Determination of Minimum Spacing between Off-ramp Terminus and Intersection Considering the Influence of Adjacent Signalized Intersections (신호교차로 영향에 따른 도시고속도로 유출연결로 최소이격거리에 관한 연구)

  • The interchanges of urban freeways have many problems with traffic operation due to high off-ramp flows and frequent congestion at adjacent intersections. The flow exiting from off-ramps is affected by the operational status and traffic volume conditions of the nearest signalized intersection. As a result, off-ramp flow cannot exit and the queue backs up the freeway mainline when queues from the signalized intersection form up to the junction of the off-ramp and street. The spacing between an off-ramp and an adjacent intersection is likely to determine the traffic conditions at the adjacent intersection. However, the current design guidelines do not consider such a factor. This study is to develop a model calculating the spacing between off-ramps and adjacent intersections considering the signal, traffic, and road conditions. The variables affecting the model in this study are effective green time (g/C), volume-capacity ratio (v/c), the number of lanes, and off-ramp volume. Various scenarios are designed to represent the effects of the variables and the road networks are constructed using VISSIM, which is a common traffic micro-simulation software package. The queue length is derived from VISSIM and this length is considered as the recommended spacing between the off-ramp and the adjacent intersection. Through the simulation analysis, regression models are developed to calculate the queue length reflecting the various conditions such as signals, traffic, and road configurations. The developed model can be used to create road design guidelines to determine the location of off-ramps in the planning stage.

  • 본 문에서는 선체 중앙부의 유한요소 모델링과 진동해석이 수행되었다. 횡부재와 종통부재가 만나 3차원적으로 연결되어 있는 선체구조는 복잡한 구조적 특성 때문에 모델링에 많은 노력이 필요하다. 선수, 선미부에 비해 비교적 부재간의 접속이 간단한 중앙평행부의 진동해석과 같은 경우에는 모델링 기법을 개발해 사용할 수도 있다. 중앙부 횡부재와 종통부재가 만나는 부분의 접속성과 형상표현을 위해 keypoint, super element(SE) 개념을 도입하였고 형성된 SE 들을 isoparametric mapping 기법을 접속된 3차원 부재용으로 개선하여 유한요소로 분할하였다. 진동해석용으로 형성된 선체중앙부 요소망을 ANSYS로 가시화하였고 자유진동해석을 수행하였다.

  • 2005년도에 저압 지중함에서 감전사고가 발생한 후 감전예방을 위한 다양한 개선대책이 현장에 적용되었다. 사고발생 직후에는 지중전선의 접속부에 테이핑처리에 의한 보완조치가 적용되었으며, 그 이후 전선 접속 부를 방수형접속재로 교체하는 작업이 시행되었으며 전선 접속부 위를 감전방지용 절연고무판으로 덮거나 차량의 통행이 없는 일부 지중함의 뚜껑을 절연재질인 고강도플라스틱(FRP)으로 교체하거나 그 이외에 다중접지된 중성선과 지중함의 틀을 본딩하는 개선대책 등이 현장에 적용되었다. 이러한 다양한 개선대책은 지중함에서의 감전사고를 예방하기 위한 것으로 그중 틀접지는 이미 적용된 지중함 내의 접지설비와 중성선이 공통접속된 상태에서 지중함과 맞닿는 틀에 접지도체를 연결하는 것이다. 계통의 중성선을 이용한(TN-C)방식의 틀접지는 효과가 있으나 뚜껑부분의 진동방지를 위하여 삽입한 고무패킹은 성능저하를 일으키므로 그에 대한 대책이 필요하였다.

  • In this paper, which sees the Strong-ARM SA1110 it used the main CPU and RTP in VoIP system. It will be able to apply the information communication field it embodied. It used the Tynux_box2 with the hardware side and it composed a VOIP system. And it used the RTP which is a real-time protocol in software control portion. The development environment of the paper that used the Target board and a Linux PC for connection used the RS-232C, USB connection, Ethernet LAN. The VoIP the environment for a communication used the wave file in the substitution which changes analog signal with the digital signal. And For the communication of the both sides it used the socket. This paper explained the fact that against a general technique from the operation of VoIP system. Using the Embedded linux development board which explained an operational process of the RTP protocol.

  • This thesis presents a performance analysis algorithm that estimates erro performance of individual links, at the bit level, in an end-to-end digital connection using the model of 3-statte MarKov chain. The link model proposed the burst error behavior of each individual link. It also presents a method to concateante several individual links and extract a model for end-to-end digital connection. This resulting end-to-end model can be used to calculate performance parameters such as bit error rate(BER) and block error(BLER) for any block size.

  • Ramp metering control is the most representative strategy of uninterrupted flow control and management system. Ramp metering is to adjust vehicles entering an expressway in such a way that expressway mainline maintains flow stability by regulating ramp vehicles. The effect of two metering strategies, single-entry metering and platoon metering, on mainstream under the same metering rate with pre-timed metering are analyzed by micro-simulation. Platoon metering shows lower performance than single-entry metering under the same metering rate in terms of speed, density, and delay, causes earlier breakdown than single-entry metering. It indicates that the selection of metering type has critical importance as the flow of mainline is high.

