This paper is studied on waste water maintenance management system for Integrated computing environment. This computing environment consist of Waste-Water Maintenance Management and GIS(Geographic Information System). This system can be developed by constructing Database which is set of rules occurring while management work of waste water system is processed. This system will help person who has responsible for making decision. Objective of such computing environment is providing efficient working environment for waste water facility management. Especially we analyzed problems of existing waste water maintenance management. We carried out efficient management of water facility and it will provide solution for major decision making work with low cost using Waste-Water Maintenance Management System

문제: 방사선 처방전달시스템(OCS) 프로그램에 대한 내부고객의 불만사항이 제기되었다. 목적: 방사선부분 OCS에 대한 내부고객의 만족도를 평가하고 문제점을 개선하여 만족도를 향상시킨다. 의료기관: 경기도에 소재한 의과대학 소속 병원의 영상의학과 질 향상 활동: 방사선 부분의 내부고객 만족도 조사를 통한 개선 방안 도출 및 평가 개선효과: 전체 만족도 영역에서는 개선 전 불량률 7.49%에서 개선 후 1.41%로 감소하였으며 촬영 및 재료 소모 관리 부문에서 불량률은 개선 전 14.28%에서 개선 후 3.84%로 감소하였다. 교훈: 프로그램 매일 사용하는 내부고객의 평가를 통해 업무효율을 높일 수 있었으며, 개선 효과를 최대화하기 위해서는 각 관련부서간의 협력이 필수적이다.

This study analyzed the effect of the improvement of the work environment of the worker on the performance of the individual. A total of 50 questionnaires were analyzed for SME workers. First, the correlation between the work environment of the worker and the work performance of the individual is -388, the correlation coefficient between the salary level and the contribution is .566, the salary level and the job satisfaction .586, The results of this study were as follows. First, it was confirmed that there was a significant relationship between the contribution and the peer relationship -.331, p <.05, and the job satisfaction and peer relationship .373, the working environment and working time were .442, And it was found to be significant at p>.01 level. Second, job performance had a significant effect on job performance (p <.05, ${\beta}=.340$) and peer relationship (p <.05, ${\beta}=.320$) (P <.001, ${\beta}=.465$) were found to have a significant effect on the level of achievement and contribution, but not statistically significant. Third, it was confirmed that there was no difference between the groups in terms of work performance. The results of this study are as follows. First, we analyzed the effect of improvement of work environment on individual work performance by analyzing the work environment and work performance perceived by SME workers.

The changes in the 4th industrial revolution era are not limited to specific sectors, but affect all sectors of industry. Thus all companies are required to respond effectively to changes. Some companies response by adopting cutting-edge ICT and some companies improve the organizational structure, or enhance the competence of individual employees. This study is based on the assumption that the responses to the change in the 4th industrial revolution era should not be uniform, and that the response strategies and priorities should vary according to the characteristics of the companies. The purpose of this study is to suggest both different response strategies and the priority of the responding factors(areas) to small and medium-sized enterprises. Data were collected through the semi-Delphi method. As a result of data analysis, the priorities of the medium-sized enterprises were as follows: introduction of IT-strengthening the competence of the individuals - establishing technology infrastructure-improving organizational structure - efficiency of work - improving organizational culture. While the priorities of the response factors(area) of the small-sized companies were as follows: strengthening the competence of the individuals - efficiency of work - introduction of IT - establishing technology infrastructure - improving organizational structure - improving organizational culture.

GUI 디자인 업무 환경에서 협업은 필수적인 요소이며 협업의 효율성을 높이기 위해 다양한 프로토타이핑 소프트웨어들이 출시되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 주요 프로토타이핑 소프트웨어를 GUI 디자이너의 협업 효율성 관점에서 비교 분석하고, 해당 소프트웨어를 사용하는 디자이너들을 인터뷰하여 협업 형태에 따른 한계점을 도출하고 효율적인 개선 방향을 제시하고자 하였다.

