업무흐름 관리 시스템은 기업, 연구소 등에서 BPR 이나 IT 투자에 대한 효과를 가시화할 수 있는 시스템으로서 그 중요성이 점차 증대되고 있다. 업무흐름 관리 시스템은 점점 복잡해지는 기업의 업무흐름을 체계적으로 관리하고 자동화하기 위한 소프트웨어이다. 이 시스템에서 정의한 업무흐름을 실제로 수행하기 위한 소프트웨어 서비스를 업무흐름 수행 서비스(Workflow Enactment Service)라고 부른다. 본 논문에서는 실제 개발한 업무흐름 관리 시스템의 구조와 업무흐름 수행 서비스의 설계 모습과 구현에 대하여 기술한다.

기존의 워크플로우 시스템의 단위 업무간의 흐름 조정이 제어의 흐름에 중점을 두고 연구되었으나 실제 단위 업무간에 흐름 조정 시에 데이터도 같이 흘러가므로 이에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 워크플로우 시스템에서 단위 업무간의 흐름 조정 시에 제어의 흐름에 따라 데이터에 대한 접근성을 HTML문서를 이용하여 표현하는 방법을 제안한다. 단위 업무간의 흐름 조정의 형태에 따른 데이터의 접근성에 대한 요구사항을 고찰하고 이를 제안된 데이터 접근성 표현 방법을 사용하여 구현하는 방법에 대하여 제시한다.

기업 내 관련 업무 및 조직의 유기적 연결을 통한 원활한 정보의 흐름은 생산성의 증대에 많은 영향을 주며 기업의 경쟁력과도 밀접한 관계가 있다. 이러한 이유로 연구개발에서부터 설계, 제조, 판매에 이르기까지 컴퓨터와 통신기술을 활용하여 기업의 업무 흐름을 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 컴퓨터 시스템이 필요하다. 그러나 기업 내 업무의 성격 및 규모, 어플리케이션 튜닝 등의 충분한 검토가 수행되지 않은 컴퓨팅 시스템은 개발비용의 부담과 더불어 시스템의 성능을 오히려 저하시킬 수 있다 본 논문은 생산 제조 업체의 업무의 성격과 환경에 적합하고 업무의 흐름을 유기적으로 통합 관리할 수 있는 클라이언트/서버 기반 생산 관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

Recently, the importance of Pre-construction is gradually increasing in construction business. In addition to increasing greatness, Pre-construction affect to success or failure of projects. However, current domestic construction business doesn't constitute exact concepts and systems, and there are a lot of problems such as disorganize management of construction because most of Pre-construction depends on supervisors' experiences. Therefore, according as doing this study, We are going to analyze the tendency of Pre-construction step and bring up designed operation systems between departments in construction company. So we can expect to develop efficiency by excluding unnecessary operation and formulating more improved operation process.

RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)를 이용한 창고관리시스템은 작업환경을 개선시키고 작업처리 속도와 정확성을 증가시킨다. RFID 기술은 기존의 바코드를 대체하여 물품관리를 네트워크화하고 지능화함으로써 창고의 물품관리에 혁신을 선도하고 있다. 그러나 RFID는 포장의 물질적 특성, 태그부착 위치, 노이즈 발생원이 있는 주위작업 환경 등에 따라 인식률에 상당한 차이를 낼 수 있고, 이러한 문제 때문에 실제 비즈니스 영역에서의 적용이 다소 제한받고 있다. 그러므로 RFID를 이용한 창고관리시스템이 모든 업무에 가동되어 업무 효율성을 높이기 위해서는 업무 흐름 도중에 발생할 수 있는 다양한 예외상황을 찾아내고 이를 빠르게 해결할 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 RFID를 이용하는 냉동창고에서 업무 자동화가 끊어짐없이(seamless) 이어질 수 있도록 다양한 유형의 RFID 오류원인을 식별해내고 이를 해결할 수 있는 방안에 대해 제시한다. 이를 위해 RFID가 동작하는 작업환경을 업무 별로 분류하고, 각 작업환경에서 진행되는 업무흐름을 분석하여 각 오류를 유형별로 체계화 시킨다. 분류된 오류들에 대해 이를 감지하고 해결할 수 있는 방안을 찾음으로써 냉동창고 내의 전체적인 업무흐름을 원활히 하여 업무처리 소요시간을 줄일 수 있게 한다.

Relying on the interaction indices - dominance index, relative strength index and entropy index, this paper analyzes the structural features of urban network in the Seoul metropolitan area with the flows of commuting, business, and freight. Analytical results show that the Seoul metropolitan urban system is vertical, size-dependent, one-way, and the highest city-dominant network rather than horizontal, size-neutral, two-way, complementary one. The network of freight flow is a little bit more symmetrical than the networks of commuting and business. However, the interaction with Seoul is still determinant in all aspects of hierarchical structure, relative strength, and symmetry of flow.

This study proposes visualization methods of the diurnal passenger flows on the Metropolitan Seoul Subway system (MSSs) and examines the passenger trip behaviors of major central business districts (CBDs). We mine the MSS passenger flow information from a single day T-card passenger trip transaction database. It is practically intractable to analyze such flows, involving huge, complex space-time data, by means of general statistical analysis. On the other hand, dynamic visualizations of the passenger flows make it possible to analyze intuitively and to grasp effectively characteristics of the passenger flows. We thus propose several methods to visualize the passenger flow information. In particular, we visualize dynamic passenger flows of each link on the subway network and analyze the time-space characteristics of passenger ridership for the three major CBDs. As the result, we can ascertain the strong association between CBD and subway line and clarify the distinction among three major CBDs in the diurnal patterns of subway passenger flow.
