전기 절연에 관한 학문과 기술은 전기 공학 분야가 태동한 시기부터 타분야와 더불어 진보되어온 깊은 역사를 갖고 있다. 그러나 그 내용면에서 다른 기술 분야와는 다른 독특한 특징을 갖고 있다. 이들 특징에 대한 정확한 이해와 아울러 산적한 문제들의 올바른 인식이 현재 당면한 문제 및 앞으로 다가올 문제를 해결하기 위해서 필요하다고 생각된다.

A wooden rice chest in National Museum of Korean Contemporary History was colored by black lacquer but it was degraded and fallen apart partially. The condition of the paint of front and left sides were relatively fine, but the coat of the top, back and right sides were exfoliated. The legs at the bottom of the chest were severly degraded and turned whitish. After condition checking flakes and deterioration of film, the conservation treatment was undertaken with cleaning surface. Wet cleaning was conducted that area had lots of dust area. Apply watery animal glue to degraded lacquer layers. The legs were exfoliated a lot, so applied watery animal glue several times. Other side of rice chest except Gaepan, that was not felt sense of difference, colored centrally Gaepan.

The purpose of this study is to explain the regional transformation in the lowest level administration district(Myeon). The major factor of regional transformation is the change of geographical range, identity of place name, the formation and change of regional center. Jo-Chon Myeon as a sample study region is located in near Jeon-Ju city. The large and dynamic city in neighbor is strong influenced to the change of geographical range. But the place name has Identity in spite of the regional change. The formation of new regional center is influenced by new road, rail road and station, japanese large farm, administration office in this district.

Since the Ming Castle located in Nanjing was designated by the Government of China as a cultural property in 1988, the Nanjing city government has been conserving the castle according to its plan and thus restoring the historical and cultural values of Nanjing. The project is still in progress, and in this regard, a series of logistics have formulated and a lot of discussions have taken place. Likewise, Korea has been carrying out multidirectional policies to conserve and utilize castles lying throughout the country, appreciating the historical and cultural resources of castles lying throughout the country, and at the same time gets down to designation as the World Heritage. This study focused on how Nanjing, not only a castle city but also a historical city, had established a principle and legal foundation regarding the protection of the Ming Castle, especially on how the problems, which might continually arise in a process where a scheme reached a working stage, had been solved. The problem-solving process is expected to have great implications for Korea in a similar situation. Hereat, this study analyzed the project plans formulated seasonally and gathered data on practical operation by conducting interviews with hands-on workers. The results showed that Nanjing had carried out policies to utilize the castles as tourism resources by harmonizing cityscape and ecological environment, but that it well conserved castles without damaging cultural assets. The stereoscopic protection system for the Ming Castle, based on the consideration of historical and cultural environments, may provide practical and useful data for Korea's administration mapping out for a castle conservation policy and designation as the UNESCO World Heritage.

우리나라의 speaker제작의 역사는 얼마되지 않을 뿐더러 자급자족의 영역을 못 벗어나고 있다. Weston speaker, 자사내에서 자급자족하고 있는 금성사제 speaker등 완전히 질량의 단계에 못들어가고 있는 실정이다. 그나마 성능면에서도 뒤떨어짐을 면할 수 없는 실정이다 .부속품 예컨데 자철 coil접착제등 거이 매매회사에서 직수입하고 있는 형편인것 같다. 물론 종합공업이 발달해야만 되겠기에 단편적 발달은 기하기 어려울 줄 안다. 그러나 speak의 조립 공정에서 끝마치고 있는 형편이고 보면 한심할 지경이다. 물론 speaker제작이라고 하는 것은 극히 delicacy한 면을 가지고 있다. 즉 효율은 $B^{2}$에 비례하는것은 당연하지만 효율을 높이고저 공기부하의 저항을 크게 할려면 corn의 입경이 크게 되므로 자연적으로 진동계의 질량이 크게되며 또 voice coil의 저항을 적게하자니 coil가 필연적으로 굵게되어 길이가 짧게 될 뿐만아니라 air gap 이 크게되어 자속밀도 B가 적게 되는 상반관계가 있다. Cabinet, baffle, corn, corrugation, speaker system등을 가장 합리적으로 설계할 필요가 있다. 이 실험결과를 보고함으로서 speaker연구에 대한 욕구를 갖고 의욕적인 계기가 되었으면 한다. Voice coil 의 turn수를 바뀌었을때 impedance을 측정하였으며 turn수와 음압level 및 주파수 관계를 알아보았다. 그리하여 중형 speaker의 주파수특성을 알아 설계에 기여하고저 한다.

