SM 프로젝트는 SI 프로젝트와 달리 고객의 요청 사항(CSR)이 있을 때 마다 개발 계획을 세우고 관리를 하여야 하며 동시에 고객의 개발 요청 내용 외에도 운영업무에 대한 계획도 같이 세워 져야 한다. 하지만 대부분의 SM 프로젝트에서는 한 두 사람의 경험이나 판단으로 계획이 작성, 할당되며 운영업무에 대한 계획의 정확도도 떨어져 업무 load balancing 이 잘 되지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제 해결을 위해 효과적인 SM 프로젝트에서의 EFFROT ESTIMATION 프로세스를 제안하여 업무 load balancing 을 이루는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

M2M의 발전에 따라 사람에게 편리하고 간편한 정보를 전달해주고 있다. 하지만 사회복지 업무에서는 현실과 다르게 아직 발전을 하지 못하고 있다. 현재 우리나라의 사회복지사는 과중한 업무와 강도 높은 노동을 감당하고 있는 상황에서 M2M 기술을 융합하여 사회복지사의 업무 프로세스 시간 단축 및 업무 스트레스 감소를 위한 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

In developing information systems, omissions and redundancies of user requirements are too frequent to increase development cost as they need to be remedied at later stages. In order to cope with this problem, various tools describing business processes have been proposed in the past and yet fewer attempts have been made to systematically and categorically evaluate performance of individual tools describing business processes. In this paper, we offer a general framework for appraising competing tools for describing business processes, including ERD, DFD, and Use Case Diagram in terms of ease of use, completeness, chance of having omissions, and. Based on a exemplary business From the measures proposed in this paper for comparing descriptive tools, ERD turns out to stand out over other often-used methodologies. Despite its problem with poor readability, ERD proves to offer relatively higher expressive power and ease of use. Being supplemented by well-formed job descriptions, ERD would remain a better choice in developing business information systems.

As the knowledge-based society has been constructed, the size of work process that has to be done grows bigger and the amount of the information that has to be analyzed increases. So each company is trying to construct more conformable process models in business model. This study helps to understand the interaction between Process data and structure which are collected on the profess by appling six Sigma as a process improving methodology. On Six Sigma, businesses tn practice Best Practice Process with the view of Value Chain To measure data for the process performing action, introducing Schedule management method makes it possible to collect and reflect accurate data of workers' ability. By this method, efficiency in production will be improved because workers we able to perform the process correctly and preliminary management for defects.

BPMS(business process management system) facilitates defining new processes or updating existing processes. However, processing of exceptional or nonroutine task requires the intervention of domain experts or introduction of the situation specific resolution process. This paper assumes sufficient amount of business process exception handling cases are stored in the process repository. Since the retrieval of the best exception handling process requires a good understanding about the exceptional situation, context awareness is an important issue. To facilitate the understanding of exceptional situation and to enable the efficient selection of the best exception handling process, we adopted the 'situation variable' and 'decision variable' construct. A case example for exception handling in the e-commerce delivery process is provided to illustrate how the proposed construct works. Application of the C5.0 algorithm guarantees the construction of an optimum search tree. It also implies that an efficient search path has been identified for the context aware selection of the best exception handling process.

USN (Ubiquitous Sensor Network)의 인프라 기술은 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 다양한 서비스를 창출하고 실생활에 적용할 수 있는 기술로 정착하고 있다. 산업분야에서는 관계적 협업이 중시되는 비즈니스 환경에서 실시간 기업이 되기 위해 RFID, EPC 네트워크 등의 기술을 비즈니스 서비스 모델에 적용한 u-SCM으로 적용할 수 있다. 웹 서비스 환경에서 u-SCM을 적용하면서도 고차원의 공급사슬 통합이 이루어지기 위해서는, 여러 상호작용주체가 참여하는 글로벌 프로세스 수준에서 u-SCM프로세스를 관리하고 제어할 필요가 있으며, 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술을 SCM에 적용한 u-SCM 프로세스를, 비즈니스 프로세스 표준언어인 BPEL(Business Process Execution Language)을 적용하여, 각 업무프로세스를 웹서비스로 구성된 환경에서 효과적으로 통합하여 적용하도록 하는 방안을 제시한다. 이러한 접근법은 기업, 조직 간에 적재적소에 실시간 데이터를 수집하고 접근 및 분석하여, 업무 프로세스의 중단이 없도록 u-SCM 프로세스의 진행과정을 보다 효율적으로 관리, 모니터링 하는 것이 가능하도록 하며, 향후 u-SCM프로세스 수행 결과를 토대로 프로세스의 개선에 대한 방안을 모색할 수 있다.

