The purpose of this study is to develop the prevention program of child abuse and to verify the effects of the program for marriage immigrant women in Korea. The prevention program was consist of 5 sessions and it was provided to participants once a week for five weeks. Participants were recruited thru the community centers for multi-cultural families in Korea. This study verified the effects of the prevention program with the comparison groups(pre-post). With the independent-samples t-test and paired-samples t-test, the program verified significant effects on the variables of acculturation stress, social support, and recognition of social policy. This study suggests the parenting education of child abuse for multi-cultural families in Korea.

This study aims to address the current situation and damage from sexual violence, to arouse public opinion, help broader awareness, and further lead to community social efforts to cope actively with the situation. In Korean society, discourse on sex is often conducted in a double structure. Sexual violence is not just a personal misfortune; it is a problem for women as a whole. Furthermore, it is a challenge that society needs to address. Therefore, the government should evolve its response to sexual violence into a collective, not individual, movement of men and women toward social and cultural movements together. Although the visible reality of sexual violence is important, damaging their mental health by passing on a distorted cultural environment to future generations should be seen as a type of historical crime.

The goal of this study is analysing a box office success of The Handmaiden in terms of modified space-time and character. The movie which has original novel induces desire of watching by decreasing property of experience good of movie based narrative of novel. Contrary to novel that is set in Victorian age, the movie changed contents that make a character who realizes masculine of colonialism and women oppressed by man escape through transcending class by adopting period of Japanese occupation. It hereby decreases negative effect by substituting growth and solidarity of women for the element of homosexuality. Also the gender discussion about crimes against female when the movie was running increases factor of sympathy of characters and accord with subject of the movie. Beside that, The reasons of success are detector, star system of actor, effective public marketing of movie trailer and selection of movie won the award for best picture at a film festival.. Movie through adapting novel enhances ability of various creation and blow up appreciation of spectator. The differentiation of adapted hit movie is that the altered content is creative, has subject that corresponding with universal awareness transcending space-time and expresses property of media effectively.

In crime, sexual harassment is acts arouse sexual shame to the other man by the physical body contact in order to obtain sexual gratification. One of sexual abuse, molestation, means indecent assault. The different point of indecent assault and sexual harassment is 'Harassment' as means of 'assault or intimidation'. In this paper, these incidents of sexual harassment to women in elevators extract by ${\chi}^2$ histogram.

An increase in the number of immigrants to Korea since the late 1980s' has signified the proliferation of globalization and global capitalism. In Korea, most married immigrants are women, as the culture emphasizes patrilineage and the stability of the institution of marriage, particularly in rural areas. Immigrant women have experienced dual ordeals. The Aogra Internet community in Korea has been one of the most representative sites that has shown the power of communities in cyberspace since 2002, leading the discussion of social issues and deliberative democracy both online and offline. This paper analyzed Koreans' writings (such as long comments) on immigrant women in the Agora community. The analysis revealed the following results: first, immigrant women were referred to using terms related to prostitution, with excessive expression of disgust, which is called a "narrative of identity." Second, anti-multiculturalists called Korean men victims of married immigrant women and expressed hatred toward immigrant women, which is called a "narrative of sacrifice." Third, anti-multiculturalists justified their emotions as just resentment based on ideas of justice, equality, and patriotism, concealing the emotion of disgust, which is called the "narrative of justice, equality." Fourth, antimulticulturalists played roles to spread the emotion of disgust, by repeatedly referring to international marriage fraud and immigrant workers' crimes, which is called "narrative of crime." Fifth, some positive writings on immigrant women were based on empathy(a concept defined in this context by Martha Nussbaum), but they can be analyzed as narratives encouraging cultural integration through the perspective of orientalism. Therefore, comments on immigrant women in the Agora represent a "catch-22" dilemma. To deal with conflicts arising from disgust and violations of human rights, civic education focusing on humanism is needed in this multicultural era.

In this study, various conflicts in the maritime police organization were diagnosed and police subculture, which is different from dominant mainstream maritime police culture, was concluded to cause conflicts. In addition, maritime police conflicts and conflicts due to the balance, confrontation, and contradiction between bureaucratic and democratic values in the maritime police organization itself are discussed. The results of analysis on the effects of Maritime police subculture on organizational conflict are as follows: First, the influence of cynicism on functional conflict was explored. The higher the level of lies of the persons under investigation, the more functional conflict appeared. Also, if a person showed a low level of credibility among the police, this also led to functional conflict. In addition, if an individual showed low levels of cooperation and credibility with the police, this resulted in hierarchical conflict. Second, the influence of machismo on functional conflict was also explored. It was found that female officers experienced conflicts because of poorer job performance compared to male counterparts. In hierarchical issues, female officers experienced conflict over the reduced scope of tasks assigned to them and lower job performance ability. Third, the effect of non-acceptance of change in functional conflict was not statistically significant. An aggressive attitude toward crime control and rejecting jobs unrelated to crime influenced functional conflict, and an aggressive attitude and performing jobs unrelated to crime lead to functional conflict.

