본 연구에서는 건설CALS/EC 기반의 정보화 추진을 위한 정보시스템을 개발할 때 적용되는 기존의 소프트웨어 개발방법론의 문제점을 분석하고, 표준화되지 않은 개발방법론의 적용으로 시스템 개발에 비효율적인 비용을 투자하는 문제점과 특성상 입찰, 구매, 계약 등 분야별로 상이한 기능의 업무에 따라 구축되는 건설산업 정보화에 있어서 상호간에 데이터 및 프로세스를 원활히 통합하지 못하므로 인하여 발생되는 개발의 중복성, 정보 활용의 비효율성 등의 문제점을 개선하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 최근 새로이 부각되고 있는 방법론인 컴포넌트 기반 개발방법론(CBD: Component-Based Development)을 사용하여 건선CALS/EC 표준지침 웹서비스를 위한 시스템의 업무프로세스를 모델링하여 사용자가 쉽게 재사용가능하고 타업무분야에 확대 가능한 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 기존의 소프트웨어 개발 방법론의 적용상 문제점 분석을 통하여 컴포넌트 기반 개발방법론의 필요성을 증명하고 비즈니스 컴포넌트 프레임워크를 사용하여 건설 CALS/EC 표준지침 웹서비스의 업무프로세스에 적용할 기술적인 방법론을 고찰하고 업무에 효과적으로 적용할 수 있는 업무프로세스 컴포넌트를 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 컴포넌트 모델은 향후 타업무분야의 시스템을 개발할 때 사용자요구분석 단계부터 별도의 재 작업이 없이 사용될 수 있으며 시스템을 구현할 때 개발 모듈의 중복방지와 용이한 비즈니스로직의 변경 등이 가능하며, 추가의 업무 프로세스나 연관된 다른 분야의 업무프로세스의 반영 및 추가 시 컴포넌트의 활동모델을 쉽게 수정하여 정의함으로써 쉽게 시스템의 기능을 확장할 수 있다.LE 산정에 관한 지속적인 실험적 연구가 이루어져야 하겠다. 증가할 것이다. 또한 부분육을 이용한 완전제품, 적색육제품, 유기농이나 별미식 제품과 같은 형태의 다양한 포장육 제품이 도입 될 것으로 생각되어진다.e in vitro SPF test method will be able to be used as an alternative method for in vivo SPF in case of lotion and cream. replica. According to the article of inventory in the act of public records management from $29^{th}$ January on 1999, record repository, special repository and the archives have been doing inventory totally once every two years. As the archives have acquisited incredibly and explosively lots of archives, this has induced a lot of problem in inventory activity due to legacy inventory acts. To solve these problems, the author have revised and legislated on $29^{th}$ Oct. 2016. The purpose of this study is to point out the problems that prior uniformal inventory cycle and to explain in detail that the contents of the newly revised article, and a benefit and expectations of practical inventory activity. The major revision of article is inventory cycle of at least totally once every four years and the act of obligation on a after-process of inventory.

The aim of this study was to reveal correlation between scope of practice and clinical paramedic properties. from April 9 to May 12, 2012, one hundred and eighty-one clinical paramedics filled out anonymously to the questionnaire which includes gender, academic background, clinical career, clinical practice and medical direction. To analyse the collected data, Pearson's r at ${\alpha}$=0.05 (two-tailed) was performed using IBM SPSS 19 (Chicago, IL, USA). One hundred and forty (77.4%) working at medical facilities, one hundred and four (57.5%) graduated from four-year colleges, seventy seven (42.5%) acquired paramedic certificate in 2010-2012, one hundred and twelve (61.9%) charted on nursing records, one hundred and sixteen (69.6%) had a good knowledge in scope of practice, one hundred and six (58.5%) thought of legal restriction & absence of direct medical direction leading to narrow clinical practice. Implementing practices and practices needed were thirty two. There were significant relationships in Likert scale 1-5 between paramedic competency and legal practice (p=0.039); implementing practice (p=0.006); practice needed (p=0.049); and overall (p=0.001). Also, between knowledge on scope of practice and implementing practice (p=0.003); overall (p=0.047); clinical career and legal practice (p=0.019); practice needed (p=0.002); and overall (p=0.002). However, these correlations were relatively low (r $$\leq_-$$ 0.238). The working condition of clinical paramedics was restricted by the Emergency Medical Services Systems Act, which requires a narrow scope of practice. This condition leads to the poor quality of emergency care, therefore the scope of practice in the act will be revised from specificism to generalism, from direct medical direction to indirect medical direction by means of quality management.