This study analyzed the characteristics of the entries at the design competition for the Hoehyeon section of Namsan from a perspective of the Historic Urban Landscape and made suggestions from them. Hoehyeon, located at the foot of Namsan, is the most changing site in the park and Seoul City Wall. Recent excavation of the old city walls of the Joseon Era has uncovered evidence of the Japanese occupation period, making it a site where park facilities in modern and contemporary history coexist. The frame analysis has been made by the concept of the Historic Urban Landscape, the methods of approach, specialists' discussion and the guidelines of the competition. The entries were analyzed by classification of the understanding of the spatiality and cultural diversity, the recognition of the periodic layers of time, and the design implementation, the preservation, the park plan, and the future management plan. From a perspective of an Historic Urban Landscape, this study has found that each entry placed priority on the objects for preservation and suggested creative involvement and comprehensive designs for the preservation and the park plan through the understanding of the spatiality and cultural diversity and the reflection of the periodic layers of time in the designs. This study provided two implications. Firstly, there was a possibility for new recognition and the methods of approach for preservation and development. Secondly, the basic plan for the Historic Landscape should be established through research and mapping for the preservation and management of objects in Seoul having valuable historic variability. Further study for resident participation and the process by network from public to private should be taken. This study looks forward to the consideration of the direction for the design plans of places with historic and cultural value.

The importance of the convergence education is getting more and more emphasized. But the university convergence education has not yet met today's needs. So this study is focused on showing effective practice methods and finding development directions of the university convergence criticism education. One of a significant trend of the contemporary academic education of liberal arts is the tendency of the convergent and integrative studies. What is essential in the convergent and integrative studies creativity. The zeitgeist of knowledge-based society is change and innovation. In response to its request, college education is being asked to do convergence education, And general education as the basis of convergence education is strengthened.

산업화로 특징되는 사회변동과 전통사회로부터 근대사회로 변화하는 역사적 배경을 주축으로 하는 한국사회의 거시적 맥락이 가족내 청소년 발달이라는 미시적 과정에 어떻게 관련되는가를 탐색해보는 시도로서 핵가족화와 가치관 변화가 청소년 발달에 미치게 되는 영향을 논의하였다 핵가족화는 단순한 가족형태상의 변화로서 청소년 발달에 관련되기 보다 는 산업화 과정에서 다른 가족구상의 변화와 맞물려 청소년 발달에 긍정적 또는 부정적 측 면에서 검토되어야 함을 강조한다 가족가치관의 변화를 역사적 맥락에서 이해하면서 전통적 집단주의 기능성이 이기적가족주의로 변용되어 청소년 발달에 미치ㅔ 되는 역기능적 실상이 학문적 노력과 정책적 주도하에 극복되어야 함을 시사한다.

인류가 언제부터 결핵 때문에 고생했는지 확실히 알수는 없으나 우리가 현재 알고 있는 가장 오래된 증거는 독일의 하이델베르크에서 기원전 약1만년 석기시대의 사람 뼈에서 척추결핵이 증명된 예일 것이다. 그리고 그 후대에는 이집트의 미이라에서도 척추결핵의 흔적이 발견되었다. 이와 같이 오랫동안 우리 인류와 더불어함께 있어 왔기 때문에 결핵을 고치려고 하는 노력은 동서양을 막론하고 꾸준히 계속되어 왔다. 그러나 실제로 고칠수 있게 된지는 얼마되지 않는다. 치료행위는 그 목적에 따라 여러 가지로 분류할 수 있겠으나 크게 다음의 둘로 나눌 수도 있을 것이다. 그 첫째는 환자의 고통을 덜어주려고 하는 보살핌(care)이 있을 것이고, 둘째는 질병 자체를 치료에 의해서 고쳐주는 일(cure)이 되겠는데 둘다 필요하지만 궁극적인 목적은 질병을 고쳐주어서 건강상태로 회복시키는 일이어야 할 것이다. 이런면으로 볼 때 1950년까지의 결핵치료의 역사는 고치는 것을 목적으로 하면서도 고칠수 있는 방법이 없었기 때문에 일종의 보살펴주는 일에 그쳤다고 할 수 있을 것이다. 이제 결핵치료의 확실한 방법이 확립되고 증명된 마당에 와서도 과거 치료할 수 없었던 시대에 이용되거나 유행하였던 효과 없는 방법을 쓰는 환자가 있는 것은 매우 개탄스럽고 걱정이 되는 일이다.
