대학의 성격이 변화하고 시대적.역사적 요청이 도전으로 다가오는 이 시점에서 대학개혁을 성공적으로 정착시킬 수 있고, 대학의 목적과 사명을 충실하게 성취할 수 있기 위해서는 종래의 대학 행정조직의 틀로부터 새로운 시대에 적합한 틀로서의 전환적 대학행정조직의 틀이 마련되어야만 한다. 전환적 행정조직의 모형은 일(과업) 중심 조직으로의 전환, 수혜자 우선지원의 서비스 행정 강화, 조직관리의 철학과 실질적 기능 수행의 강조, 능력사회의 전형으로서 제시되는 애드호크러시 지향, 의사결정별 문제중심의 편제기준에 따른 구조화, 자율적 평자체제에 초점을 둔 전문적 기획기능의 강화를 추구한다.

This research aims to analyze the characteristics of modern public sculptures in Chinese historical and cultural cities, and explore how public sculptures can effectively intervene in historical and cultural elements to show their placeness. In addition, this research provides basic information for the place significance and application of public sculptures. First, the theoretical basis was provided by understanding the concept of historical and cultural city and the concept of Placeness. Second, the related literature and cases were summarized to analyze the expressive characteristics of public sculptures, and the eight factors most related to the place-related characteristics were selected through the evaluation of characteristics from 10 experts. Third, as a case analysis, this study selected 60 cases from 7 magazines with the highest publication volume among public sculptures in China's representative cities, Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou, and finally 15 public sculptures were selected through expert selection. In general, Whether to explore historical and cultural elements or the city's modern humanistic atmosphere, the public sculptures of the three cities all reflect different places.It is the development trend of public sculpture to combine the artistic originality and interaction with the public brought by unique advanced technology, and use the unique historical and human elements of the city to create places that are different from other regions.

This paper pay attention to silent puppets which appear in the traditional puppet performance. Not only movement of silent puppets which are involved with expression of body of the mime, but also various methods overcome limits of the silent are studied in this paper. Through the study of performance method and historic unfolding aspects, I confirm two main points. First point is that overcome limits of the silent, through the diversity of performance aspects. Second point is that silent puppets have been existed since the early stage of history, and show typical unfolding aspects on their way. Combining two main points, We can say that silent puppets go through continuous unfolding aspects on their way and have meaning of existence. The meaning of existence are that silent puppets seek deviant desire which deviate from everyday life and transcendental desire which seek a freedom through an imagination or an idea. It is interesting that the reasons of existence are associated with the emphasis of necessity which is encouragement of audience's desire and imagination that are necessary of accomplish of mime. After all, silent puppets say that diverse attempts which overcome limits of the silent are accomplished with the performance aspects and historic unfolding aspects, and through that sought unusual communication. Through the performance methods and signification aspects, silent puppets say that diverse groping for which maximize of audience's imagination, stimulation of imagination for audience's spontaneousness, and diverse groping for audience mind performance have been performanced as well. I think that those are the voice of silent puppets for activity of mime in the korea.

Last year, 2008 Beijing Olympic Games have finished successfully. Over the last century the Olympic Games have received much attention from the world widely in the various point of views. In opposition to the Olympic Games, Delphic Games have attracted little attention. Moreover, There are no comprehensive monograph and research about Delphic Games in ancient and modem era. On that account, this paper will focused on the historical context of Delphic Games, review contents of it, and discuss visions to introducing and announcing the Delphic Games to the academic world.

전자서명의 장기검증이란 서명에 사용된 인증서의 유효기간이 지난 오랜 후에 서명을 검증하고자 하는 문제이다. RFC3126에서는 전자서명의 장기검증을 가능하게 하기 위해 타임스탬프기관(TSA)에 대한 신뢰를 바탕으로 전자서명에 타임스탬프(TS)를 부가하여 장기검증포맷으로 변환하여 저장하는 방법을 제시하고 있는데 TSA의 인증서도 유효기간을 가지기 때문에 시간이 지날수록 새로운 TS를 계속 부가해야 한다는 단점이 있다. 한편 과거에 사용했던 인증서 및 CRL등의 인증체계 자체를 보존하고 인증해주기 위한 메커니즘은 인증체계의 연속성을 보장하기 위해 매우 중요하다고 볼 수 있는데, 현재의 공개키기반구조(PKI) 메커니즘에는 특별히 정의되어 있지 않다. 인증체계의 장기검증을 위해 RFC3126[1]의 방법론을 적용하는 것은 여러 가지 측면에서 효율적인 방법이 아니다. 이 논문에서는 인증체계의 과거역사를 보존하고 보증해주기 위한 새로운 방법을 제시하는데, 인증기관이 자신의 인증서를 갱신하는 경우 자신이 운영했던 과거의 인증역사에 대해 봉인을 하고 책임있는 사후서비스를 하도록 하며, 현재의 인증서에 과거역사에 대한 명시적인 인증을 포함하도록 하는 것이다. 이러한 방법은 기존의 인증체계와 함께 이용될 수 있고 인증체계의 연속성을 보장하는데 큰 역할을 하게 되며 전자서명 장기검증에도 유용하게 이용될 수 있음을 보인다.

