The purpose of this study was aimed to identify the relationship between service quality and behavior by spectators participating security exhibition. The subject for this study was spectators who participating World Security Expo 2014 held three days from March 12 to 14 in 2014. 350 samples were selected by convenience sampling for subject of this study. 320 out of 350 surveys, excluded 30 unfaithful and defected surveys, were used for data analysis. Research tool was questionnaire which was based on and recomposed by previous researches home and abroad. The collected data were treated for analysis of frequency, reliability, factor analysis, correlation, and multitiple regression analysis by using SPSS statistic package version of 18.0 Through the above research method and procedure, the results were as followings. First, the relationship between service quality and behavior after participating exhibition appeared positively. It was found that there was high relationship between service quality and behavior. Second, analyzing relationship of factors between service quality and behaviors resulted to effect perceived environment, human services, and product on word of mouth. Third, analyzing relationship of factors between service quality and behaviors resulted to effect perceived environment, product, and price on re-participation.

현재온라인1인칭슈팅게임(FPS) 장르에서는PC방이용률부문상위권을달리고있는‘ 스페셜포스’의뒤를이어새롭게떠오르고있는차세대온라인FPS가있다. 바로‘ 서든어택’. 이게임은이미‘ 부천문화-IT 엑스포2005’와‘ 전주컴퓨터게임엑스포2005’등을거치며유저들의관심을집중시켰다. 최근에는동시접속자2만5,000명을돌파하는등출발도순조롭다. 전투의사실감, 다양한맵등기본에충실한게임으로평가받고있는서든어택을분석했다.

국내외 유망 소프트웨어와 디지털콘텐츠를 한 곳에 모아 전시한‘소프트엑스포&디지털콘텐츠페어 2004’행사가 ‘유비쿼터스로 여는 미래’를 주제로 지난달 2일부터 5일까지 나흘간 서울 삼성동 코엑스에서 열렸다.정보통신부가 주최하고 한국소프트웨어진흥원이 주관한 이 행사는 세계 230여개 기업이 참가하고 전시회 및 다양한 컨퍼런스로 짜여진 국내 최대 규모의 IT 전시회로 올해 여덟 번째를 맞았다. 행사 이모저모를 살펴봤다.

차세대 e러닝 산업의 육성과 활성화를 위해 개최되는 국내 최대의 사이버교육 전문 전시회인‘e러닝 엑스포 2004’가 지난달 15일부터 17 일까지 3일간의 일정을 가졌다. 원격,가상교육, 국내,외 사이버대학, 학내망 서버공급업체 등 26개 업체가 참여한 이번 행사에는 개막 첫 날부터 관련업체와 시민 등 2,000여명이 찾는 등 e러닝에 대한 뜨거운 관심을 나타냈다.

‘시큐리티월드엑스포2005’가 지난달 19일부터 21일까지 3일간 삼성동 코엑스에서 열렸다. 정보통신부가 주최하고 전자신문사가 주관한 이번 행사에는 영상보안·생체인식·무인 경비 시스템∙네트워크 보안 등 다양한 솔루션이 대거 선을 보였다. IP서베일런스와 여러 기능을 탑재한 다중 보안 시스템 등 차세대 디지털 보안장비들도 전시됐다.

Cooperation and participation in Local Expo by local residents as a Mega event is critically important to maximize the effectiveness of event. By studying on residents' expectation and on whether the expectation affects to their making decision for their attitude, we tried to draw the basis for successful operation of local expo. In conclusion, the result of analysis shows that local residents' expectation on Expo affects positively and meaningfully to their intention and attitude to cooperation and participation.