저궤도 위성 전원선 확인 시험

  • 저궤도 위성 비행모델 기능시험은 위성체 내부 전장품들 간의 접속 확인과 조립 및 연결상태를 확인하는 시험을 우선적으로 수행한다. 위성체의 전원선 확인 시험은 전기 전자적 조립 시험에서 가장 처음으로 수행하는 시험이다. 전력조절분배장치로부터 전장품 각각의 하드웨어로 공급되는 50볼트 주전원 또는 28볼트 부전원이 정상적으로 공급하게 되는지를 검증한다. 위성체 하니스가 설치된 후, 각각의 하드웨어에 공급되는 전원의 극성 및 연속성 시험을 수행한다. 전력조절분배장치는 태양전지판으로부터 얻어진 전력이 레귤레이터에 의해 정류된 전압을 받아 릴레이나 FET를 통하여 모든 전장품에 전원을 공급하는 주요 장비이다. 전력조절분배장치 내부나 외부 하니스 오류로부터 생길 수 있는 잘못 리드된 전원으로부터 전장품을 보호하기 위하여 하니스를 하드웨어에 연결하기 전에 우선적으로 전원선 확인 시험을 수행한다. 위성체 전원선 확인 시험은 위성체와 기능시험장비를 연결하여 시리얼 명령어를 통해 전력조절분배장치 내부의 FET 동작을 조절하며, FET 동작 상태 및 전장품에 접속되는 입력 단에서의 전압 및 전원 특성 등을 점검한다. 위성체의 주전원 50볼트 라인의 연결도 확인과 부전원 28볼트 라인의 연결도 확인 및 전력제어 유닛 내부 FET의 기능 확인을 수행하며 또한, 전력제어부 외부에 공급하는 28볼트 펄스와 15볼트 펄스를 측정 검증하는 시험을 수행한다.

  • In general, distribution board, panel board and motor control center can be installed over a wide area such as residence of group, building, schools, factories, ports, airports, water service and sewerage, substation and heavy industries that are used to supply converts the voltages extra high voltage into optimal voltage. There are electrical accidents due to rise of contact temperature, loose contact of bus bar, deterioration of the contact resistance, overtemperatue of the bus bars. In this paper, we propose bus bar joints monitoring system with loose connection of bus bar, measuring the joint resistance of busbars and monitoring internal and external heat. The proposed system can be reduced the electrical accidents by maintenance of busbar joints and the temperature of the conductive contact surface of busbars.

A Study on Characteristics of Traffic Flow in Congested Traffic at On-Ramp Influence Area (혼잡교통류 상태에서의 연결로 합류부 교통류 특성에 관한 기초 연구)

  • Most traffic congestion on a freeway occurs in the merge area, where conflicts between mainline traffic and on-ramp traffic are frequently generated. So far, research on the merge area has mainly dealt with free flow traffic and research on the congested traffic at the merge area is rare. This study investigates the relationships between mainline traffic and on-ramp traffic at three different segments of the merge area. For this purpose, new indicators based on such traffic variables as flow, speed, and density are used. The results show that a negative relationship exists between mainline and on-ramp flow. It is also found that the speed and the density of the right two lanes in the mainline traffic are significantly affected by the on-ramp flow. Based on the correlation analysis of the indicators, it is confirmed that the ramp influence area is the right two lanes of the freeway mainline. The revealed relationships between mainline and on-ramp traffic may help to analyze the capacity of the downstream freeway segment of the merging area in congested traffic. The findings of this studyalso provide a basis to develop a model that estimates the merge traffic volume in congested traffic, which is neither theoretically nor empirically sound in most other traffic flow models developed so far.

Developing Design Guidelines for Rest Area Based on the Traffic Safety (교통안전을 고려한 고속도로 휴게소 설계기준 개발)

  • Entry and exits of the rest area are sections where designed speed can be rapidly change and also a weak traffic safety section. In addition, two tasks can be performed simultaneously at entry of the rest area, particularly searching for deceleration and parking spaces/parking sides etc. Thus, design criteria is required in order to procure the stability of accessed vehicle. In case of Korea, geometric structure design criteria of entry facilities, such as toll-gate, interchange, junction etc was established. However there are no presence in a detailed standards for geometric structure of the rest area which affiliated road facilities. In this study, Derive problems in regards to the entry of geometric structure of resting areas by utilizing a sight survey and an investigation research of traffic accidents. The survey was targeting 135 general service areas. After Classifying the design section of resting areas' entry as well as derive design elements on each section, a speed measurement by targeting entry of rest areas and car behavior surveys were performed, then each element's minimum standard was derived through the analyses. According to the speeds at the starting/end point of entrance connector road, the minimum length of the entrance connector road is decided as 40m using Slowing-down length formula and based on the driving pattern, the range of the junction setting angle of the entrance connector road is defined as $12^{\circ}{\sim}17^{\circ}$. Suggest improvement plans for existing rest areas that can be applied realistically. This should be corresponded to the standards of entry and exit of developed rest areas.
