자동차 환경 소음 진동 측정 평가

  • 도시생활에서 가장 짜증스러운 것은 자동차 소음이다. 경제발전과 더불어 인구의 도시 집중과 급격한 차량증가는 교통량이 많은 간선도로변을 중심으로 도로교통 소음문제가 야기되고 있으며, 우리나라도 지난 '97. 7월 자동차 1000만대 보유국이 되었다. 도로교통 소음은 자동차에서 발생하는 소음과 차량의 통행량, 차량의 주행속도및 도로주변 조건등 각종 요인이 복합 된 것으로 저속운행이 일반적인 도시에서는 자동차에서 발생하는 소음 중 엔진에서 나는 소음이 대개 60% 이상을 점하게 된다. 이러한 문제점 등을 감안하고 쾌적한 생활 환경 조성을 위하여 환경부에서는 제작차 소음 허용기준을 정하여 제작차가 시판되기전 단계에서 제작차 소음 허용기준에 적합하게 제작되는지 여부를 관리하기 위하여 인증제도를 시행 중에 있으며, 인증 시험에 통과된 차량에 대해서만 제작 시판할 수 있도록 법제화하여 운영하고 있다. 인증에 필요한 시험은 자동차의 가속주행소음, 배기소음 및 경적소음 시험으로써 본 장에서는 제작차 인증시험과 평가방법 등을 소개하고, 아울러 도로교통 소음 진동에 대하여서도 기술하고자 한다.

  • An active network is a new generation network based on a software-intensive network architecture in which applications are able to inject new strategies or code into the infrastructure for their immediate needs. Therefore, the secure active node architecture is needed to give the capability defending an active node against threats that may be more dynamic and powerful than those in traditional networks. In this paper, a security enforcement engine is proposed to secure active networks. We implemented an operating engine with security, authentication and a authorization modules. Using this engine, it is possible that active networks are protected from threats of the malicious active node.

  • IPPT(Integrated Propulsion Performance Test)s were carried out as a final stage of KSR-III(Korea Sounding Rocket-III) propulsion system development three kinds of engine with different injector faceplate were tested, therefore a engine with composite baffle was certified for a KSR-III launcher. Though a engine with STS baffle which was designed for verification of combustion instability suppression ability was not final design, due to the combustion tests with this engine, it can be described that baffle has capability to suppress combustion instability at ignition and at mainstage in the case of KSR-III combustor.

  • In this paper, we propose the reference implementation of WIPI runtime engine supporting various platforms such as REX OS, Qplus and Windows. We describe the architecture of WIPI runtime engine according to each platform, and introduce the method for avoiding repetitive develoment. And we explain the implementation of a linker and a loader on REX OS and describe the runtime engine structure on Qplus, a kind of embedded linux. And we introduce the implementation of the Jlet/MIDlet emulator based on a Java virtual machine and the Clet emulator based on Windows. Finally we verify the interoperability and the perfection of the proposed reference implementation through the result of the HCT and the PCT and the normal operation of the example programs.

  • 자동사격통제기능 및 탄의 자동장전기능을 가진 최신 무기체계의 동력장치는 엔진, 변속기 및 냉각장치로 구성되어 있다. 이러한 동력장치를 정비하기 위해서는 엔진과 변속기를 결합 및 분리할 수 있는 특수공구의 사용이 필수적이다. 하지만, 기존 제품은 사용 특성에 따라 비틀림이 심하여 쉽게 마모되는 현상을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 강도저하로 인한 잦은 파손현상과 엔진 우측 연결부 조임 시 간접 현상에 자유로운 공구를 제안하고자 한다. 구조해석 프로그램(ABAQUS)을 통한 비틀림 강도 해석과 이를 바탕으로 최적 설계를 진행하여 제작된 공구는 기존 문제점을 해결하고 공인인증기관에서 토크의 130%의 비틀림 실험에서 문제없음을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과물은 동력장치 정비를 위한 특수공구의 국산화로 인한 경제적 측면에서 큰 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

  • Certification by Civil Aviation Law is necessary for aircraft parts and appliances as well as aircraft, engines, and propellers to ensure safety and reliability in operation. Advanced countries in aerospace industry as like U.S.A require Parts Manufacturer Approval for aircraft parts and Technical Standard Order Authorization for designated appliances. However, there are no legal requirements for certification of aircraft parts and appliances in Korea until now. This study presents the draft to revise Civil Aviation Law, which is applicable to set up domestic certification system and maintain it equivalent to U.S. Federal Aviation Regulation.

  • An Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) is a small gas turbine engine that is mounted on an aircraft and serves to supply energy for ground and air starting of the main engine. APU also supplies emergency and auxiliary power for the aircraft. APU for aircraft is simple and compact in structure, but because it is mounted on manned aircraft, high reliability is required, so it must be proved its reliability through qualification procedure. The Korea Aerospace Research Institute and Hanwha Techwin successfully completed the design / analysis, fabrication, assembly, development test and certification test of APU for helicopter based on accumulated domestic R & D capability and experience from 2007 to 2012. In this paper, the development and certification process of auxiliary power unit for helicopter is summarized.

  • The deign and development status of a combustion chamber test facility(CTF), a turbopump real propellant test facility(TPTF), a rocket engine test facility for 3rd stage engine(SReTF), a rocket engine ground/high altitude test facility(ReTF, HAReTF) and a propulsion system test complex(PSTC) for KSLV-II is briefly described. The development/qualification tests of engine component, 3rd stage engine system and 75ton-class liquid rocket engine system will be performed in CTF, TPTF, SReTF, ReTF and HAReTF and the development test of $1^{st}/2^{nd}/3^{rd}$ propulsion systems for KSLV-II will be performed in PSTC. The CTF/TPTF are under construction such as ordering the long delivery items and the detailed design of ReTF/PSTC is being prepared.

  • In this study, The full load test and WHTC mode test were performed to examine the effect on a heavy duty natural gas engine according to the type of standard gas for certification to check engine performance and exhaust characteristics. Two types of standard gas (Gr, G23) and commercially available natural gas were applied as the fuel used. As a result of the test results of three natural gases with different fuel compositions, G23 with a high nitrogen content was inferior in torque, fuel consumption, and thermal efficiency conditions. In addition, when evaluated in the WHTC mode it was possible to obtain a result that satisfies the EURO VI regulation. However, compared to the other two fuels, the emission characteristics of G23 decreased CO2 and CO, but increased CH4, NOx and PN emissions.

  • This paper summarizes the activities performed for the development of a BLDC(Brushless Direct Current) motor driven cryogenic thrust control valve with application to KSLV-II rocket engine. The developed thrust control valve can modulate the flow rate of liquid oxygen under cryogenic temperature of 90K and high pressure of 113.2 bar with the help of electro-mechanical actuator driven by a BLDC motor. This valve can be applied to an engine combustion test after minor change because all development certification test have been performed successfully.
