In Korean construction industry, a public sector's ordering volume has been constantly increased after 2000. But, because a cost, schedule and quality control generally depends on a result-centric management form and a transparent management is not done during the construction in the Korean public business, it is recognized that this causes problems including an increase of cost and schedule, incomplete construction, a difficulty to find the problem in advance to establish measures, and an unclear locus of responsibility of constructor, supervisor and designer. Accordingly, this study is intended to derive the problems and the limit of management by identifying and analyzing the management state of the present government construction client for the client organization of public sector's government construction. Also, the study is intended to contribute to the client's efficient and actual project management by presenting the model of supplementing or improving the derived problem and limits to the client's organization.

This research is to focus on the method of moving line optimization in Agricultural Industry, especially Garak Wholesale Market Modernization Project, by using simulation tool. As everybody knew, it's very difficult to apply the SCM operation rules in Agricultural Industry, because the standardization system in Agricultural Industry was not completed. The five flow management factors, vehicle moving line management, customer moving line Management, Logistics Device Moving Line Management, Working Person Moving Line Management, Product display moving line management, are needed to be optimized on the basis of standardization rules, and to achieve this will be the good infrastructure to make the Agricultural SCM system. It's very different between the SCM structure of manufacturing industry and logistics industry and the SCM structure of Agricultural Industry, because the SCM in manufacturing is occur in the basis of flow management, on the contrary, the SCM of Agricultural Industry is on the basis of activity management. For these reason, this study is the first approach to apply the simulation method in the part of moving line optimization in Agricultural SCM, and in near future, This study will help all designers and operators to apply the simulation work in the part of agricultural SCM, and we hope that next advanced study will continue by using this study.

Recently more and more construction projects have become high-rise, complex and intelligent. Accordingly, such projects require an integrated management system for tasks, with a lean approach to construction with work processes for management and productivity. In particular, Construction Information Technology (CIT) fields are concerned with Building Information Modeling (BIM), which represents the process of generating and managing building data during its life cycle. Constructability research has progressed for the project goal which is a cost-time-quality of optimization by integrated construction knowledge and experience. However, the current constructability process has not been performed efficiently, as the existing 2D drawings and papers lack consistent and accurate information, it is difficult to share the contents of work, and the use of information is inefficient. This study proposes that the reformation and enhancement of BIM-based constructability work process can lead to brilliant performance in the framework of the construction phase through achieving collaboration between the design team and the workers at the site.

BPR(Business Process Re-engineering)은 업무 프로세스를 혁신적으로 재설계 함으로써 급속한 외부환경과 내부환경의 변화에 능동적으로 대처하고자 하는 기업의 경영혁신 기법, 조직 재설계의 수단으로 도입되었다. 해마다 시행되고 있는 정보화평가위원회의 국가 정보화 사업에 대한 평가는 정보화 사업의 성과관리에 있어 BPR에 따른 조직과 제도개선 성과를 포함하여 제도혁신에 대한 인센티브 제공 둥 조직과 제도혁신 강화의 필요성이 강하게 주장되는 등 BPR은 공공부문으로 점차 확대 될 추세이다. 본 연구는 조직적 문제의 해결을 통하여 지방자치단체 GIS의 효율성을 제고 하고자 하는 목적으로 출발하였다. 따라서 BPR의 이론적 고찰을 통하여 지자체 GIS BPR의 개념을 정의하고, 지방자치단체의 GIS 시스템 도입 이후의 업무 프로세스의 변화, 업무 변화의 양상, 잠재적 업무 효과를 BPR의 기법을 통해 보여줌으로써 조직 재설계의 수단으로 GIS BPR의 가능성을 모색하였다. 이는 GIS 발달 단계에 따른 효과 창출의 패러다임을 고려한 지방자치단체 GIS 업무의 변화를 수용하는 능동적이고 융통성 있는 조직 모형을 찾는 것이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 단위조직, 진화조직, 전체조직의 GIS 발달 단계에 따른 지방자치단체 GIS 조직 모형을 규정하였다. 본 연구를 통한 시사점은 지방자치단체 GIS 조직이 현재의 단위조직 수준에서 진화조직의 단계를 걸쳐 전체조직으로 향하는 가능성을 제시했다는 점이다. 이는 지방자치단체가 각각의 단계에서 GIS의 도입 효과를 창출하기 위하여 충실히 수행해 할 것이 무엇인지를 BPR을 통해 조직적 차원에서, 그리고 조직이 다루는 업무영역의 차원에서 접근했다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 지방자치단체 GIS 기본계획에 있어 조직 측면의 장기적 비전의 제시가 가능하며 이를 통해 보다 성숙된 GIS 사업의 추진과 효율적인 시스템의 운영이 가능할 것이다.. 이상의 결과를 종합해볼 때, ${\beta}$-glucan은 고용량일 때 직접적으로 또는 $IFN-{\gamma}$ 존재시에는 저용량에서도 복강 큰 포식세로를 활성화시킬 뿐 아니라, 탐식효율도 높임으로써 면역기능을 증진 시키는 것으로 나타났고, 그 효과는 crude ${\beta}$-glucan의 추출조건에 따라 달라지는 것을 알 수 있었다.eveloped. In order to prepare for the introduction of the E-Discovery system from the United States and to cope with some causable changes of legal systems, we propose a general E-Discovery process and essential tasks of the each phase. The proposed process model is designed by the analysis of well-known projects such as EDRM, The Sedona Conference, which are advanced research for the standardization of E-Discovery task procedures and for the supply of guidelines to hands-on workers. In addition, Machine Learning Algorithms, Open-source libraries for the Information Retrieval and Distributed Processing technologies based on the Hadoop for big data are introduced and its application methods on the E-Discovery work scenario are proposed. All this information will be useful to vendors or people willing to develop the E-Discovery service solution. Also, it is very helpful to company owners willing to rebuild their business process and it enables people who are about to face a major lawsuit to handle a situation effectively.

