 연계이용의 첫 단계로서 연계이용 가능지역을 선정하기 위한 체계적인 적지분석 방법론에 관한 것이다. 복잡한 의사결정 문제를 계층적으로 나누어 분석하는 기법(AHP)이 채택되었고, 분석에 필요한 의사결정인자가 도출되었다. 각 인자의 상대적 중요도가 정량화 된 후, 이를 바탕으로 특정 지역의 지표수-지하수 연계이용 적합도가 산정될 수 있다. 개발된 방법론을 국내 두 개 지역에 적용하여 그 적용성을 예시하였다 개발된 방법론에 의한 적합도 분석은 중앙정부나 지자체가 특정 지역의 연계이용 사업의 추진과 관련된 의사결정을 내릴 수 있도록 판단근거를 제공할 것이며, 지역 간 연계이용 우선순위를 평가하는데도 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This study proposes a methodology for assessing the improvement of network connectivity of transport hubs. Extending a previously developed model that measures the connectivity of a node in transportation networks, we define two quantities called the supplied connectivity and the experienced connectivity. Using these quantities, we provide a systematic procedure for analyzing the network connectivity of a transport hub and also suggest criteria for determining whether a given project is effective in improving the network connectivity of the transport hub. The application of the methodology to a test site produces reasonable results, and as such it is expected that the methodology can be used for various transport hubs in the national road network. Once enough data from the application of the methodology are accumulated, a further study on the level of service in terms of network connectivity needs to be followed.

최근 물부족 현상은 심각한 사회ㆍ환경적 문제가 되고 있으며, 이에 대처하기 위한 방안의 하나로 지표수-지하수 연계이용이 대두되고 있다. 지표수와 지하수 연계이용은 수자원을 수문학적 순환 사이클의 관점에서 파악하고 상호보완적 이용을 도모하는 통합적인 방안이다 본 연구는 계획 수립단계에서 연계이용의 가능성, 시급성 측면에서 최적의 대상지역을 선정하기 위한 체계적인 적지분석 방법론을 제시한다. 이를 위해 복잡한 의사결정 문제를 계층적으로 나누어 분석하는 기법(AHP)이 적용되었다. AHP를 통해 분석에 필요한 의사결정인자를 도출하였고, 그 상대적 중요도를 정량화 하였다. 입지인자의 중요도를 바탕으로 가상의 지역에 대한 각 측면의 적합도를 산정하였고, 비중을 달리함으로써 얻어지는 다양한 대안에 대하여 최종적인 적합도가 산정되었다. 이러한 방법론에 의거한 분석자료는 최종적인 의사결정을 위한 기초정보를 제공할 것이며, 지역 간 연계이용 우선순위를 평가하는데도 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This study is to explore experience on the inter-organizational linkages for vocational rehabilitation of people with psychiatric disabilities and to find out predictors affecting the linkages. This study used triangulation a way as to combine the advantages of both the qualitative and the quantitative approach. The qualitative approach is based on grounded theory by Strauss & Cobin. The quantitative research used the samples of 122 organizations, and was analyzed by multiple regression & logistic regression. The results are as follows. First, as results of in-depth interview, interviewees perceived linkage experience as 'turning the eyes on the other organization in community', namely 'the pursue of collaboration'. This concept is classified four types: initiative, cooperative, authoritative and passive type. Second, according to Tobin(1986)'s five phase of the closeness of inter-organizational linkages, our linkages were found to be in third phase, "coordination". Finally, predictors of the attempt of having linkages & linkage strengthening were analyzed by logistic regression & multiple regression. 'The experience of professional training on people with psychiatric disabilities' and 'the resource dependency' have statistically significant relation with the attempt to have linkages. 'The length of current service', 'the experience of professional training on people with psychiatric disabilities', and 'recognition about other organizational activities' are significantly related to strengthening linkage. Based on the results of this study, alternatives for promoting inter-organization linkages for vocational rehabilitation of people with psychiatric disabilities were proposed.

현재 전세계적으로 공급 안정성과 전력 신뢰도 및 품질을 높이는데 국가간 연계가 하나의 대안으로 떠오르고 있다. 특히 동북아 전력연계는 정치적 또는 경제적 제약들 때문에 연계가 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 향후 동북아 전력계통 연계를 고려해 볼 때 국가간 계통 상황 및 효율적인 방안을 분석하여 합당한 거래 제도를 수립할 필요가 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 현재 각국의 전력 거래제도를 분석하여 동북아 전력연계시장에 맞는 거래제도를 제시하는 것이다. 서론에서는 동북아 연계의 의의를 알아보고, 현재까지 진행된 동북아 연계방안에 대한 자료조사를 바탕으로 조사연구들에 대한 특징을 간략하게 알아본다. 본문에서는 동북아 각국의 시장 상황과 세계 각국의 전력 연계 시장에 대해 살펴보고 현재 동북아 시장에 알맞은 연계 시장의 거래제도를 제시하고자 한다. 마지막 결론에서는 동북아 전력계통 연계 시 현재와 미래상황에 맞는 연계 시장의 거래제도를 제시하고자 한다.

