본 연구의 목적은 결혼이주여성의 디지털 정보 활용 역량과 삶의 만족도 관계에서 디지털 정보화 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이러한 연구 목적 달성을 위해서 "2022년 디지털정보격차 실태조사" 자료에서 결혼이민자 중 여성의 응답을 SPSS 25.0, AMOS 24.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 디지털 정보 활용 역량을 독립변수로 하고 삶의 만족도를 종속변수로 설정하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 결혼이주여성의 디지털 정보 활용 역량이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 둘째, 결혼이주여성의 디지털 정보 활용 역량은 디지털 정보화 자기효능감에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 결혼이주여성의 디지털 정보화 자기효능감은 삶의 만족도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 디지털 정보 활용 역량이 디지털 정보화 자기효능감을 매개로 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향의 부트스트랩핑을 통해 통계적 유의성을 확인한 결과, 신뢰구간에 0이 포함되지 않았고, 통계적으로도 유의하였다.

본 연구는 여성문제 연구자들의 정보이용현황과 정보요구를 조사, 분석하고 정보의 체계적 유통을 위하여 관련기관과의 정보네트워크 구축 방안을 모색해 봄으로써 이용자 요구에 근거한 여성정보시스템 구축을 위한 기초자료를 마련하기 위한 것이다.

이 논문은 다문화 가정의 구성원인 결혼이주여성들이 사회통합을 하는데 필요한 교육정책에 관한 논의인데, 그 중에서 한국사회를 구성하는 기존 구성원들과의 정보리터러시 격차해소를 위한 교육정책에 주목하였다. 지금까지 다문화 가정의 결혼이주여성들을 대상으로 한 교육과정들은 대부분 언어격차의 해소를 위한 것이었다. 기본적으로 그들에게 의사소통을 위한 언어격차의 해소도 매우 중요하다. 그러나 정보화 사회에서 정보의 활용능력과 정보의 습득이 곧 여러 가지 삶의 질이나 다양한 기회의 획득에 중요하게 작용하므로 결혼이주여성들이 빠른 사회통합을 할 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 언어교육뿐만 아니라 정보리터러시 격차해소를 위한 교육정책이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 결혼이주여성들의 정보격차 해소를 위한 정보교육의 현황을 일부지역을 중심으로 파악하였다. 그리고 정보리터러시 기준에 기초하여 정보교육의 커리큘럼 개발을 위한 구성요소 및 세부항목을 추출하여 정보교육 커리큘럼 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고 정보교육의 활성화 방안에 대해 제언하였다.

The more women's participation in society is increasing, the higher interests and expressions about appearance are. Among them, especially interest in women's fashion is increasing very. By increasing interest of women's appearance, requirements of various women's fashion marketing ways are increasing and the women's fashion market is expanding as much as it is. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the strategies for marketing activation in women's fashion after consideration of general women's fashion marketing strategies. Through the activation of the marketing strategies, marketing in a women's fashion market is expected to be competitive.

여성 IT 전문인력 육성은 사회제도와 조직문화가 여성인력을 수용하도록 개선되고 수요자인 기업이 여성인력을 유치하고 보유하려는 시도가 매우 중요하다. 한국통신학회 정보통신여성위원회에서는 사회제도와 조직문화적 측면에서여성의 IT 산업진출장애에 대한 논의는 여성의 사회진출관련 광범위한 잉슈를 포함하게 됨으로서 본고에서는 IT 여성 전문인력 육성방안모색을 주요내용으로 한다. 따라서 IT 전문 인력범위를 살펴보고 주변인이 아닌 핵심인력으로 육성키 위한 방안으로 장기적 추진방향과 산.학.연.관 협력추진활동을 제언한다.

