지금까지 해양사고 관련 조사보고서와 연구결과를 살펴보면 선박승무원의 피로가 업무수행능력에 밀접하게 영향을 미쳐서 인간과실을 유발하게하고 결국 각종 해양사고가 발생한다는 사실을 확인할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 해양사고와 선박승무원의 피로도와 인과관계를 파악하고 분석하기위한 국내외 관련 연구동향 및 그 결과들에 대한 고찰을 하고자 하였다. 이를 기반으로 향후 선박승무원의 피로도를 관리하고 완하할 수 있는 체계적이고 합리적인 방안을 마련하고 최종적으로 충돌, 좌초 등과 같은 각종 해양사고를 예방하는데 기여하고자 한다.

대한설비건설협회 본회는 건설진흥사업 외에 기술 가스진흥사업, 회원봉사 및 조사사업, 정보화 사업, 기획 관리사업, 홍보사업 등 다양한 사업활동을 함으로써 설비건설업계 발전에 견인차 역할을 당당하고 있다. 본지는 지난해 12월호부터 전국 13개 시 도회를 대표하여 설비건설업계의 발전 및 위상강화, 회원사의 권익보호 등을 추진하고 있는 본회에 대하여 소개하고 있다. 이번 호에는 월간 "설비건설" 발간과 대외홍보 업무를 맡고 있는 편집부를 소개하며, 이번 호로 대한설비건설협회 본회 탐방을 마친다. 그동안 대한설비건설협회 시 도회 탐방과 본회 탐방에 많은 관심을 가져주신 독자 여러분께 감사드린다.

최근 선원피로도는 해양사고를 유발하는 요인으로 알려지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 선원피로도에 대한 현황을 이해하고 파악하기 위하여 설문조사를 실시하였고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 그리고 분석결과를 기반으로 선원피로도에 대한 완화 및 관리방안에 대하여 논의하였다.

ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning : 전사적 자원 관리)란 생산, 판매, 자재, 인사, 회계 등 기업의 전반적인 업무 프로세스를 하나의 체계로 통합 및 재구축하여 관련 정보를 서로 공유하고 이를 통해 신속한 의사결정 및 업무 수행이 가능하도록 도와주는 전사적 자원관리 시스템이다. 본 연구에서는 ERP 소프트웨어의 분야의 기반 기술을 조사하고 ERP 소프트웨어 사용성의 품질평가 메트릭을 개발하였다.

The objective of this study is to suggest the utilization of educated dental hygienist as the solution to the problem of supply and demand in dental clinics that has been brought up recently. Through document research and National Health Personnel Licensing Examination Board homepage, we estimated the number of dental hygienist and the condition of employment as well as gotten a grasp of the current activities carried out by dental hygienists. Furthermore, through discussion of researchers, suggested reform bills to guarantee and extend the work of dental hygienists as well as to train dental assistant. The findings were as follows: As the result of the estimation of dental hygienist, in the year 2009, two dental hygienists structure will be formed in each dental clinic. Currently the practice ratio of non-law activities of dental hygienists is high and in order to increase the practical use of dental hygienists, there is a need to reform bills that guarantee and extend the work of dental hygienists. In order to train new labors, there is a need for cautious consideration to distinguish the activities of existing trained labors, reforming of bills, and considering from various other sectors. From present point of view, solving the problem of existing trained dental hygienists, researching for the plan of utilizing dental hygienists and carrying it into practice must be the priority.

A defect dispute surrounding an apartment building is in constant trouble, a defect consulting is necessary that objective and impartial for solving a defect. The defect dispute about a defect lawsuit is conducted in the order that filling of lawsuit, consulting order, defect inspecting, estimating a repairing cost, writing a consulting report, submitting a consulting report, and decision by court. Of these, a step of defect inspecting is extensively investigated an occurred defect that each defect index and type from each part and place. At this time, it is collected of many data and created many information. For this, it need to organize and manage. The study is a modeling of field investigation work process that second phase of defect inspecting step. A literature study is defined a work until level 2. This study is defined the work until level 3 to 4. In addition, the modeling can do for using a job name, a place to job, a job to do, and a person concerned about defect consulting case. The modeling is expected a contribution of improving a defect consulting process and systematizing a judgment standard.

Safe navigation is closely related to the fatigue of marine officers. Also, the fatigue of duty officer can cause serious marine accidents. In this study, the documentary survey about the marine officers' working environments, fatigue factors and symptoms was conducted. And the questionnaire survey which is related to the fatigue analysis factors such as sleepiness, mental physical workload and alcohol for apprentice officers was carried out, and the results of questionnaire survey were analyzed. Lastly, on the basis of this study, the fatigue analysis model was suggested in order to assess the marine officers' performance in the future.

