After the revision of the Urban Park Act in 2005, historical parks emerged in Korea to promote the preservation of historical heritage while also offering recreation and education to ordinary citizens. It is now time to examine the characteristics of domestic historical parks by examining their current operational conditions, and seek appropriate institutional improvements. By studying the characteristics of historical parks in various countries, as well as the trends in the designation and development of domestic historical parks, this study attempts to examine the function and role of historical parks, and seeks a direction for future action. Through its literature review, this study also examines the current state of historical parks through cooperation with relevant public officials and experts. The results of the study show that, despite historical resources being concentrated in sites dating to the Joseon Dynasty, they also include heritage pertaining to persons, events, and places. There is also a trend toward increasing the focus on modern heritage. Historical parks show differences across existing cities and new towns, as well as between major cities and provincial cities. Provincial cities showed a recent trend of using historical parks as important resources for strengthening their economics and solidifying their identities. Also, there are many cases where the designated category for a park is changed to a historical park. In such cases, there may be a problem where certain functions of the park run into conflict. Domestic historical parks can be divided into four categories: heritage parks, memorial parks, historical theme parks, and historic parks. Such detailed classification schemes may serve as the strategic foundation for later conservation and usage of historical heritage, as well as a standard for suggesting concrete direction in the operation of historical parks.

한 나라의 우주 능력은 국력을 상징적으로 나타내고, 다른 모든 산업을 선도할 뿐만 아니라 국민의 일상생활에도 커다란 영향을 미친다. 이러한 세계의 질서 속에서 구소련 우주능력의 핵심적 역할을 하다가, 특별히 1990년대 초 구소련연방의 해체와 아울러 변화의 소용돌이 속에서 독립국가의 형태를 갖추고 나름대로의 우주능력을 증명하고 마케팅을 실시하면서 실익을 취하는 국가들의 모습을 볼 수 있다. 이러한 독립된 국가 속에 우크라이나의 우주개발동향을 검토해 보는 것은 앞으로 전개될 세계 우주개발 시장에서의 판도를 읽는 데에도 도움이 될 것으로 의미가 있으리라 생각한다. 본 논문에서는 우크라이나의 주요 역사적 사건, 우크라이나 우주청의 구조 및 역할, 우주 프로그램 및 우주 발사체 개발 동향 및 국제 협력 등을 살펴보고자 한다.

This paper examines how democracy is being taught in secondary school level of Indonesian civic education. For this purpose, this study analyses the textbook contents concerning democracy. First, this study sets the freedom, the right, the unity and the stability as key words and analyzes the characteristic of describing democracy by looking at how each keyword is explained in the textbook. The result of analysis shows that democracy of Indonesia can be described as "Pancasila democracy" and textbooks have tendency to relatively emphasize 'the unity', and 'the stability' by differentiating themselves from "liberal democracy" and "liberalism." The freedom in textbook can be interpreted in the context of organic-statism that state and interests of state have the ascendancy over individuals. This viewpoint is based on the historical contexts of Indonesia. However, when textbook describes about Indonesian democracy and its values, they deal with contents of democratic principles, "the freedom of opposition", "the negative freedom", and natural rights. And the study interprets the existence of the two contrasting concepts - relative emphasis on the unity of state and the statement about the importance of individual rights and the freedom - in the textbook as a logical tension in transitional process of traditional organic-statism. Second, the study examines educational contents in accordance with the method of description in textbook. It has been found that there are logical tension and fallacy in describing the principle of fundamental concepts and applicate that concepts into Indonesia case. Also, when describing Marsinah and Munir case, there are some parts distorted and overlooked the facts. On the other hand, the gaps between the explanation in textbook and reality can be pointed out. This study which examined textbook and contents of the rights of the individual is an introductory study on textbook, education and democracy for development of Indonesia and their education.

For debugging effectively the shared-memory programs with nested parallelism, it is important to detect efficiently the first races which incur non-deterministic executions of the programs. Previous on-the-fly technique detects the first races in two passes, and shows inefficiencies both in execution time and memory space because the size of an access history for each shared variable depends on the maximum parallelism of program. This paper proposes a new on-the-fly technique to detect the first races in two passes, which is constant in both the number of event comparisons and the space complexity on each access to shared variable because the size of an access history for each shared variable is a small constant. This technique therefore makes on-the-fly race detection more efficient and practical for debugging shared-memory programs with nested parallelism.