This study reviewed the existing legal framework governing construction supervision practices and conducted a survey of expert groups to identify and propose strategies for facilitating the digital transformation of construction supervision processes, with the goal of enhancing the quality and safety of construction projects. The research underscored the necessity for digital transformation to improve quality, safety, and efficiency of construction supervision. Additionally, it highlighted the need for greater consistency and clarity in terminology related to construction supervision. The study also presented recommendations for improvement, which included: establishing a structured supervision checklist to ensure safety and compliance, establishing a specialized construction supervision corporations subject to qualification screening, and introducing evaluation criteria to encourage the adoption of digital transformation technologies in construction supervision. The findings of this study are intended to serve as the foundation for future policy and regulatory frameworks aimed at promoting the digital transformation of construction supervision practices.

Over the past years, complex project which has the object to accomplish housing complex, commercial complex etc, recently is changing to multi-complex projects because of development in IT sector. Improvement in the quality of life, life pattern has been and is being changed, these modernized and improved version of life brings the concept of U-city. Department of urban planning and engineering, civil engineering and architecture engineering in every university educate students according to the changing world in order to handle these complex projects in real world. In most cases department of urban planning and engineering teach project planning and department of civil and architecture engineering teach project design and construction. In most of the projects planning followed by design and construction need to be accomplished, but current observation in the present curriculum shows that it is difficult to expect the continuity. The present curriculum of civil engineering has to change as complex projects deal with various different structures during the design and construction phase of these projects. This study examined curriculums from the department of urban and civil engineering related to structural design and construction and survey importance of design works which overlap urban and civil engineering targeted on design engineers. After understanding design works and results obtained from survey we propose for an advanced efficiency method.

해상통항로상 각종 공사가 선박의 안전항해에 미치는 영향을 사전에 평가하도록 하는 해상교통안전진단제도가 도입 시행된 이후 다수의 안전진단이 실시되고 있다. 또한 제도 시행초기에 도출된 개선사항을 반영하여 해사안전법 및 해상교통안전진단시행지침을 전부 개정하여 정착단계에 있다. 하지만 안전진단 수행 전단계의 정형화된 업무처리 절차가 없어 진단대상사업 및 진단항목에 대한 공통적이고 잦은 민원이 발생하고, 해사안전법 전부개정 및 진단전문기관 지정에 따른 업무 절차의 정형화가 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 제도시행과정에서의 주요 민원사항을 분석하고, 주요 법령 개정사항을 고려하여 진단시행 주체별 역할을 고려하여 효율적인 업무처리절차 방안을 제시하여 향후 제도운영 및 발전방향에 대해 모색하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 반복적이면서도 복잡 다양한 대학의 업무상황 및 강의실 기자재 활용방법 등을 효과적이면서 비교적 의사전달이 쉽도록 동영상이나 여러가지 형태의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 형태로 제시한 학사업무 지원을 위한 e-Learning 시스템을 설계한 후 이러한 콘텐츠를 탑재하여 활용할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 이러한 결과 업무에 대한 이해를 단기간에 충분히 파악할 수 있었으며 행정업무의 효율화 및 합리적인 행정 프로세스 개선을 통한 교육비용을 절감할 수 있었다.

Recent increasement of metropolitan infrastructure due to rapid expansion and development of urban areas which caused complexity and diversification of management system demands higher cost and effort to manage and maintain the facilities. The reason why it requires continuous and systematic management by national government is that the infrastructure facilities takes important role as it is directly related to public's living. Thus this study suggests an efficient management plan for increasement of work efficiency, cost reduction, and time saving by introducing 3D geospatial information system for water distribution reservoirs which is managed by the Office of Waterworks Seoul Metropolitan Government. This study evaluates and quantifies the range of work improvement using the 3D GIS technology through carrying out a survey targeting people in charge of the Office of Waterworks Seoul Metropolitan Government and other 8 offices. From the result of the research, applying the 3D-GIS improves by 90.32%, 93.55%, and 91.61% in the area of work efficiency, cost reduction, and time saving respectively. Consequently, using 3D GIS in future management of infrastructure could be used as a way of producing base data which supports administrative decision making through statistical and case analysis based on continuous data management. Also it would contribute to improving work efficiency by improving management system through preventing data omission.
