인물 포커스 - 장긍순 부사장(바이엘코리아(주))

  • 글로벌 화학 및 제약기업인 바이엘코리아(주)는 지난 8월 1일자로 동물의약사업부의 총괄 책임자에 장긍순 부사장을 선임하였다. 이번 선임은 1994년 4월 독일인이 초대 부사장직을 맡은 이래 18년 만에 한국인으로는 최초로 부사장직에 오르게 돼 그 의미가 더욱 크다. 바이엘코리아(주)는 지난 1955년 국내에 첫 진출한 이후 비약적인 발전을 이루어왔으며, 현재 한국내 바이엘그룹은 아스피린을 통해 잘 알려진 바이엘헬스케어를 비롯, 바이엘멀티리얼사이언스, 바이엘크롭사이언스로 구성되어 있다. 본고는 30여 년 동안 동물약품업계에 몸담아오면서 동물약품업계 발전에 기여해 온 장긍순 부사장을 만나 향후 운영방안을 들어보았다.

Optical Design of a Multilayer LED Array Light Source and Illumination Optics for a Large-Screen LC Projection Display System (대화면 액정 화상 투영기용 다층 배열 엘이디 광원 및 조명광학계 설계)

  • A double-layer LED array together with an illumination optical system is proposed as a possible light source for LC projection display systems for large screens, up to $8m{\times}6m$ (400 inches diagonal). The heat dissipation problem of the LED array is solved by arranging the LEDs in double layers, and thermal analysis shows its effectiveness. The light from the LEDs in the back layer can be transmitted through the front layer without significant loss by arranging the LEDs in non-overlapping positions in the two layers and inserting suitable microlenses between the two layers and holes in the first layer. Together with the double-layer LEDs, an illumination optical system is designed to illuminate liquid crystal panels with good uniformity and appropriate matching with the projection optics.

  • A combination of MHL and LED fish-luring light is used in this study. Its yield, characteristics, and irradiance distribution are evaluated and analyzed. To obtain an irradiance distribution similar to that of an MHL, we suggest the optimal arrangement of MHL and LED.

  • 산란계 농장에서 생산성 향상의 기초는 잘 키워진 병아리들 일 것이다. 육추사가 따로 있지 않는 농업회사법인 (유)금강엘에프(충남 논산시 소재)는 자체 육추 농장에서 병아리를 육성하고 중추를 도입하고 있다. 이에 금강엘에프의 미래인 봉암농장을 소개 하고자 한다.

  • (주)싸이펨은 지난 12월 14일 금요일 서울 양재동에 위치한 엘타워 7층 그랜드홀에서 한국광학기기산업협회, 한국광기술원, 프랑스 LightTec 후원으로 2018년도 유저 컨퍼런스를 개최했다. 이날 행사는 엘타워 8층의 엘하우스에서 진행되기로 하였으나 참가자가 200명이 훌쩍 넘어 행사 이틀 전 행사 장소가 변경되었다.

Filtering for reducing aliasing effects on auto-multiscopic monitor (무안경식 입체 다시점 모니터의 엘리어싱 감소를 위한 필터링 기법)

  • In this paper, we propose a disparity-adaptive filtering method to reduce view-aliasing and inter-perspective aliasing on auto-multiscopic 3D display. View aliasing by the subsampled multi-view images could happen if the resolution of an auto-multiscopic monitor is lower than that of the original multi-view images. Furthermore, multi-view images on auto-multiscopic monitor usually cause eye strain and fatigue because of inter-perspective aliasing by discontinuity that exists between viewpoints. The greater disparity value becomes, the stronger these types of aliasing could be. Thus, we design a lowpass filter whose cut-off frequency is determined adaptively to the number of intermediate reconstructed views and their disparity's strength. Though experimental results, we show that the proposed filtering algorithm could reduce the aliasing effect very efficiently by using DSCQS (double stimulus continuous quality scale method).

  • 탈무드 임마누엘에서는 '창조'를 하나의 살아있는 인격체로 묘사하고 있으며 '창조'의 조각들인 '영혼'은 인간에 내재된 채 삶을 살아간 후 다시 '창조'로 돌아가 완성을 향해 성장하고 있다고 말하고 있다. 본 논문을 통해 탈무드 임마누엘에 나타난 창조의 개념과 특성을 파악하고자 한다.

  • In this study we researched a spotlight in LED lighting. Ordinary LED spotlight was manufactured with characterized property of traveling straightness of LED light source, but multiple use of shell type LED, a yellow band has formed caused by light source interference between the LED. Also, there was a high miscellaneous light efficiency with losing light source homogeneity and efficiency due to light source control uneasiness. The study uses aspheric reflector and aspheric lens, so we can control the light source of LED spotlight with effectively and we reached surface light source by using COB/COM for LED module. Furthermore it can change its use by a reduced scale of light system. It has been designed to make its various application from low power consumption of bicycle lamp, up to high power consumption of automobile lamps and lighthouse.

  • This paper amis at improving the heat radiation performance of thermoelectric module (TEM) for a commercialization of high-powered LED light with using a multichip LED module. In addition, a 10W multichip LED light was prepared for the heat performance on radiating of which LED light was made for a use of testing by the driving of the thermoelectric module. So, it was found that about 30% in the effect of temperature reduction was confirmed if compared with the radiation heat by heat sink only.