오늘날 우리사회는 컴퓨터기술과 통신기술의 발달로 인하여 정보사회로의 이행이 급속히 진전되고 있으며, 기업들은 치열한 경쟁에서 살아남기 위하여 정보기술을 이용한 경영혁신에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 정보기술의 급속한 발달에 따라 정보시스템의 기능이 조직의 내부에서 점차적으로 조직외부의 고객과 공급자 그리고 경쟁자 등으로 그 초점이 이동되어가고 있는 실정이다. 기업조지간에 통신망기술로 연결하여 정보를 교환하는 조직간정보시스템(Interorganizational System : IOS) 은 산업의 구조를 변화시킬 뿐만 아니라 , 기업에 잠재적 경쟁우위를 제공하는데 중요한 역할을 수행한다. 조직간정보 시스템이 특수한 형태인 전자자료교환(Electronic Data Interchange : EDI) 시스템은 표준양식에 의한 기업간의 거래문서를 전자적으로 컴퓨터와 컴퓨터간 통신 네트워크에 의해 교환하는 것으로서, 기업간 정보거개의 혁신적인 개선과 업무절차의 간소화에 의한 생산성의 향상 및 업무의 효율성 증대 등 획기적인 성과를 가져온다. 본 연구의 목적은 EDI 시스템의 성공적 구현에 영향을 미치는 주요요인에 대한 중요도 순위를 설문을 통하여 조사하고자 하는 것이다. 우선 EDI 시스템의 개념을 살펴본후, EDI 시스템구현의 성공요인에 대한 선행연구들을 고찰하고, 선행연구에서 도출된 주요요인들을 연구자별로 분류하여, 본 연구에서 조사하고자 하는 요인들을 설정한다. 다음으로 EDI를 이용하고 있는 국내기업의 70여개 기업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하고 본 연구에서 조사하고자 하는 19가지 주요요인에 대한 중요도를 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다.

국가지리정보체계의구축및활용등에관한 법률(이하 NGIS법)에 따라 국가GIS의 효과적인 구축 관리 및 활용을 위하여 기본지리정보가 구축되고 있다. 기본지리정보는 국가공간정보기반으로서 기본이 되는 데이터이며, 법적 근거에 따라 중첩활용이 가능해야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기본지리정보 중첩활용성 제고를 위하여 지리정보 중첩활용에 대한 수요를 조사 및 분석하였다. 설문 응답자는 민간기업이 38.2%로 가장 많았으며, 교육기관, 정부투자기관, 연구기관, 중앙행정기관, 지방자치단체의 순으로 조사되었다. 기본지리정보 활용목적은 기술관련 업무용으로 가장 많이 사용하였으며, 연구관련 업무용, 부가가치생산용의 순으로 나타났다. 기본지리정보 활용 우선순위는 교통분야가 가장 높았으며, 지적분야, 공간영상분야, 지형분야의 순으로 나타났다. 기본지리정보 상호간 중첩활용수요는 교통분야가 가장 높고, 지적분야, 공간영상분야, 지형분야의 순으로 나타났다. 기본지리정보 상호간 중첩활용 수요에 있어서도 '교통-시설물' 중첩활용수요가 가장 높았으며, '행정구역-교통', '행정구역-지적', '행정구역-시설물' 등의 순으로 나타났다. 기본지리정보 중첩활용을 위한 요구사항을 1순위부터 5순위까지 조사한 후 가중치를 부여하여 합산한 결과 데이터품질이 가장 높았으며, 데이터포맷, 데이터모델, 데이터구축지침, 데이터생산사양의 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 수요조사 결과를 기반으로 향후 기본지리정보 중첩활용성을 제고하기 위한 시범구축 등을 수행하여 사용자의 수요를 만족시킬 수 있는 상호호환성이 확보된 기본지리정보의 공급이 요구된다.

This study was conducted to evaluate the perception and satisfaction of undergraduates majoring in culinary arts and food service with working and internship abroad. The responses of the participants to 10 questions regarding perception and 13 questions regarding the importance and satisfaction with working and internship abroad were measured on a 5 point Likert scale. The primary results were as follows : 1) The subjects were composed of 50.9% male and 49.1% female students, of which 42.1% were employed and 57.9% experienced an internship abroad. 2) Most students went abroad to gain experience with respect to various foreign cultures in response to recommendations by the western cuisine department. 3) The items "I wish to conduct my affairs continuously"(M=4.21) and "I have good relationships with my colleagues at work"(M=4.11) received the highest points from male and female respondents, respectively. 4) Male students considered "cooperation among divisions"(M=4.11), "language skills"(M=4.38), and "kitchen environment"(M=4.34) to be very important. However, female students believed that "language skills"(M=4.36),"social relationships"(M=4.21), and "wage income"(M=4.18) were most important. Furthermore, male students were most satisfied with "company size" (M=4.28), "kitchen environment"(M=4.21), and "business hours"(M=4.10), while female students were most satisfied with "kitchen environment","incentive"(M=4.14) and "social relationships"(M=4.11).
