Mobile tour guide applications help tourists to search for and visit their surrounding POIs(Points of Interest) of their locations and to obtain their guide information. With the development of wearable devices like smart watches and wearable glasses, people using multiple mobile devices are increasing; a tourist may use a hand-held device, a wearable device or both to obtain tour information. However, most mobile tour guides using mobile devices provide the tour information with little consideration of their hand-held and wearable characteristics. In particular, a tourist with multiple mobile devices who search for the tour information from multiple mobile devices must input their intention separately to each device. To alleviate these problems, we propose a mobile tour guide system with the following features: one is to reduce redundant user input by sharing the touring context between hand-held and wearable devices; the other is to present tour information according to capabilities and usage pattern of the devices. The proposed system guides tourists by complementing disadvantage of the devices and also minimizes user interaction between applications and tourists.

본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 유동 소비자가 서비스의 유동성을 보장받을 수 있는 지능형 여행정보서비스를 제안하고자 한다. 본 시스템은 유비쿼터스 환경에서 여행자가 필요로 하는 정보획득을 돕기 위해 다양한 상품제안, 그 상품들 간의 연계를 통한 맞춤제안을 목적으로 설계되었다 여행정보시스템에 연관된 상품들은 호텔, 비행사, 자동차, 여행지 정보, 음식점 및 Business Trip 등이다. 따라서 여행자의 요구 및 상황의 변화에 맞게 연관상품의 Schedule 맞춤을 위한 지능형 여행 최적정보시스템의 연구가 요구된다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 Traveling Service 지원을 위해 첫째 여행자의 요구에 따른 단일상품의 복합상품화(Product bundling)를 위한 방법론을 제안하였다. 둘째, 복합상품을 구성하기 위해 필수적인, 개별정보시스템에 이질적인 형태로 저장되어있는 단일상품에 대한 정보를 공유하기 위해, 여행상품과 온톨로지의 구축이 요구된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 OWL 기반의 온톨로지를 구축하였다. 온톨로지 기반의 여행정보시스템은 향후 시맨틱 웹서비 기반의 지능형 여행정보시스템 구축을 위한 초석으로 활요될 것이다.

본 논문은 여행상품 일정의 POI정보를 기반으로 생성된 여행 스케줄러에 따라 실제 여행이 이루어지고 여행 중에 촬영된 사진과 여행자가 작성한 여행상품 리뷰 및 여행기 등의 정보를 매시업하여 여행노트를 생성하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 무엇보다 여행자가 일일이 자신의 여행 스케줄을 입력해야하는 번거로움을 없이 여행중에 편리성을 제공받을 수 있다.

ITS includes an Advanced Traveler Information System(ATIS) that provides travelers with service and facility data for the purpose of assisting prior to embarking on a trip or after the traveler is underway. ATIS consists of three major subsystems, which are a Pre-trip Traffic Information subsystem(PTIS), an En-route Traffic Information Subsystem(ETIS), and a Dynamic Route Guide Subsystem(DGIS). ATIS needs to be designed and implemented in accordance with the National ITS Architecture, a reference framework that spans all of standards activities. Recently, as software technology is rapidly improved and stabilized, there are some needs to reuse pre-developed and powerful ITS technology. ITS standardization based on components and open interfaces becomes a way to solve these reusability of current ITS technology. This paper focuses on how could we design and implement ATIS based on the component with the aid of UML(Unified Modeling Language). The UML methodology is expected to provide a standardized model for newly developed ITS components.

교통정보의 지능화처리에 따라 교통 체계에서의 변화가 전개되고 있다. 특히 전세계적으로 지능화된 첨단 교통 시스템으로 ITS(Intelligent Transportation System)가 등장하여 표준화된 첨단교통 정보의 체계가 진척되고 있다. 본고에서는 ITS 분야 중에서 첨단 여행자 정보 분야인 ATIS(Advanced Traveller Information Service)에 대하여 주행 및 여행자 정보 서비스의 기능 규격을 정리하고 이의 실현 방안으로 검토되고 있는 다양한 무선 데이터 통신망의 적용을 위한 기술을 검토하고자 한다.

