Regional central library have to reflect the characteristics of the each region. And it must to set priority the various tasks. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the librarian's recognition about roles of regional central library for support to the local libraries. As a result, librarians was recognized the direction of library policy and cooperation between the local libraries as the most urgent task. Also, librarians was considered the educational and cultural programs and interlibrary loan as the top task to perform in the future. The results is very useful in deciding contents of library cooperation and establishing of the Library Policy.

The appearance of the negative differential pressure(NDP), in which the shot base pressure is higher than the breech pressure, indicates that a potential damage on the gun system is increased. In order to safeguard the gun system, the igniter must be designed to minimize the NDP during the firing process. From this reason, the effect of igniter's burning rate on the NDP of the interior ballistics has been investigated through the numerical simulations. The NDP has been increased with increment of the coefficient in the burning rate of the igniter. A sudden change of the chamber pressure has been shown in case of using a singular coefficient.

Thrust Cut-Off 시스템은 로켓 발사체의 분리시의 충격에 의한 비행방향오차 및 비행거리를 감소하고 Pay-Load 부에 추진력을 증가시키고 분리된 추진 기관부의 낙하위치 예측을 용이하게 한다. 이와 같이 중요한 역할을 하게되는 Thrust Cut-Off 시스템에서 스냅링은 핵심적인 역할을 하게 된다. 정상적인 추진체의 작동 시에는 고압의 연소가스를 지탱하고 분리 시에는 쉽게 분리되어 연소가스를 역 분사 시켜야한다.(중략)

정부의 IT839 추진전략의 핵심 축을 담당하고 있는 BcN 계획은, 곧 시범사업을 거쳐 본격적인 상용 서비스가 시작될 시기에 이른 만큼, ITU(국제전기통신연합)의 차세대통신망(NGN) 표준화 현황을 살펴봄으로써 현 시점에서 취해야 할 추진전략의 고려사항으로 그 역할과 기대를 조명해 보고자 한다. 본 고에서는 먼저 ITU에서 진행해온 NGN 표준화(국내에서는 광대역통합망(BcN)으로 명명되었으나, NGN과 동일한 혹은 유사한 내용을 공유하고 있다) 현황에 대한 일반적인 개요를 간략히 설명하고 이를 바탕으로 다양한 현재 FG NGN과 SG13의 상황을 살펴본다. 또한 정통부에서 추진 중인 BcN 구축계획 및 추진전략을 조망해 보고 국제표준화와의 관계를 간략히 검토해 본다.

본고에서는 디지털 융합시대의 국가 미래 IT 인프라 전략으로 지능형 광대역 인프라를 제시하였다. 지능형 광대역 인프라는 광대역 네트워크 인프라, 정보통신 서비스 인프라, 기반체계 인프라로 구성되는 디지털 사회간접자본으로서 전통적인 사회간접자본과 융합되어 신(新)지식기반 SOC를 구축함으로써 국가 지식인프라의 하부구조를 이루게 된다. 초고속정보통신망 정책 성공요인에 대한 고찰을 기반으로 지능형 광대역 인프라의 성공적 구축을 위한 정책과제를 제시한다.

Of late, the thrust vectoring control, using fluidic co-flow and counter-flow concepts, has been received much attention since it not only improves the maneuverability of propulsive engine but also reduces an additional material load due to the trailing control wings, which in turn reduce the aerodynamic drag. However, the control effects are not understood well since the flow field involves very complicated non: physics such as shock wave/boundary layer interaction, separation and significant unsteadiness. Existing data are not enough to achieve the effectiveness and usefulness of the thrust vectoring control, and systematic work is required for the purpose of practical applications In the present study, computational study has been performed to investigate the effects of the thrust vector control using the fluidic co-and counter-flow concepts. The results obtained show that, for a given pressure ratio, the thrust deflection angle has a maximum value at a certain suction flow rate, which is at less than $5\%$ of the mass flow rate of the primary jet. With a longer collar, the same vector angle is achievable with smaller mass flow rate.

ATM 기술에 기반을 둔 광대역통신망의 구축과 실용화가 추진되면서 기존의 인터넷이나 패켓망에서와 마찬가지로 ATM 망을 통해 전송되는 정보에 대한 보안 요구사항이 제기되게 되었고, 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 ATM 포럼에서는 보안 작업그룹을 설립하여 ATM 보안 규격 개발작업을 수행하고 있다. 본 고에서는 현재 ATM 포럼에서 추진되고 있는 ATM 보안규격 개발작업의 현황과 지금가지 연구 개발된 ATM 보안 규격의 주요 내용을 소개한다.

2008년에 발생한 고병원성 조류인플루엔자(HPAI)는 42일간 19개 시군구에서 총 33건이 발생했다. 5월 12일 마지막 발생지인 경남 양산 이후 추가 발생이 없어 6월 말일부로 전지역의 이동제한 등 방역조치가 해제되었다. 본고에서는 금년 AI 발생현황과 정부의 조치사항 및 협회 추진사항에 대해 정리하고자 한다.