This study analyzed the access to health-related information by migrant marriage women in Korea. Specifically, this study examined major issues, problems, and solutions related to immigrant women's experiences of seeking health related information while they struggle to settle down. It also analyzed the barriers to accomplish their purposes. For this, the study collected interview data from 12 informants and analyzed the transcript by utilizing qualitative data analysis software, Nvivo10. It has been revealed that migrant marriage women have experienced difficulties to obtain quality health information although they tend to have more health related problems than their time in homelands because of marriage, pregnancy, and patriarchal family culture in a new environment. It is expected that the results of the study will have the government and public agencies alerted the importance of public health information to migrant marriage women, and provide them with implications to build proper strategies.

This study attempts to suggest effective structures and contents of health-related information websites for migrant marriage women in Korea. Emphasis was put on the strategy to provide them with quality health information service through the internet websites. Specifically, this study surveys major issues, problems, and solutions related to collecting, organizing and serving health related information on internet websites. It is based on the analysis to the needs of and the barriers to access health information on such internet websites. For this, the study collected data from 6 websites and analyzed the menu structure, contents, and the presentation of information. It is expected that the results of the study will provide multicultural agencies with primary data to construct a web-based health information service programs for migrant marriage women.

세계적으로 여성 인터넷 이용자는 빠르게 증가하고 있으며, 미국 최대의 인터넷서비스업체인 AOL의 경우 가입자의 53%가 여성이다. 국내의 경우도 여성이용자 수가 40%까지 증가했고, 신규 가입자들의 경우 여성 비율이 더욱 높아지고 있다. 여성 네티즌 수의 증가로 여성을 대상으로 하는 비즈니스가 새로운 수익모델로 각광받으면서, 국내에서도 여성을 타겟으로 하는 사이트들이 엄청나게 늘어나고 있다. 2000년에 신규 오픈한 여성 전문사이트는 거의 50여 개에 달하고 있으며, 올 연말까지 전체 여성 사이트 수가 1백여개에 달할 전망이다. 이제 인터넷 비즈니스에서 BtoW(Business to Woman)를 모르면 성공할 수 없는 시대가 오고 있다. 과연 여성 네티즌들은 어떤 서비스를 필요로 하고 있을까\ulcorner 여성을 위한 사이트들의 해외 성공사례와 국낸현황을 통해 B2W 사업 전력을 살펴보기로 한다.

인간이 발성하는 음성에는 의미에 대한 정보 뿐만 아니라 화자의 성별에 따라 고유한 특성을 가지고 있다. 즉 음성은 고음이 강한 여성음성과 남성음성으로 분류할 수 있다. 그러나, 기존의 HMM을 이용한 음성인식시스템에서는 남성과 여성음성의 이러한 특성이 있음에도 불구하고 이를 고려하지 않고, 하나의 HMM으로 구성하고 있다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 알고리즘으로 실험한 결과 남성과 여성의 포만트 주파수가 100~30Hzck이가 나는 것을 알 수 있었고, 이러한 특성을 고려하여 남성과 여성의 음성을 구별할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 또한 남성과 여성음성을 각각 구분하여 GMM을 훈련시킨 후 인식과정에서 입력된 음성의 포만트 특성에 따라 남성음성이면 남성 HMM으로 여성음성이면 여성 HMM으로 인식을 수행함으로써 기존의 인식방법보다 남성음성은 5.2% 여성음성은 4.4% 향상된 결과를 얻었다.

This study examined community-centered informatization education support measures for empowerment of women with disabilities based on gender perspective.First, the 'Digital Information Gap Survey' conducted by the Ministry of Science and ICT used the 2018 'Digital Information Gap Survey' to find out the current status of the digital information gap between male and female handicapped people. The law on information education support for women with disabilities is presented.Lastly, based on the current status of informatization education support available to women with disabilities, centered on local communities, such as establishing a comprehensive women's disability support center, visiting education considering disability types, developing and supporting customized informatization education considering learning ability, and discovering community resources related to informatization. In this paper, we propose a plan to support informatization education for women with disabilities based on capacity building.
