The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of Argument-Based Inquiry (ABI) strategy on student's character competency. For this study, 51 grade 11 students (two classes) were selected to the role assignment (ABI-R group) and 46 students (two classes) were assigned to the non-role assignment group (ABI group). In the result, the role assignment group (ABI-R group) showed a statistically higher change in character competency than the group without role assignment (ABI group). Particularly, the ABI-R group has significantly higher grade than ABI group in empathy, responsibility, and respect among the sub-factors of character competency. However, in the case of the cooperation factor of character competency, the ABI group showed statistically significant higher grade than ABI-R group. The results of this study showed that Argument-Based Inquiry (ABI) as teaching and learning strategies in science can contribute to the enhancement of human character competency. In addition, we suggest that students should be actively involved in the class through role assignment, but it is necessary to present the class situation so that they can be actively engaged according to the problem situation rather than being fixed in a given role.

Most people cause disputes not to do things they do not want to do. Therefore, in this study, the mobile roulette system was studied to make role sharing easy and fun. The role sharing method is to rotate the roulette through the mobile application installed on the smartphone and throw the dart to check the result with the mobile application. Through this study, it is possible to set the role sharing that most people do not like to be as fun as the game, and the conflict due to the role sharing between family members can be reduced. It is also expected that it will contribute to leisure activities, not just unconditional roles.

This study focused on Japanese families engaging in childrearing to discover changes in their daily lives, such as in the role division between husband and wife and hours spent on housework and childcare, caused by the unexpected crisis of COVID-19. An empirical analysis attempted to determine whether changes in the working environment, such as working and commuting hours, affected the role division between husband and wife, as well as housework and childcare hours spent. The data analyzed were extracted from the 2021 "3rd Survey on Changes in Lifestyle Awareness and Behavior Due to the Impact of COVID-19" conducted by the Japanese Cabinet Office. A total of 983 couples aged 20 or older, living with their spouse, having at least one child under the age of 18, and both employed were selected. The analysis results were as follows: First, the division of roles between husband and wife changed in the direction of increasing the husband's role in housework and childrearing. Second, the decrease in working and commuting hours increased the husband's role. Third, housework and childcare hours were more clearly related to changes in the working environments of husbands and wives than to changes in role division between husband and wife. In conclusion, changes in men's working and commuting hours had a greater impact on role division, as well as housework and childrearing hours in the family, than changes in women's working and commuting hours. In the future, an analysis that considers labor market factors is necessary.

사회복지 분야는 정부가 개입해야 하는 대표적인 정책영역이나, 공공성을 강조하면서, 시장기능을 전혀 고려하지 않는 정부개입은 정부실패라는 왜곡을 발생시킨다. 사회복지 서비스는 공공재라기 보다는 가치재로서, 사유재 성격을 가지므로 정부와 시장역할에 대한 균형된 시각이 필요하다. 시장실패와 함께 정부실패라는 경제적 왜곡현상을 동시에 고려하면서, 정부와 시장의 최적역할분담이 이루어져야 한다. 보육정책의 방향은 공공성이 높으므로, 정부가 주도가 되어 모든 국민들에게 똑같은 보육서비스를 공급하는 것이다. 획일적인 보육서비스 질을 정부재원의 확대로서 높이려는 정책방향은 필연적으로 정부실패라는 왜곡을 발생시킨다. 현재 많은 전문가들이 지적하는 민간부문의 보육서비스 질이 낮은 근본원인은 시장규제에 있다. 즉 영리법인의 시장진입을 금지하고, 가격을 규제하고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 보육서비스 질을 높이기 위해서는 보육시장의 정부규제를 철폐해야 한다. 보육시장에 대한 규제 철폐없이 모든 국민들을 대상으로 한 보육재정의 확대는 재정의 낭비를 초래하게 된다. 보육정책의 바람직한 방향은 정부와 시장의 역할분담을 통해서이다. 보육서비스의 외부 불경제 효과가 높은 만큼, 시장에서 충족시키지 못하는 일정소득 이하 계층에 대한 보육서비스는 정부에서 무상으로 제공해야 한다. 그러나 일정소득 수준이상의 계층에게는 다양한 수요가 시장기능에 의해 해결될 수 있도록 해야 한다. 시장실패의 논리와 함께 정부실패라는 왜곡의 심각성을 인식하고, 정부와 시장기능에 대한 최적의 역할분담이 이루어져야 한다.
