As the construction sites are far from the construction site offices, the construction workers perform work on the sites with a variety of reference books and materials. This inconvenience may lead to construction accidents, and as such, the demand for mobile app development for simplifying work is increasing. Therefore, in this study, the trends of mobile research and mobile app development, and their application to the construction field were investigated to develop a mobile app that would help construction workers process their work. Based on this, mobile services applicable to construction sites and work process improvement plans were proposed. To apply the proposed work process, the functions of the existing construction project management system were improved, and a mobile app that could be used in both the Android and iOS environments was developed.

This study is a cross-sectional descriptive survey done to identify the relationship between job stress and fatigue in operating room nurses. Data were collected by surveying 124 operating room nurses who were working in operating rooms at two advanced general hospitals and five general hospitals in G city in the province of C, and the survey was conducted by questionnaires. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The level of job stress and fatigue were 3.64(0.45), and 3.46(0.60). In case of job stress in operating room nurses, there was statistically meaningful difference according to hospital type, and their fatigue levels showed statistically meaningful difference according to types of hospital, work motivation, and subjective health condition. There was positive correlation(r=0.47, p=<.001) between operating room nurses' job stress and fatigue. Therefore, this study has significance in the respect that it identified the relationship of job stress and fatigue in operating room nurses, and it will be used as the basis to develop job stress intervention program for operating room nurses.

This study investigated hospital EMT' scope of work perceived by emergency medical service providers by surveying 122 emergency medical service providers working at university hospitals in Daejeon and Chung-nam in order to provide basic materials for improving EMT' roles and legal regulations related to their works and enhancing the quality of emergency medical services. According to the results of this study was $3.23{\pm}0.67$ for the 40 items surveyed, which was somewhat higher than average. By area, job awareness was highest for trauma care, which was followed by hospital phase and breathing assistance, and lowest for medication. In order for emergency medical service providers to recognize hospital EMT' works, first of all, EMT need to carry out their jobs and roles faithfully. Therefore, educational institutions should provide substantial education programs. What is more, legally clear definitions should be made on the job of EMT, and campaigns and monitoring should be made continuously for EMT.

The 2017 Pohang earthquake left us with issues related to long-term repair and restoration from massive earthquake damage. The existing Earthquake response manual was insufficient to consider the flow of earthquake disaster work and the characteristics of long-lasting earthquake disaster. Accordingly, It is important to analyze and record how to earthquake response work was carried out during the Pohang earthquake. The functions that require the most work and manpower in the event of an earthquake disaster were emergency life stabilization support, facility emergency recovery, and energy functional restoration. As a result of analyzing the difficulties and problems of disaster response by function, it was found that the prevention and preparation for damage in advance was insufficient for each function. In conclusion, we subdivided the response step applied with the concept of time and presented the overall work flow process for thirteen collaboration functions. It is expected that this result will help disaster managers to work effectively in the event of a large scale earthquake.

Safety accidents on the construction scene can cause serious accidents, that take worker's life, and as the government has been making great efforts to reduce industrial accidents, the role of safety managers closely related to accidents at construction sites is becoming important. However, job stress is high due to excessive workload and inefficient work managed by safety managers in the current construction safety management system. So, it is necessary to improve and simplify the work contents. The main purpose of this study is to identify and improve tasks that need improvement and simplification of inefficient tasks, obtained through expert opinions and surveys on the level of difficulty and prevention effect of tasks in the safety manager's working stage, by using 2×2 Matrix analysis techniques. Therefore, this study will ultimately contributes reducing the occurrence of safety accidents on the construction scene.

Building supervision can be defined as a major task that involves managing and supervising the construction process to support the creation of high-quality results. To successfully perform supervision work, it is necessary to collect various information generated in uncertain field conditions, but today, supervision is performed based on documents such as reports, so there are limitations in collecting information. In fact, it has also been reported that the recent collapse of an apartment building in Korea was caused by limitations of information communication in th supervision work. Accordingly, this study analyzed the types of digital technologies that can be used to improve the efficiency of building supervision work, and presented the prioritized application of them. Priority application was quantitatively evaluated using analytic hierarchy process on data through a survey. It is expected that the results of this study can be used as basic data to set the roadmap of digital technology for building supervision in the future.

This study aims at understanding in detail the process of constructing database from outsourced cataloging by investigating the actual conditions of university libraries nationwide regarding the outsourcing of cataloging processing that are being carried out in technical processing. And librarians' opinions about the cataloging inserted by outsourcing companies are considered and revised in depth. Also the degree of understanding of outsourcing company staffs regarding the cataloging is investigated then compared to that of library processing staffs and the difference is analyzed. Coupled with that, degree of understanding about CIP of National Library of Korea and functionality of reference cataloging of Korea Education & Research Information Service(KERIS) is investigated, thus the future directions to which technical processing of library should move forward are presented.

In order to reduce the possible quality problems in the construction stage. This research will develop a quality management support tool based on Mobile BIM. In order to develop the tools of this study, the procedures of domestic quality management work were analyzed, and 12 functions were derived to solve the existing problems, and the process of mapping checklists by work type and BIM model objects was performed. Finally, through the questionnaire survey on the usefulness of the tool in the actual field, the possibility of props in actual supervision business is verified.

This study aims to investigate and analyse the present of state and matters of technical services outsourcing in academic libraries. For the purpose summarized methods for outsourcing from reports and papers, suggested principal outline of outsourcing and developed quality control program of catalog. This study also surveyed several academic libraries in outsourcing and analyzed features and related issues of the operation of outsourcing. The results of this study can be refereed to the plan and implementation of technical services outsourcing in the future.

The purpose this study is tend to consider the direction and policy making when the libraries make a decision of outsourcing with the analysis of the application experiences of outsourcing in the academic libraries (including junior college libraries). The research method of this study is questionnaire technique with the theoretical search. The results of the study are as follows: Libraries which experienced outsourcing are satisfied with the results. The subject of the outsourcing are most focused on the cataloging. The efficiency rate was high when the library staffs was participated in the implementation of outsourcing. And respondents answered that the lack of professionalism of vendors which made the outsourcing difficult and reference work is impossible to outsource in the near future.
