The purpose of this study was to develop and examine the effectiveness (knowledge, attitude, skills of Evidence-Based Practice, and problem solving skills) of nursing information literacy competency enhancement program for nursing students. It is a pre-post design study carried out with a single group of 72 sophomores in a nursing college. Nursing information literacy competency enhancement program of 6 times (8 hours) was provided to nursing students. Our results have demonstrated that knowledge, attitude, skills of evidence-based practice, and problem solving skills were significantly higher in nursing students. In conclusion, the nursing information literacy competency enhancement program was effective in promoting knowledge, attitude, skills of evidence-based practice and problem solving skills. Based on our results, the nursing information literacy competency enhancement program can provide a basis for enhancing evidence-based nursing practice competencies and problem solving skills of nursing students.

최근 수질오염원 중에서 비점오염원의 영향 높아지고 있다. 특히, 농경활동에서 유래되는 비점오염원이 공공수역의 수질에 미치는 영향이 증가하고 있다. 농경지에서 배출되는 비점오염원은 관리대상 면적이 넓어 비점오염 배출을 저감하기 위해서는 사전예방적 차원에서 접근이 필요하다. 하지만, 비점오염원에 대한 농업인과 주민들의 인식 부족으로 인하여 관리에 많은 어려움이 있다. 근래에 농업 비점오염원 저감을 위한 노력으로 물리적 기술적 접근만이 아니라 사회 문화적 접근이 병행되어야 한다는 점이 강조되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 농업 비점오염원 관리를 위한 사회문화적인 접근 방법으로서 전형적인 한국의 농촌 마을에서 농업 비점오염원에 대한 인지도 향상과 자발적 저감활동 실천 참여를 유도하기 위하여 개발된 역량강화 교육프로그램이 교육 대상자인 농업인, 주민, 마을지도자의 인식변화에 미치는 효과를 살펴보았다. 역량강화 프로그램은 농업인과 지역주민, 마을리더의 인문사회적 특성을 고려하여 공통과정과 맞춤형 과정으로 구성하였다. 농업인은 농업비점오염 저감에 적용할 수 있는 시비관리와 배수 물고관리, 영농폐기물 관리, 친환경농업에 대한 내용으로 구성하였다. 마을주민은 고령화된 여성의 비율이 높은 것을 고려하여 분리수거, 쓰레기 문단투기 및 소각, 마을 미래상과 환경실천에 대해서 교육하였다. 마을리더에게는 공동체 활성화 리더쉽, 주체적 주민참여, 갈등관리에 대한 내용으로 구성하였다. 공통적으로는 비점오염원과 농업 비점오염원의 정의와 유형, 마을환경관리 실천활동, 친환경농업 선진지 견학으로 구성하였다. 교육프로그램은 2년 동안 진행되었으며 마을별로 방문하여 진행하였다. 농촌 마을에서 농업비점오염원 역량강화 교육 프로그램의 효과는 다음과 같다. 교육 전의 소극적 참여의사에서 적극적인 활동 참여로 발전하였으며, 비점오염원에 대한 인식 및 관리 필요성에 대한 인식이 개선되었다. 농업 비점오염원 보다는 일반적인 비점오염에 대한 인지효과가 높게 나타났다. 따라서 농촌지역에서 농업비점에 대한 인식 변화가 저감활동 실천으로까지 이루어지는 가시적 효과를 거두기 위해서는 장기간이 소요됨을 시사하였다.

This study made an exploratory verification targeting severely-disabled persons on how self-determination right and empowerment of the factors organizing independent living affect community relation and productivity of the disabled. For the foregoing, this study collected data for about 2months from May through July 2012 targeting the disabled using Center for Independent Living and the Center for Human Right of the Disabled. As a result of research, this study revealed First, the level of self-determination right of the disabled differed meaningfully depending on the variables such as age, academic ability, existence of spouse, receiving pension, monthly income, residential type, time of occurrence of disability and disability rating, and in the level of empowerment, it showed a meaningful difference according to the factors like academic ability and disability rating. Second, the level of formation of community relation differed meaningfully according to the variables such as age, academic ability, existence of spouse, residential type, time of occurrence of disability, disability rating etc., and the level of productivity showed a meaningful difference according to the variables such as academic ability, existence of spouse, receiving pension, monthly income, multiple disabilities, disability rating etc. Third, as a result of investigation on the effect of self-determination right and empowerment of the disabled on their community relation, both self-determination right and empowerment turned out to have a meaningful and positive (+) effect on the community relation of the disabled. Fourth, as a result of investigation on the effect of self-determination right and empowerment of the disabled on their productivity, this study found that only the variable of empowerment exercises a meaningful and positive (+) influence on the productivity of the disabled. Therefore, self-determination right and empowerment are considered an important variable for enabling them to enjoy independent living in the future by strengthening community relation and productivity of the disabled. For this, it is required to fulfill social welfare and recognize the significance of self-determination right and empowerment in the process of rehabilitation, and develop as well as revitalize a variety of programs related to the above.