한일합방 직전인 1909년 12월에 초점등된 가덕도(구)등대는 가덕도의 끝단 동두말에 위치하고 있으며, 이위치는 부산 남해는 물론 거제도가 한눈에 들어오는 광범위한 시계를 가지고 있어 예로부터 군사적 지리적 요충지로 역할을 수행하고 있다. 또한 가덕도는 2010년 거가대교 개통으로 교통의 요충지가 되었다. 가덕도(구)등대는 역사적 보존가치가 높아 해양수산부에 의해 등대문화유산 제8호로 지정되었고, 가덕도(구)등대의 등탑과 결합된 등대 숙사의 문화재적 가치가 높아 부산시 유형문화재 제50호로 지정되었다. 등탑과 숙사가 일체화된 경우도 드물어 건축적 가치가 높을 뿐만 아니라, 숙사의 건축형태와 현관장식 등의 미관이 수려하다. 이렇게 지리적, 역사적, 건축사적 가치를 가지고 있는 가덕도(구)등대는 100주년을 맞이하여 100주년 기념관, 체험숙소 등을 운영하고 있다. 하지만 여러 가지 유해한 요인들 때문에 문화재적 가치가 빛을 발하지 못하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 가덕도(구)등대의 실태조사를 통하여 유해 요인 제거 및 이전 방안에 대한 계획을 수립하고 문화재적 가치 향상과 환경개선, 보존관리를 목적으로 한다.

Although they are interested in Linear Algebra not only in science and engineering but also in humanities and sociology recently, a study of teaching linear algebra is not relatively abundant because linear algebra was taken as basic course in colleges just for 20-30 years. However, after establishing The Linear Algebra Curriculum Study Group in January, 1990, a variety of attempts to improve teaching linear algebra have been emerging. This article looks into series of studies related with teaching matrix. For this the method for teaching the concepts of matrix in relation to historico-genetic principle looking through the process of the conceptual development of matrix-determinants, matrix-systems of linear equations and linear transformation.

Historical-cultural contents are digitized documents of records or evidences about changes of human society. The changes or evolvements are results of the interaction between society and environment. So the different feafures are appears by spatio-temporal observing locations Historical-cultural contents need to be designed so that the preservation and exchange of information, adaptation to changes of the future are easy. So historical-cultural contents have structured to support the intelligent services based on context. This study propose context-based ontology-design method based on events, and we implemented web services of Bible contents by proposed method.

In the world history in the rein of totalitarianism cultural project of government had been activated, and consequently of it official culture had been organized. But at the same time on the other side of it people('narod'), who didn't have cultural means for active expression of own opinion on the reality, had expressed world-view and judgement informally in everyday language. In the literature of autocracy, subjected to censorship, had been expressed and fixed mythically idealized image of sovereign and his works. But in the folklore the image of ruler had been created by liberal fantasy of people. This article examined russian literature and folklore texts of 18 century, when russian people suffered from rapid and dramatic changes, caused by Peter I. Although russian literature of 18 century had gone over to the new literary regime, it still accepted political mechanism as dominant of age, and consequently in the literary texts of this century Peter I was represented as ideal person and great monarch. But various images in folklore texts show that people's opinion on ruler and his activities couldn't be controlled. In other worlds, diverse images of Peter I in folklore texts reflect clear and plain historical consciousness of people. This analysis reveals not only difference between mechanism of idealization of government and historical consciousness of people, but also meaning of cultural memory as indicator of historical reality.

In this paper, under the assumption that the documents related to the Military and Political Government of the Government of Japan are an important record that should be recorded as social memories of the time, the Ministry of Education's history textbook, In the white paper (Appendix) issued by the Investigation Committee, we analyzed the main contents of the records produced by the organization responsible for the history textbooks and the management of them, which were presented as evidence of the power abuse of the Park Geun-hye Government.