IT 산업은 인터넷을 발달시킴으로써 새로운 경제 시대 (New Economic Era)를 열게 하였을 뿐만 아니라 민주주의제도의 발전가능성을 한층 더 앞당기는 계기를 마련하고 있다. 그러나 개인들은 그들의 개인정보가 국가기관이나 민간기관에 자신도 모르는 사이 누출되어 국가기관의 감시체제를 구축하거나 불공정한 상업적 목적으로 쓰일 수 있다는 우려 때문에 온라인상의 구매활동이나 정치활동을 주저하고 있다. 특히 유럽민족은 과거의 역사적인 사건들로 인해 개인정보 유출문제에 매우 민감하게 반응한다. 이러한 이유로 EU는 EU국가들 내에서의 인터넷관련 개인정보처리문제와 EU와 제3국간의 개인정보 이전 문제를 규정하는 지침을 1995년 재정하고 1998년부터 시행하고 있다. 동 지침은 또한 미국과의 정보이전협상인 safe harbor를 탄생시켰다. 본 고에서는 왜 개인정보 보호법이 필요한지 그 이유와 개인정보보호에 대한 국제적인 논의 그리고 EU의 개인정보지침 내용을 연구한다.

This paper investigates the layers of conflicts and the methods of presenting conflicts in Gyechugilgi written by court ladies in the middle of the Choseon Dynasty. The authors deal with court ladies' conflicts and trials with great seriousness. This means that they did not regard these struggles as problems derived from conflicts between King Kwanghae and Queen dowager Inmok. Gyechugilgi represents conflicts by quoting conversations, showing characters meditating conflicts, and describing episodes. Consequently the authors recognized the conflicts in this text as human problems that result from personal desires rather than political problems, and the literary characteristics of this text can be found in this point. This study ascertains the characteristics of Gyechugilgi from various viewpoints.

모바일 IT와 무선인터넷의 발달에 따라 디지털 컨텐츠를 담는 뉴미디어로서의 휴대폰의 가능성은 점차 확대되고 있으며, 모바일 컨텐츠 시장도 급속도로 성장하고 있다. 무선인터넷의 발달은 유선 인터넷 컨텐츠를 무선으로 확장하게 하였으며, 장소기반 관광 정보 (Location Based Information) 서비스가 우선적으로 구축되고 있다. 그러나, 현재 모바일 기기로 서비스되고 있는 대부분의 관광정보는 관광지에 대한 간단한 설명, 교통편, 숙박, 음식점 등 매우 실용적이고 일반적이어서 편리하긴 하지만, 그다지 사용하고 싶은 매력은 없는 정보에 그치고 있다. 본 연구는 기술적으로 진화하고 있는 유비쿼터스 도시 환경에서 모바일을 활용하여 어떠한 새로운 형태의 관광 컨텐츠가 가능해질 수 있을까 하는 질문에서 출발하였다. 본 논문은 정보통신연구 진흥원의 지원을 받아 진행했던 지역의 역사, 문화 정보 전달을 위한 모바일 투어 게임 "타임트렉" 프로토타입 개발에 관한 리서치, 컨셉, 프로세스를 정리한 것이다. "타임트렉" 프로젝트에서 추구했던 방향은 문화적, 역사적으로 중요한 장소를 투어하면서 모바일 미디어를 활용하여 보다 깊은 역사, 문화 정보를 새롭고 재미있는 방법으로 전달하고자 하는 것이었다. 특히, 사용자의 보다 적극적인 참여와 흥미유발을 위해 시간여행 능력을 가진 탐정이 과거로 시간여행을 통해 사건을 해결하는 롤플레잉 스토리 기반 게임과 물리적 장소에서 답을 찾아야 하는 오프라인 퀘스트 게임의 형식을 포함하는 모바일 투어 게임형태로 구축하였다. 이렇게 함으로써 관광객들에게 보다 그 장소에 대해 알고 싶어 하는 흥미를 유도하고 투어를 완료하게 유도함으로써 만족스럽고 새로운 관광 경험을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 새로운 타입의 모바일 관광서비스의 프로토타입 개발에 있어 중점을 두었던 부분은 역사적으로 중요한 장소를 워킹 트레일로 구성하고 그 장소가 가지는 기본적인 문화, 역사적 정보에 오락적 요소(스토리와 게임 요소)를 자연스럽게 혼합하여 흥미로운 컨텐츠를 만들는 것이었으며, 또한 모바일이 가진 위치기반 서비스 기능을 활용하여 효과적으로 컨텐츠를 적재적소에 제시하는 인터페이스 구현에 중점을 두었다. 논문에서는 먼저, 기존의 국내외 모바일 관광정보서비스의 사례 및 연구 동향을 분석하고, 이에 따라 설정한 "타임트렉" 프로젝트의 방향성과, "타임트렉" 프로젝트에서 개발했던 프로토타입에 대하여 요약, 설명하였으며, 사용자 테스트 과정을 기술하였다. 그리고 마지막으로, 시장 세분화에 따른 관광 정보 서비스의 엔터테인먼트화 전략에 대해 논의하였다. 본 연구에서 시도했던 지역의 역사, 문화 관광을 위한 LBS 모바일 기술과 스토리, 게임 등 엔터테인먼트 요소의 결합은 관광객들에게 새로운 형태의 즐거운 관광 경험을 창출할 수 있으며, 관광 산업과 모바일 컨텐츠 산업의 결합이라는 새로운 접근의 장을 개척할 수 있을 것이다.