As culture content industry is regarded as a high value-added creation industry, many universities have run various kinds of programs such as interdisciplinary programs to develop human resources recently. J University has also offered a culture content interdisciplinary program since 2006. 6 departments are engaged in the interdisciplinary program. However, the research related to the assessment of courses and management about interdisciplinary programs rarely exists. In this paper, we firstly analyze the satisfaction levels of the classes and the management of the culture content interdisciplinary program runs in our University. In addition, in order to propose a desirable method to run the interdisciplinary program, we analyze the comprehension levels of students and the effectiveness of the education. Finally, we propose a future direction for a successful program based on our analysis results.

최근 세계적으로 전력계통의 대륙 간 연계나 신재생에너지, 분산전원의 계통 연계를 위해 HVDC(High voltage Direct Current)에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 대용량, 장거리 송전이 필요한 경우 HVAC에서의 전력손실과 송전거리의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 HVDC가 새로운 대안으로 떠오르고 있으며, LCC(Line commutated Converter)와 VSC(Voltage Source Converter)의 기술발전이 비약적으로 이뤄지고 있다. 특히, DC Grid화를 위해서 유럽에서는 해상풍력을 연계한 Windfarm을 DC Grid화 하는 프로젝트가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 신재생 에너지의 계통 연계를 위해서 DC Grid가 본격적으로 논의가 되고 있고 관련분야에서는 기술개발을 앞다퉈 진행하고 있는 상황이다. DC Grid 구현을 위해 VSC HVDC가 최근 주목받고 있으며, VSC로 연계된 DC Grid의 AC 계통과의 연계를 위해 가장 필요한 것이 바로 DC 차단기라고 할 수 있겠다. 본 논문에서는 DC Grid의 고장분석을 위한 기초연구로써 MMC(Modular Multilevel Converter) VSC를 기반으로 한 Point-to-Point HVDC Grid에서의 DC 고장에 대한 분석을 실시하였으며 그 특징을 분석하였다.

장기 수자원계획시 댐군의 연계운영을 위한 물수지분석 모형으로 HEC-5 모형과 K-ModSim 모형을 선정하고, 이에 대한 댐군의 연계운영 효과를 비교 평가를 수행하였다. K-ModSim 모형은 범용 우선순위 목적 선형최적화 모형으로, 조절점 및 저수지조작에 대한 우선순위를 지정할 수 있는 반면, HEC-5 모형은 목적별 저수지 조작의 우선순위가 지정되며, 등가저수지 개념을 사용하여 방류 우선순위를 결정하도록 되어있다. 이와 같은 연계운영 방식의 차이는 적정한 시기에 조절점에서의 물부족이 발생하는지 여부를 결정짓는 매우 중요한 요소이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 가뭄발생 상황에 대한 각 모형의 연계운영효과를 비교 분석함으로써 급속히 변화하고 있는 수자원 이용환경에서 보다 합리적인 댐군의 연계운영 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

지하수를 이용한 물 문제 해결 방법은 여러 수공학자들에 의해 연구되어 왔고 많은 성과를 이루었다. 하지만, 과도한 지하수 개발은 새로운 공학적 문제를 야기하게 되어 각 수자원에 내한 개별적인 분석 단계를 지나 여러 수자원을 연계하여 이용할 수 있는 기법들이 연구되고 있다. 이 방법 중 하나로 지표수와 지하수를 연계 이용하는 방법이 연구되었고, 개발 대상 지역에 대한 우선순위 결정을 위해 계층분석과정(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)이 적용되었다. 이리한 적지 분석을 위한 시스템(SASCU)을 GIS와 연계하여 개발함으로써 개랄 가능 후보지에 대한 개발 우선순위 결정에 도움이 괼될것으로 사료된다.

This study was a case study on the connection of volleyball classes for middle school girls. It presents concrete examples of girls' links in school and out of school. Data analysis was organized by classifying volleyball classes from regular curriculum, school sports clubs, club activities, school leagues, and community related classes. In addition, the meanings of the categories were analyzed and interpreted and reconstructed around the possibility of practice at school. The results of this study were divided into experiences in volleyball classes, volleyball lessons using creative and convergence classes. In the discussion, the study was analyzed as connected classes within the school and outside the school. Suggestions were given on teachers' practical studies, best case studies on class linkage, plans to link school sports-life sports-professional sports, and participation and connection of female students in class.
