Study on Gear Meshing Force Signature Recovery Using Inverse Filter (역필터를 이용한 기어의 맞물림 힘 재생에 관한 연구)

  • In monitoring and diagnosing machinery with gear trains, gear meshing force are the important signature indicating the operating condition. The gear meshing forces, however, are extremely difficult to be measured while gears are rotating. One easy possible way is to measure vibrations which are produced and transferred by the gear meshing forces. While the gear meshing forces are traveling, the force waveforms are shaped by the path transfer function. In the paper, the way to recover the source waveform by eliminating the path effects is discussed using inverse filter.

회절 현상을 이용한 소음원 탐지

  • 본 원고에서는 여러 소음 규명론에서 간과하기 쉬운 회절현상(diffraction phenomena)에 대해 알아보고, 이러한 회절현상을 이용한 소음원 규명을 제안하고자 한다. 즉 소음원 규명론의 일반적인 개념으로 생각하면 회절현상을 하나의 전달함수로 보고, 이를 바탕으로 역전달 함수인 역회절현상(inverse diffraction phenomena)을 수치적으로 모델링한다. 이 방법은 실제 실험에서 계측된 음압과 역회절 모델을 이용하여 소음원을 규명하는 방법이다. 소음원 탐지의 문제점 가운데 하나는 소음원의 가시화 일것이다. 이 논문에서는 3차원 공간에서 사용자가 쉽게 인식할 수 있는 두가지 소음원 가시화 방법을 소개한다. 간단한 실험을 통하여 이 방법의 효율성을 검증해 보고, 이를 바탕으로 TGV객실내에서의 소음원 규명을 수행한다.

Design of a Linear Mass Excitation System for Simulating Wind-induced Responses of a Building Structure (풍하중 구현 및 내풍특성 평가를 위한 선형질량 가진시스템 설계)

  • In this paper, excitation systems using linear mass shaker (LMS) are presented in order to simulate the wind induced responses of a building structure. The actuator force for the excitation systems is calculated by using the inverse transfer function of a target structural response to the actuator. Filter and envelop function are used such that the error between the wind and actuator induced responses is minimized by preventing the actuator from exciting unexpected modal response and initial transient response. The analyses results from a 76-story benchmark building problem in which wind load obtained by wind tunnel test is given, indicate that the excitation system installed at a specific floor can approximately embody the structural responses induced by the wind load applied to each floor of the structure. The excitation system designed by the proposed method can be effectively used for evaluating the wind response characteristics of a practical building structure and for obtaining an accurate analytical model of the building under wind load.

  • 이 논문에서는 능동 소음 제어 시스템을 구성하는 요소들인 증폭기와 저주파 필터 와 같은 소자들의 비선형 특성과 공간에서의 주파수 대역에 따른 비선형 특성을 보상하여, 보다 효과적인 능동 소음 제어기를 설계하기 위해 시간 지연 신경 회로망을 이용하는 새로 운 방법을 제안한다. 공간을 포함한 2차 경로 함수를 모델링하여 보다 나은 성능을 갖는 능 동 소음 제어기를 구성하기 위한 기존의 최소 자승 오차 알고리듬에 기반한 filtered-x least mean square(LMS) 알고리듬과 오차 역전달 학습 알고리듬을 갖는 시간 지연 다층 구조 인 식자를 이용한 결과를 간단한 실험을 통하여 그 성능을 비교 분석한다.

Identification of Track Irregularity using Wavelet Transfer Function (웨이브렛 전달함수를 이용한 궤도틀림 식별)

  • This paper presents a methodology for identifying track irregularity using a wavelet transfer function. An equivalent wavelet SISO (single-input single-output) transfer function is defined by the measured track geometry and the acceleration data measured at a bogie of a train. All the measured data with various sampling frequencies were rearranged according to the constant 25cm reference recording distance of the track recording vehicle used in the field. Before applying the wavelet transform, measured data were regressed by eliminating those out of the range. The inverse wavelet transfer function is also formulated to estimate track geometry. The closeness of the estimated track geometry to the actual one is evaluated by the coherence function and also by FRF (frequency response function). A track irregularity index is defined by comparing the variance of the estimation error from the intact condition and that from the current condition. A simulation study has been carried out to examine the proposed algorithm.