Natural disasters are occurring frequently due to typhoon and flood. Especially, damage scales are increasing these days because of climate change. When natural disasters occur, civil engineering officers investigate them for the recovery. If public facilities are damaged, the disaster damage investigation must be finished within 7days. Currently, natural disaster damage investigation is done on two levels, field investigation and data input into NDMS. However, having those two overlapped most of the time, and we must do subsidiary works things to register field investigation data into system. Work efficiency is decreased due to repetition of additional work. So, many civil engineering officers indicated problems such as lack of manpower and time. In this study, We developed work process on natural disaster damage investigation that involves using smart phone to solve problems such as shortage of time and manpower.

PDM(Product Data Management)은 제품의 개념정의에서부터 연구개발, 생산, 서비스에 이르는 전 과정에 걸쳐 관련된 모든 제품 정보를 협업을 통해 생성, 관리, 사용하도록 지원하는 일련의 프로세스를 의미한다. PDM 시스템 구축의 일차적 목적은 제품 관련 데이터의 정합성을 확보하여 데이터 관리의 효율성을 제고하고, 업무프로세스의 개선 및 표준화로 부가가치 창출에 기여하는 것이다. 특히 제품의 연구 개발 프로세스 전반에 걸친 제품정보의 공유를 통해 연구개발 부서와 기타 업무부서간 협업적 업무 프로세스의 구축을 촉진함으로써 R&D 경쟁력 확보에 기여할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 의료기기 제조업체의 PDM 구축사례를 소개함으로써 R&D 경쟁력 확보를 위한 PDM의 효용성에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 본 연구의 사례에서는 PDM 시스템 구축을 통해 BOM 관리, 도면 및 설계변경 관리, 문서 관리 등에 소요되는 시간의 $30\sim70%$ 가량을 단축하였으며, 연간 $3\sim5%$ 가량의 재료비 절감이라는 효과를 거두었다. 본 사례연구의 결과가 PDM 도입 시 실질적인 지침을 수립하는데 도움이 될 뿐만 아니라 효과적인 PDM 구축절차 수립에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

기업 업무의 절차와 규모가 복잡해지고 증가함에 따라 한 사람이 기업의 모든 업무 프로세스를 모델링하고 관리하는 것이 어려워지고 있다. 기존의 Workflow 모델링 방식은 프로세스 정의를 한 명(또는 소수)의 디자이너가 맡아 왔다. 그러나 스윔레인 같은 롤 기반의 프로세스 모델링은 각 롤에 해당하는 디자이너 그룹이 프로세스를 정의하기 때문에 모델링 작업을 단순화 시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 워크플로우 모델링 방식과 다른 역할 기반의 스윔레인 모델링을 바탕으로 그룹웨어기술을 접목 시켜 기업의 업무 프로세스를 보다 효율적으로 정의할 수 있는 실시간 협업 지원 협동 스윔레인 워크플로우 모델링 시스템 아키텍처를 제시한다. 이벤트 방식의 화면 처리는 네트워크 트래픽 및 오버 헤드를 감소 시킬 수 있다. 또한 분리된 어플리케이션이 비동기적으로 신뢰성 있게 통신할 수 있도록 메시징 시스템을 도입하고, 협업간 투명성(Transparency)을 보장하는 가상 협업 서버 구조를 살펴 볼 것이다. 이러한 것들은 향후 분산환경으로의 발판을 이를 수 있다.

본 논문은 BPM(Business Process Model)에 룰(rule/policy)을 적용하여 3-Tier 구조의 BPM을 제안하고자 한다. 이는 비즈니스 프로세스를 효율적으로 관리하고, 빠르게 변화하는 업무를 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링하고 그에 필요한 응용 프로그램의 개발을 위해 BPM과 CBD(Component Based Development)간의 접목에 초점을 둔다. 이를 통해서 새로운 비즈니스 프로세스를 추가/변경 시, 필요한 응용업무 프로그램 개발 기간 단축을 할 수 있으리라 본다. 은행 비즈니스업무에 대해 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링을 적용 사례로 보여준다.