TSexual violence is physical and mental violence that violates the sexual self-determination contrary to the intention of the other party such as rape, forced molestation, sexual harassment, caught hidden camera. It is one of the many criminal acts that male is perpetrators and female is victims. Sexual harassment, one of the sexual violence is forced sexual harassment. It is considered a color frame where each pixel has 3 color components such that RGB. The averaging the absolute difference between the current frame and te next frame is divided by the absolute difference between the current frame and the previous frame. If there was a difference between the frame pair before a scene change the discontinuity value indicating a scene change could be relatively small. Therefore, Thus, the use of the redefined equation and redefined algorithm can be seen as it is much more good via experiment.

Objective : This study aims to identify personality characteristics in female homicide offenders by using the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-2 (MMPI-2) test. Methods : This study retrospectively analyzed the mental appraisals and MMPI-2 scores of 54 women charged with homicide and 67 women charged with non-violent crimes, who were referred to National Forensic Hospital in Gongju city for psychiatric evaluation between January 2012 and March 2016. Results : Women charged with homicide scored significantly higher on Hs (p=0.018), D (p<0.001), Hy (p=0.002) and Pt (p=0.004) than the women charged with non-violent crimes. The women charged with homicide may have developed the following characteristics: hypochondriasis, depression, hysteria and psychasthenia. In multiple regression analyses, a final regression model including age of crime onset and depression was significant, explaining 16.5% of the variance in homicides committed by females. Conclusion : These findings suggest that personality characteristics in the female homicide offenders might be different compared to the non-violent crime offenders.

본 연구의 목적은 노동력의 사회적 특성적인 면에 있어서 각기 다른 산업에 종사하는 노동력의 "누가" "어떻게" 변화해 가는가에 중점을 두면서 한국의 산업 각 부분간의 변천과정을 조사하는 데 있다. 이 연구에는 1960, 1970, 1980년에 실시된 한국 센서스 자료가 주로 사용되었다. 본 연구의 결과에 따르면 1960년과 1980년 사이의 한국의 산업 구조적인 면에 있어서의 급속한 변화를 보여주고 있다. 그러한 변화들은 주로 경제발전 정책과 더불어 농촌지역에서 도시지역으로의 인구이동에 기인된다고 하겠다. 예를 들면 1960년에 65%의 노동력이 1차 산업에 종사한 반면에 1980년에는 38.5%로 감소했고 이와는 대조적으로 1960년에 오직 8.7%의 노동력이 2차산업에 종사하던 것이 1980년에는 27.6%로 증가하였다. 3차 산업 역시 1960년에 23.8%에서 1980년에 33.9%로 10%의 증가를 보였다. 경제.발전이 이루어지는 과정에서 실업자들이나 잠재 실업자들이 경제활동에 참여할 수 있었기 때문에 경제구조 자체가 예전에 비해 더 안정이 되고 생활수준도 향상이 되었다고 하겠다. 이러한 결과는 부분적으로는 계속된 5개년 경제개발 계획에 기인된다고 할 수 있다. 경제발전 과정에서의 대도시로의 인구집중, 특히나 2차 산업과 3차 산업이 집중되어 있는 서울로의 인구집중은 주택, 교통, 범죄등 많은 문제를 낳고 있다. 동시에 도시지역에의 과잉 노동력의 존재와 농촌지역에는 특히나 농번기에 노동력 부족현상을 야기시키고 있다. 시간의 흐름에 따라 여성노동력의 비율, 전문직과 사무직 종사자, 그리고 서비스분야 종사자들의 비율이 증가하였는 데 비해 대부분의 다른 국가에서 처럼 한국에 있어서도 자영인의 비율은 경제발전 과정에서 감소하였다. 경제발전과 더불어 보다 전문화되고 조직화된 시장중심의 생산체제가 가구와 지역사회 중심의 생산기능을 흡수하므로서 많은 노동력이 임금 노동자가 되었다. 특히나 단순노동을 통한 많은 젊은 여성들을 고용하는 제조산업 분야에서 여성들이 낮은 임금과 과로 그리고 나쁜 작업환경으로 인하여 그들의 건강을 해치고 직업병을 유발할 가능성이 많다고 하겠다. 지난 20년에 걸친 급속한 정부 주도형의 경제발전은 노동력의 제 산업 간의 급속한 변천과 더불어 긍정적인 측면과 부정적인 측면을 모두 낳았다고 할 수 있겠다.측면을 모두 낳았다고 할 수 있겠다.

최근 택시를 이용한 범죄가 늘어남에 따라 대부분의 여성 탑승자들은 긴장과 불안감을 느끼면서 택시를 이용한다. 탑승자들의 불안감은 택시 영업을 하고 있는 사람에게도 불쾌한 일이며, 이로 인해 탑승자와 택시 영업을 하고 있는 사람 간에 마찰이 생긴다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 택시 기사와 택시에 대한 정보, 현재 위치에 대한 정보, 알람 기능을 이용한 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법으로 인해 탑승자의 안전은 회사로부터 실시간 보호받고 있으므로 탑승자는 이전보다 택시를 이용하는 것에 대해 안전함을 느끼면서 택시를 이용할 수 있다.
