  • 기계 학습에서 데이터 및 기능은 기계 학습의 상한을 결정한다.이러한 기능은 산업 생산에서 과도한 데이터 양과 유형으로 인해 상당한 추가 비용이 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 적절한 특징 처리 방법이 매우 중요해졌다. 대부분의 기존 특징 처리 방법은 특징 엔지니어링을 기능 검색 문제, 즉 모델 성능을 최적화할 수 있는 기능 변환 작업을 검색하는 것으로 추상화한다. 그러나 자동 특징 엔지니어링의 경우 검색량과 변환 조합의 수가 매우 많기 때문에 요인 분해 기반 모델을 사용하여 벡터 곱셈을 통해 상호 작용을 측정하면 조합 특징의 패턴을 자동으로 학습하는 방법이 특히 효율적이다. xDeepFM 은 명확한 방식으로 특징적인 상호작용을 생성하도록 설계된 새로운 Compressed Interaction Network (CIN)를 제안한다. 여기에 제시된 Low-rank Compressed Interaction Network(LRCIN )은 xDeepFM 접근 방식에서 CIN 네트워크의 단순화된 개선을 기반으로 하며 xDeepFM 에 주의 메커니즘을 추가하여 보다 정확하게 예측된다. 실험 결과에 따르면 모델은 계산 복잡성을 단순화할 뿐만 아니라 예측 정확도도 다른 모델보다 훨씬 우수한다.

  • As system is larger, and technology evolves, the system gets complicated due to its integration and heterogeneity of system components. To address its complexity and to accomplish efficient system development, various methodologies have been developed. MBSE using Models and tools is one of methodologies. MBSE methodologies and its products are differently applied according to the organization and project. It is proper that unique methodology is applied in a development of single system. But what if a variety of methodologies are applied in the same domain or SoS development, it will cause a confusion of communication and waste of engineering efforts. As a way to resolve this, it can be considered that MBSE using architecture framework that clearly define products. In other words, by taking advantage of that an architecture framework provides the type, representation and meta-model of products, the reusability and universality of MBSE products can be improved.

Design and Development of STEM Program Based on Robotics Engineering Educational Model (로봇 엔지니어링 모델 기반 STEM프로그램 설계 및 개발)

  • According to a comparison study of international academic achievements, Korean students showed high academic achievements in science and mathematics, whereas their learning motivation appeared relatively low. Therefore, this work developed the robot-based STEM integrated education program reflecting an engineering class model. The title of the program is determined as 'animals' which are included in one section of the fourth grade science curriculum, are friendly to students, and are effective for robot application. Robot-based STEM program is consisted of three areas: robot education, subject-related course learning, and engineering education. The STEM program was reviewed by 14 teachers. The study result presented that regardless of knowledge of robot, most teachers gave positive response to program goal, composition of contents, application of robot.

  • Conventional engineering education models have fallen to give satisfactory results to enterprises. So this paper deals with the new engineering education system, Engineering House, to overcome it. EH is made of three spaces and three concepts. Concept means system. Three concepts are things about a education program, a research cooperation, a open-door policy of EH facilities. First of all, Education system for undergraduates is most important of all. We intend to give them chances for real engineering experiences. Specialist from companies are participated in the education. The second is a research network. EH is managed by two or three professors together and their researches are carry out with companies's researcher. Key-point is doing all together. The third is service system for regional enterprises. EH's facilities are opened. Our students and professors are supporting directly. Mainly high price measuring machine is used. Like these, networks with companies are very helpable for undergraduate's educations and job connections. These are the work based learning system. Engineering House system look forward to getting to good program for undergraduate, based on the co-operation between university and enterprises.

Improvement in Calculating Engineer Standard Wage Rate and Its Appropriate Level Computation (엔지니어링 노임단가 산출기준 개선방안과 적정 노임단가 추정)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest an improvement plan for the calculation method of the engineer standard wage rate (ESWR) and to compute a reasonable ESWR. To this end, an adequacy review of theESWR calculation criteria was conducted along with an extensive engineering industry survey. The survey results were analyzed using an effective response sample of 748 companies out of 1,000 survey samples extracted by stratifying the 5,879 survey population. The main results were as follows. ①When calculating the engineering service fee, the prime contractor's engineer wage is suitable for the ESWR. The ESWR can be estimated by the formula 'average wage÷[1-proportion of subcontract orders×(1-subcontract rate)].' ② The field survey showed that the number of monthly working days was 20.35-20.54 days at 99 % confidence interval, which was significantly different from the current standard (22 days). In addition, as a result of a legal review of the ESWR criteria, it was found that the number of working days should be calculated in accordance with the Labor Standards Act after 2022. ③ Applying government guidelines, the time difference between the wage survey and the ESWR application can be corrected by the past ESWR increase rate for a specific period. ④ Using modeling based on the analysis above, the current ESWR was 13.5-14.5 % lower than the appropriate level. A lower ESWR was driven by the non-reflection of subcontract structure (4.1 %), overestimation of monthly work days (6.8-7.8 %), and application of past wage (2.6 %). The proposed model is expected to be widely used in policy making, as it can provide a useful framework for calculating the standard wage rate in similar industries as well as calculating appropriate engineering fees.

  • 크랭크 샤프트 디플렉션 측정은 선박엔진의 조립공정에 있어, 크랭크 샤프트를 조립 시 1회전의 상태에서 크랭크 스루 간의 디플렉션 상대값의 변화를 확인하는 것이다. 이를 통하여 크랭크 샤프트가 정상 조립되었는지 확인할 수 있다. 기 개발 완료한 구형 무선 크랭크 샤프트 디플렉션 측정장치(상품명 : Measutal)는 측정장치의 길이로 인해 선박용 엔진 중 저속 엔진에만 적용 가능하였다. 하지만 중속엔진의 경우 공간이 협소하여 크랭크 샤프트 디플렉션 측정이 어려우며, 이는 폭정 오차를 수반하게 된다. 본 논문은 상기 문제를 해결하기 위해 중속에도 적용 가능한 신 모델의 개발에 관한 것이다. 또한 개발된 신 모델은 소비자의 요구를 만족하기 위해 구 모델에 비하여 밧데리 지속시간 향상되었고 무선 통신 거리가 확대되었다.

  • 본 논문은 중형엔진 조립과정에서 실린더 프레임 회전 작업에 사용하는 지그의 구조해석을 수행한 후, 지그의 안전성을 검토하고 지그의 경량화를 통하여 실용적인 지그 설계안을 제안하였다. 현장 작업자가 들 수 있는 최대 무게를 넘는 지그를 구조해석 모델로 선정한 후, 해석모델은 지그, 실린더 프레임, 볼트, 너트, 샤클 핀을 3차원 입체요소로 구성하고 ABAQUS/Standard를 사용하여 재료 비선형 및 접촉을 고려한 구조해석을 수행하였다. 구조최적화를 위하여 응력이 상대적으로 낮은 부위와 작업성을 고려하여 설계변수를 선정하고, 실험계획법의 직교배열표를 활용하여 설계변수에 대한 각 부위의 민감도와 경량화 모델을 도출하였다.