Silmido [실미도 2003] captures the covered historical reality and describes the spectacular training process of the special army stationed at Silmido in vivid detail. As a result, a fictional space is turned into a reality film. The film shows ideological inconsistency of the critical view about the fascism of government authority and at the same time the political aid about government authority. The film creates dramatic and friendly effect through melodramatic and emotional exaggeration called sinpa about historical events to produce the pleasure of assimilation based on the trust of the audience. Here, individual assimilation is subjectivity achieved through the general sympathy coming from the tragic national discourse. Silmido appeals to the imaginary community not in a logical but in an emotional way. The spectacular action and realistic images are supported by national tragedy divided into the South Korea and the North Korea, and integrated sentimentalism to amplify the tragedy. Silmido tries to strengthen the tragic situation caused by the division ideology through this sentimentalism called sinpa. In contrast to the brutality of the relentless military regime, the sacrifice of good-hearted Silmido force members is heroically portrayed.

This thesis is a result of a study of the treatment course of post traumatic stress disorder because of the historical incident which is described in the novel, Uncle Suni by Hyun Ki-young. Uncle Suni survived the massacre which happened during the 4.3 Incident in Jeju Island. However, living a buried life, she suffers a historical trauma. To cure her disorder, she had to know the cause of her illness, such as auditory hallucination, mysophobia, etc. The author describes that kinds of patients should be ensured to get help not only in duty of the society but of the country and that historical justice should stand right. Uncle Suni reexperienced the incident when she happened to discover 'the white bones' and 'the lead bullets' while she was working in her 'Ohmpang field'. To cure her illness, she needed to confess her guilt that she had escaped from the massacre, and deep appreciation about the incident, which means she had to testify, and in the course of the testimony, she had to confess her inner feelings. To solve the historical trauma, there should be a recovery of connection between the patient and the society. The course of treatment should go from the patient herself to the realm of the society through which the patient, Uncle Suni can reach the recovery.

The importance of the convergence education is getting more and more emphasized. But the university convergence education has not yet met today's needs. So this study is focused on showing effective practice methods and finding development directions of the university convergence criticism education. One of a significant trend of the contemporary academic education of liberal arts is the tendency of the convergent and integrative studies. What is essential in the convergent and integrative studies creativity. The zeitgeist of knowledge-based society is change and innovation. In response to its request, college education is being asked to do convergence education, And general education as the basis of convergence education is strengthened.