The purposes of this study were to present the learning framework and curriculum direction of the English education major and to suggest ways to enhance the English education-related curriculum and core competency more effectively. For these purposes, the needs of students in the English education department were identified and analyzed. After that, based on these results, Education 2030 Project and the 2015 revised English curriculum, the core competency-oriented education method of the English education department was proposed. The survey results are as follows: Many students in the Department of English Education were interested in their competencies, but did not know what they needed and how to actually strengthen them. They wanted to strengthen their competency with a core competency-oriented major curriculum. The results of this study, reflecting the national needs and core competencies of universities, suggested the direction for the development of the curriculum of the Department of English Education. In addition, the curriculum, teaching methods, and evaluation methods were organically linked to suggest ways to cultivate the required competencies more effectively.

Elderly welfare practitioners study on job performance systems and information security management though important information, including personal information, social services for the elderly extent of protection is insufficient. The elder welfare institution engaged in information security of whether the research was conducted to enhance information security capabilities against How does affect the information security acts as a parameter. The empirical research was conducted by latent mean analysis by gender of workers. As a result of the study, there were differences among the groups according to gender in relation to information security awareness, information security capacity enhancement, and information security behavior. There were gender differences in information security behavior. It has been found that the strengthening of information security has an important influence on information security behavior.

As ICT is becoming a major social infrastructure, the need to strengthen cyber capabilities are emerging. In the major advanced countries including the United States, has a continuing interest in strengthening cyber capabilities and has studied in enhancements of cyber capabilities. The cyber capability assessment is necessary in order to determine the current level of the country, establish policy directions and legislations. The selection of criteria has very important meaning to suggest future policy direction as well as an objective assessment of cybersecurity capabilities. But there are variable criteria for national cyber capabilities assessment such as strategy, legislation, technology, society and culture, and human resources. In this paper we perform the analysis of criteria for the other country's cybersecurity assessments including the U.S. and Europe. And we proposed the criteria for the national cybersecurity assessment reflecting the our country's characteristics.

The purpose of this study was to verify whether strengthening family competency plays a mediating role in the influence of parents' parenting efficacy on the independent life of children with developmental disabilities. The subjects of the study were 146 parents with developmental disabilities, and data analysis using the SPSS 22.0 program was conducted. The mediating effect was Baron and Kenny Hierarchical regression analysis and sobel-test were conducted. As a result of the study, the positive effect of parents' parenting efficacy on the level of self-reliance and strengthening family competency of children with developmental disabilities was verified. In addition, the positive mediating effect of strengthening family competency was verified between the parenting efficacy of parents and the level of independence of children with developmental disabilities. As a result of the study, it is important to support parents' parenting and family capacity enhancement to support the independence of children with developmental disabilities.

The purpose of this study was to develop, apply, and test the effectiveness of integrated palliative care empowerment program for the clinical nurses caring the cancer patients. Methods: The subjects were selected by a convenience sampling method from the nurses working at two university hospitals in D city. The study targeted a total of 37 nurses, 17 for the experimental group and 20 for the control group. The integrated palliative care empowerment program was implemented once a week for seven weeks to the experimental group from October 5th to November 11th in 2016, and it was analyzed by using the program IBM SPSS Statistics version 19.0 for Windows. Result and Conclusion: The study proved that the integrated palliative care empowerment program was effective on improving the integrated palliative care, empathy capacity, and ethical climate of the nurses. Based on the results of the study, it is necessary to develop an applicable program in collaboration of various health professions.

일본 대지진으로 인해 세계 경제의 불확실성이 높아가고 있는 가운데 최근 자동차 부품수출이 급증하면서 자동차 부품 산업이 새로운 성장동력 산업으로 부상하고 있다. 우리나라의 타이어 수출은 타이어업체의 해외 생산 확대에도 불구하고 증가하고 있으나, 국내 산업 분류상 타이어가 자동차부품으로 분류되지 않음으로써 관심을 끌지 못하고 있다. 국내 타이어산업은 지속적인 연구개발 투자에 힘입어 혁신역량을 강화하면서 글로벌산업으로 성장하였으며, 세계 시장 점유율을 확대하고 있다. 본고에서는 국내 자동차 부품산업의 수출 현황과 환경 변화 및 국내외 자동차 부품업체의 혁신 전략에 대해 살펴 본 후 불확실성시대의 국내 타이어산업의 혁신 역량 강화 전략을 제시해 보기로 한다.