The object of this study is to present performance by applying six sigma quality management to a construction company. The research method involves to investigate and analyze data regarding six sigma projects in S construction company and a questionnaire survey from the personnel of the S construction company. The results of this study are as follows 1) S construction company utilized the six sigma quality management for 258 projects during the years of 2003 and 2004 and this bring the effect of cost reduction for quality. Moreover, before using the six sigma quality management, the average level of sigma in this company was around 2.8, after using this, the level increased to 3.6. Particularly, the construction management part, the level increased from 1.3 to 2.6.2) respondents recognize that quality management costs by applying six sigma is reduced. but there is only a little operational efficiency because it is In the early stage of applying six sigma quality management.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influences of the information activities (i.e., the ability of digital device use and the time spent of information retrieval) on the feeling of happiness for the elderly people in Korea. For this study, we conducted face-to-face interview with the elderly over 60 years old living in and around Daegu, Korea and analyzed 371 valid data for frequency, multiple regression and t-test using IBM SPSS version 21.0. The results showed that neither the ability of computer nor mobile phone use affect on the feeling of happiness, whereas both the ability of TV and telephone use influence positively (+) on it. In addition, the time spent of the business-related information retrieval influences negatively (-) on the feeling of happiness, but the time spent of the financial-related information retrieval influences positively (+) on it.

The objective of this research is to suggest the creativity revelation model and to verify the relationships among knowledge capabilities and creativity processes including exploration and exploitation. Also, we investigate whether there are differences in creativity revelation processes from the perspective of psychological empowerment. To achieve the purpose of the research, a survey was conducted targeting employees of software development companies that require creativity in work performance. Empirical results show that knowledge capabilities have positive effect on creativity revelation processes. The notable point of the results is the role of psychological empowerment such that individuals with high psychological empowerment have more exploration-centric revelation, and those with low psychological empowerment have more exploitation-centric on the other hand. These results are interpreted that the behavioral patterns of organizational members may vary depending on the level of psychological empowerment in the creativity revelation, and therefore could suggest several managerial implications regarding creativity management and organizational development in an environment where convergence becomes more important.

국제전기통신연합(ITU)은 UN 산하에 신설된 국제기구로써, 산하에 전기통신표준화부문(ITU-T), 전기통신개발부문(ITU-D), 그리고 전파통신 부문(ITU-R) 등 3개의 부문으로 구성되어 있다[1],[2]. ITU-T는 역할과 임무에 따라 11개의 연구반 (SG, study group)을 구성하고 있으며, 각 업무에 맞는 선두 그룹(Lead Study Group)을 지정하여 표준을 개발하고 있다. 이중 SG17(보안)은 전기통신 분야 정보보호 국제표준화를 담당하고 있다[2]. 본 논문에서는 ITU-T 내에 정보보호 국제표준화 활동에 대한 상위수준의 PP-14 결의(Resolution) 분석과 SG17 국제표준화 활동의 최신 동향 및 차기 연구회기(2017-2020) 구조조정 방향에 대해 살펴본다.

The purpose of this paper is to conduct an empirical analysis in order to how cooperative relationships such as joint venture, management cooperation and agency contracts affect the business performance of Korean freight forwarders. In order to fulfill the paper objective, this paper examines the roles of freight forwarders and business environment of Chinese markets.