Recently, as the quality of life of the morden people has increasingly grown, the demand for traveling to foreign countries has been rapidly increasing. However, there are not enough safety systems avaliable for international travelers. Therefore, it is necessary to provide helpful information on disaster, crimes and dangerous areas by country for travelers. In this paper, we propse a smart device-based smart security notification service system for emergent situations of overseas travelers. the proposed notification system provides information about disaster, crime and dangerous areas is designed to be provided to users.

Covid19의 세계적 유행 이래로 긴 일정의 해외여행이 감소하고 국내 여행의 수요가 꾸준히 증가하는 추세이다. 현재 다수의 국내 여행 숙박 플랫폼은 가성비 측면으로 이용자가 숙박업소를 선택하고 소비자와 업체를 연결해주는 과정에서 수수료를 얻는 상업적 모델이다. 본 논문에서는 가격 경쟁 중심의 기성 시스템이 아닌, 여행자 개인의 가치를 맞춤화하고 공익의 목적으로 업체를 홍보하는 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 웹 기반의 시스템을 구현하여 여행자에게 개인 가치에 맞는 업소를 맞춤형으로 추천하고 해당 업소에 대한 평가 지표를 시각화하여 제공한다. 본 시스템은 맞춤형 업소 추천과 평가 지표 제공을 위해 소비자의 리뷰 데이터를 사용한다. 텍스트 데이터를 분석하고 해당 데이터를 다중 분류를 통해 업소에 대한 평가 지표별 점수를 산정한다. 본 시스템은 여행자에게 다양한 관광지와 관광 업소를 추천함으로써 지역 관광을 유도하고 해당 여행지 업소와 지역 경제에 도움을 줄 것이라고 기대된다. 본 논문에서 제안된 기법은 오픈소스로 공개되었다[1].

PDA와 같은 휴대용 컴퓨터는 장소에 구애받지 않고 어디에서든지 사용할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 PDA의 장점을 살려 여행자들이 여행을 하는 도중 어디서든지 부산경남 지역의 문화 관광 정보 및 숙박 시설 등에 대한 정보를 안내받을 수 있는 휴대용 문화관광 안내 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템은 ADOCE(Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects for Windows CE)를 이용 데이터베이스와의 연동으로 부산 경남의 문화 관광 정보, 테마 언행, 숙박시설, 교통, 먹거리 등에 대한 정보들을 단순한 텍스트 정보만이 아닌 동영상, 음성, 지도 정보 등으로 제공한다. 여행자들에게 현 위치에서 다른 위치로 이동하고자 한 때 필요한 대략적인 지리 정보와 이동 거리 등에 대한 정보를 제공한다. 또한 여행자들이 관광지에 대한 여행기를 펜과 음성으로 기록하여 PC로 전송할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다.

In this research, we are suggesting intelligent information system fur traveling which is focusing on product bundling and integration of information from various resources on ubiquitous computing environment. It is necessary for products structure to easily integrate according to customers' requirements because traveling product is integrated by various traveling resources like airline, hotel reservation, and so on. To guarantee of traveler's mobility in ubiquitous computing environment, we need product bundling and modification process to configure products and semantic web service which supports ontology based traveling information system to support immediate integrating of traveling information from various resources. In this research, we offer a product bundling and integration of information. It is based on the semantic web service, with several components (single products) to reconfigure a bundle of traveling products.

This paper contains the implementation of a game as a feature of a package tour management application with the Digital Game-based Learning approach that helps tourists learn about tourism spots. The game is written in Java language for an Android smartphone that is designed to be integrated with Content Management System (CMS) to manage the game's contents and assets. The game contains one tourism spots introductory level and five quiz game levels with each having a reward (points) and punishment (time penalty) system, then summed the results to obtain the total score from all levels. The total score will determine a tourist's performance and be listed on an online leaderboard to increase competitiveness among tourists. The conducted performance evaluation of the game shows satisfactory results of 0.9 seconds of response time from the database to the game. Implementing the game presented in this paper will potentially reduce the burden of the tour guide and increase the efficiency of managing the tour group.