The Financial Supervisory Institution constantly has tightened the regulation for secure electronic financial service. Information Security Consulting and Service companies are not enough to cover about 4,500 financial institutes required to comply with the regulation, and the Financial Supervisory Institution also suffers from work overload. The demand for real-time work of risk management is getting stronger. Compliance with the regulation has to be attempted with technical approach so that requirement, implementation, monitoring, and supervision are efficiently performed. And, articles have to be concluded with compliance management service. In this research used compliance management framework and IT GRC process model, have to be designed compliance management lifecycle and 34 index.

This study starts from interests on an endeavor of each economy unit, especially the enterprises, for the survival and sustainability of themselves. Competition, how to get it, maintain it and advance it! Agreeing the perceivedness of industries, scholars and public; what the core competition of manufacturer is an competitiveness of product, this study focuses on the PLM system as the key solution for obtaining the competitiveness of product with reviewing the contents and studies of PLM formulated. PLM is highlighted as the one of top tier ICT solution for the product development domain of manufacturing industry today. First of all, this study deals with the opinion of actual work-site and management of our small&medium business for the benefits of PLM based on product development; the impact on the performances of management, which is the key objective of the existence of enterprises. In conclusion, the answers for these questionnaires shows positive perception of actual work-sites and managers for the PLM system. They agree some useful effects on shortening the term and downsizing the cost of product development due to Data integration and Process management, even if they have not full confidence on the effectiveness of the individual functionality of the PLM system.

새로운 컴퓨팅 패러다임으로 대두되고 있는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있는 인터페이스 기술로 RFID가 이미지 기반 태그 등을 들 수 있다. RFID의 경우 여러 개의 태그를 인식할 수 있으나 태그의 존재를 모르는 사용자에게 혼동을 초래할 수 있고 이미지 코드만을 사용했을 때는 패시브 태그로 적송시간에 화물확인시간을 단축하기 어렵고 위치추적시에 액티브적인 요소가 없어 불편함을 가져올 수 있다. 그러므로 업무프로세스에서 인식거리 및 사용자 편의를 위한 액티브적인 요소가 요구되는 위치추적 및 신속한 입력을 위한 운송부문에 RFID를 사용하고 적품 여부를 확인하는 부분에 패시브적인 태그를 사용하여 유리한 점을 하나로 묶은 듀얼 태그 인터페이스를 제안한다. 이는 모든 운송자원을 파악하고 자원의 효율적인 활용을 통해 변화하는 환경에 신속하게 대응할 수 있는 인프라를 구축할 수 있으며 원재료의 수급에서 사용자에게 물품을 전달하는 과정에서 자원과 정보의 일련의 흐름을 관리하는게 가능하게 될 것이다.

생산, 연구개발, 디자인, 마케팅, 재무관리 등 기업의 주요 기능이 지리적으로 전 세계에 흩어져 있는 글로벌 기업에 있어서 기업 전체를 관리하고 통제하는 일은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 특히, 어떤 글로벌 기업은 표준화된 글로벌 업무 처리 프로세스를 전 세계에 공통으로 적용하기를 원하는 반면, 어떤 글로벌 기업은 ERP를 이미 지역별 공장에 구현한 상태에서 글로벌 통합 ERP시스템을 구현하고자 하는 상황에 있다. 본 논문은 첫째, 글로벌 ERP 아키텍쳐 설계와 선택에 있어서 고려해야 하는 환경 요인과 내부 요인들에 어떤 것들이 있는가 살펴보고, 둘째, 이러한 요인을 고려하여 가장 적절한 글로벌 ERP 아키텍쳐를 구성하는 프레임워크을 제시하고자 한다. 글로벌 기업의 통합 ERP 구축 사례, 솔루션 업체에서 제공하는 권장 안, 기존 논문에서의 분석 결과를 참조하여 전략 프레임워크을 제공하고자 한다.

e-비지니스환경에서의 SCM의 성공적인 추진을 위해서는 우선 e-business 전략과 Supply Chain 관리 전략의 상하 연계, 조직측면에 있어서의 경영자의 변화에 대한 혁신 능력과 리더쉽, 조직 구성원들과의 비전 공유, 저보기술(IT)을 활용한 보다 차별화된 서비스가 제공되어야 한다. 본 연구는 C기업의 사례로 통해, 기존의 SCM 기법에서 정보기술(IT)의 급속한 발달과 인터넷의 급속한 보급, 그리고 e-비지니스의 등장으로 인하여 경영환경의 변화라는 새로운 패러다임 하에서 다수의 경쟁기업, 정보 네트워크시스템 기반에서 보다 효과적으로 기업과 고객에게 대응하기 위한 기업의 구체적이고 실무적인 전략 측면에서 다루어 보았다는 데 그 의의가 있다. 소비재, 생활용품에 있어서 보다 빠른 납기, 보다 전문적이고 다양화되고 있는 고객의 욕구를 충족시키기 위해 제조기업 측면에서 어떻게 기존의 조직구조 및 업무 프로세스를 혁신 할 것인가를 실제 사례를 통하여 연구함으로써 동종 산업체나 또는 기업의 실무자들에게 있어 큰 도움이 될 것이다.
