A Study of Modeling and Utilization for Software Enhancement Process Based on Business scenarios (업무 시나리오를 기반으로 한 소프트웨어 개선 프로세스의 모델링 및 활용에 관한 연구)

  • As more than 80 percent of tasks within corporations are performed through information systems, they have become large in scale and complicated, which make the range of the system users diverse and specialized. and as recent corporate strategies focus on the real-time environment in businesses, the organizational structure within companies tend to show frequent changes. In order to ensure the business continuity in this environment, the most important aspect is to prevent incompleteness of business by narrowing the gap of understanding of business process between the system users and the maintenance managers. In order to address this problem, this study suggests a modeling method that utilizes business scenarios reflecting actual business rules and procedures which ultimately transforms the optimized and standardized form of business scenarios into the actual software maintenance activities. This modeling method improves reusability and usability through the repeated feedback mechanism for modified software by leading to gradual fine-grained process. The feasibility of this is to be proven by applying the modeling method to the real business environment.

A Study on B2B Workflow Integration Technology (기업간 워크플로우 통합 기술에 대한 연구)

  • E-business automates overall activities in a company and allows distributed systems to communicate their information. The automation and information sharing improves its productivity and responsiveness. B2B workflow systems progress their business processes electronically and help the companies to monitor their execution and administrate the processes. This research analyzes the technologies and standards for B2B workflow integration, and proposes three approaches to implement effectively workflow integration. We analyze several existing workflow standards and business process definition languages, and compare their structures and features. And we examine the messaging technologies and architectures to implement business integration. Finally we extract a reference model for B2B workflow integration, and propose three types of workflow integration and implementation designs. This research helps companies to understand the workflow standards and the messaging technologies for B2B workflow integration, and to implement workflow integration systems that are suitable for their e-business environments.

  • This paper presents a conceptual strategy and technologies for the digital transformation of design and construction of reinforced concrete (RC) structures. The development of an automated detail design strategy for RC structures is described. Integrated digital platform based on 5D BIM concept is proposed for the replacement of the current technology environment-based 2D CAD. Generally, the detail design development is labor-intensive and iterative. Effective automation of relevant aspects can dramatically improve productivity and accuracy. The proposed solutions for the automated BIM modeling based on the rebar and formwork detail design automation achieves the productivity and accuracy sufficient for site application. The platform integrates and manages the information flow between each solution or application and provides it to all participants of the project. Finally, it is expected that the proposed strategy and technologies can be further enhanced to achieve the productivity and accuracy needed for widespread site application and digital transformation.

  • For effective building maintenance, the collection and management of various maintenance date such as work history information and material information is required. Despite the introduction of information management technologies and systems to reduce the amount of maintenance work of buildings, which have become larger and more complex, the maintenance information is not being utilized properly. As an alternative, research on the introduction and utilization of BIM is being conducted continuously. However, the BIM models generated at the design phase are not utilized in practice due to a lack of architectural maintenance information. This study proposed a COBie document prototype to support BIM-based smart maintenance tasks performed by building managers. In order to formalize various types of maintenance work procedures, a BIM-based maintenance process model is presented in two categories: inspection and maintenance. Among the BIM attribute data of the BIM model generated at the design phase, the parameters corresponding to the maintenance necessary information for each basic process are derived. Based on this, we proposed a COBie document prototype consisting of seven spreadsheets. The results of a case study confirmed that the KBIMS library-based BIM model created at the design phase without the maintenance information can be used at the maintenance phase.

  • Railroad logistics transporting freight by train takes charge of 10 or 20 percent of domestic cargos. Railroad logistics users such as transport companies including shippers or Inland Container Depot(ICD) use electronic document(EDI or XML) or input data through WEB to process railroad logistics business. However, as business environments evolving into e-business, it is required to upgrade the legacy railroad logistics process. As the increase of using ebXML-based schema format, it is also needed to improve the electronic documents based on DTD format into those of XML schema format. This study deals with information standard for railroad logistics to improve the railroad logistics business. To this purpose railroad business processes were re-defined through the standard business process modeling methodology. Information model was also derived by defining railroad logistics activities from business process model. And Business Information Entities(BIEs) were defined to design new electronic documents according to the extracted information model. An improved system architecture for railroad logistics was proposed as well. The results of this study will provide an effective and flexible business flow to railroad logistics business.

  • 정보기술과 지식 사회의 발달로 인해 기업의 다양한 업무 프로세스를 대행해주는 비즈니스 프로세스 아웃소싱(Business Process Outsorucing: BPO)이 대표적 아웃소싱 형태로 자리잡아가고 있다. BPO의 수용에 대한 의사결정은 전략적 관점에서 매우 신중하게 이루어져야 함에도 불구하고, 국내 기업을 대상으로 한 BPO의 채택과 확산에 관한 실증적 연구는 거의 찾아보기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 기업의 BPO 수용 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들을 추출하고, 이러한 요인들이 수용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증한다. 이를 위해 BPO 수용 관련 위험요인과 혜택요인을 추출하고, 이들 요인이 신뢰를 매개하여 수용의도에 미치는 영향 관계를 실증적으로 탐색해 향후 BPO연구를 위한 명제와 모델을 제시한다. 실무적으로는 BPO 수용요인에 관한 검토를 통하여 향후 BPO 추진 기업을 위한 성공적 추진 전략을 제시한다.

  • 본 연구에서는 정보기술 및 시스템이 제조기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위해 사전평가, 과정평가, 사후평가의 3단계 성과평가모델을 제안하고 특히, 사후평가에서는 BSC(Balanced Scorecard)의 4가지 관점인 재무, 내부 프로세스 평가영역에 대해 구매, 설계, 생산, 물류, 판매, 서비스, 연구/개발, 환경의 8가지 핵심 업무 영역으로 구분하고, 조직(학습 및 성장), 고객 평가영역에 대해서는 기업전체 또는 각 단위 사업부문별 평가를 바탕으로 각 영역별 KPI(Key Performance Index)와 KPI 영향도를 측정한다. 이러한 평가모델을 통해 시스템 도입과 활용의 전 과정을 고려하여 시스템이 업무 영역간의 재무적, 비재무적 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석할 수 있다.

  • It is important to integrate an enterprise application for automating of the business process, which is responded by a flow of market environment. There are two categories of method that integrate enterprise applications. One is Synchronous Integration, and the other is Asynchronous Integration. EAI(Enterprise Application Integration) and Web service which of the asynchronous integration is focused in the automating method of the business process. After we construct the application integration for automating of the business process, we have to concern about managing of the business transaction. Many Organizations have proposed the process method of business transaction based on 2-phase commit protocol. But this method can't supply the phase that classify the transaction by transaction weight. In this paper, we propose an efficient method of transaction process for business transactions, which is composed by "Classify Phase" that classify transactions. We called this model "3-Phase Commit Method Applied by Classify Phase, " we design this model to manage an resource of enterprise efficiently. The proposed method is compared by the method based on 2-Phase commit that could be a problem of management the resource of enterprise, and the advantage of this method is certified to propose the solution of that problem.ion of that problem.

So, there are many limitations such as in the stage of activity data loss can occur, in each stage concurrent cannot operate in construction industry. In order to solve these problem, agents have to cooperate each other and they need to share of data.
