본 논문은 유류관리 문서를 수작업으로 행하던 것을 데이터베이스 시스템을 이용하여 최적화된 전산 작업 환경을 사용자에게 제공하는 유류 통합 관리 시스템이다. 이 시스템은 수작업으로 하던 업무를 개선, 전산환경에서의 유류 관리프로그램을 이용하여 효율적인 업무 처리를 지원하며, 인력비용 감소와 오류수정을 가능하게 한다. 그리고 체계적인 거래처관리와 다양한 입/출고 관리 등의 기능을 제공해준다. 아울러 모든 메뉴를 풀다운 메뉴 형식으로 구성하여 사용자가 쉽게 사용할 수 있어 유류관리 업무 효율성을 높일 수 있도록 하였다.

구조해석 및 설계분야에서의 컴퓨터 이용은 이미 일반화 되어 수많은 프로그램들이 개발되어 사용되고 있다. 70년대 초에 SAP, NASTRAN 같은 범용 해석프로그램이 개발되어 보급되면서, 구조해석 및 설계업무에서의 컴퓨터의 이용은 확산되었다. 이제는 국내의 소규모의 용역회사나 설계사무소에서도 컴퓨터를 이용하여 구조해석 및 설계를 하는 것이 상당히 보편화되었다고 할 수 있다. 구조해석 및 설계에 사용되는 컴퓨터프로그램은 SAP, STRUDUL 같은 대형 범용 프로그램에서부터 특수한 구조물을 해석 또는 설계하기 위하여 개발된 전용 프로그램까지 매우 다양하다. 또한 수많은 프로그램들이 개발되었기 때문에, 자기에게 당면해 있는 문제를 해결하기 위하여 기존의 프로그램 중 어떤 것을 선택하는 것이 가장 효율적인 것인가, 또는 새로운 프로그램을 개발해양 하는 것인가를 결정하기 어려운 경우가 많다. 이러한 관점에서 국내에서 현재 사용 또는 판매되고 있는 구조해석 및 설계용 프로그램의 현황을 조사하여, 그 결과를 정리하였다.

A computation program has been developed for automatic data processing in the calibration process of gamma survey meter. The automatic processing program has been developed based on Visual Basic. The program has been coded according to steps of calibration procedure. The OLE(object linking an embedding) Excel automation method fur automatic data processing is used in this program, which is a kind of programming technique for the Excel control. The performance test on the basis of reference data has been carried out by using the developed program. In the results of performance test, the values of calibration factors and uncertainties by the developed program were equal to those obtained from the reference data. In addition, It was revealed that the efficiency and precision of working are significantly increased by using the developed program.

중소기업이 업무 통합 시스템인 ERP패키지를 구입하여 이를 자사에 커스터마이징하는 비용은 과도하다. 본 논문에서는 스프레드시트 수준에서 처리하고 있는 중소기업의 업무를 통합하여 신속, 원활하게 수행할 수 있는 ERP수준의 전산시스템을 웹에 기반하여 설계하고 구현한다. 먼저, 각종 업무에서 사용되는 스프레드시트를 분석하여 통합 데이터베이스를 설계/구축하고, 구축된 데이터베이스와 연동을 갖는 업무 관리프로그램을 설계/구현한다. 개발된 시스템은 각 업무간에 완벽한 통합성을 제공하고, 인터넷상에서 사용 할 수 있는 장점을 제공한다.

차세대 원자로 설계개발에 사용되는 설계전산코드에는 원자로 계통설계, 주요 기기설계등을 포함하여 약 440여개에 달한다. 이들 전산코드에 사용되는 프로그래밍 언어는 FORTRAN, COBOL, C/C++를 비롯하여 BASIC등 그 종류가 다양하다. 특히 개발된 주요 설계코드들이 구동되는 플랫폼은 그 종류가 훨씬 다양하여 같은 유닉스를 기반으로 한 프로그램도 H/W 제작사에 따라 전혀 동작되지 않음은 물론 심지어는 같은 제작사라하더라도 서로 다른 OS를 가지는 경우에는 사용할 수 없게 되어있다. 이들 원전설계전산코드들이 갖는 안정성 및 신뢰성, 유니크한 보안특성을 어느 정도 인정한다. 하더라도 향후 이들을 유지보수하거나 성능향상을 꾀한다든지 이들과 어울리면서 새로운 전산프로그램을 추가 개발하려고 할 경우 여러 가지 예기치 않은 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 최근 인터넷의 확산과 더불어 각광을 받기 시작한 JAVA는 이것이 갖는 특유의 객체지향성, 플랫폼 독립성 및 견고성, 이식성등으로 견주어 볼때 이를 향후 원전 설레코드의 개발에 적용할 경우 매우 이상적일 것으로 예상된다. 더구나 원전설계와 같이 고도의 기술집약적이면서도 여러 설계관련사가 대응되는 다원화된 업무구조를 갖는 경우 다양한 플랫폼을 지원하는 JAVA 프로그래밍이야 말로 최선의 선택이라 할 수 있다.

To support the second step of Land Information System building, we are studied about the way of image(included map, document) input, computerization way of cadastral map and the program development which can efficiently carry out the application and update of the constructed digital data. The final object of this study is in raising the efficiency of the cadastral-map computerization, building an accurate DB and its speedy, efficient application. Because the program which was developed in this study is designed to fit the Cadastral Affair Computerization, the integration of the each division's affaires is possible. Because of it, we can raise the specialization of the works and we can reduce time and cost to build Data Share System and cadastral digital data.

정보기술의 발전과 인터넷 보급이 급격히 확산됨에 따라 일반 사용자뿐만 아니라 취학 연령 이하의 아동부터 장애인 및 고령자에 이르기까지 많은 사람들이 인터넷을 이용하여 각종 정보를 얻고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 현재 웹 환경에서 운영되고 있는 사이트들을 살펴보면 디자인 및 프로그램의 기능적인 요소에만 중점을 두고 비(非) 표준화로 구축되어 있어 신체적이거나 기술적으로 장애가 있는 사람들이 콘텐츠를 이용하는데 많은 불편함이 따른다. 본 연구에서는 장애인뿐만 아니라 모든 사용자들의 편의성 및 접근성을 고려하여 W3C 및 국내에서 제정한 웹 표준을 기반으로 기업의 대표적인 업무 프로그램인 전자결재시스템을 설계하고 구축한다. 본 시스템은 기업 내 외부에서 업무를 처리하는데 아무런 제약 없이 사용할 수 있도록 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

기하형상이나 엔지니어링에 관한 정보를 3차원 모델기반으로 다루는 BIM기술은 기존의 2차원 도면작업들에 비해 업무의 효율성이나 신속성, 비용측면 등에서 많은 이점을 제공할 수 있어 건축계획 및 설계, 엔지니어링, 시공, 유지관리, 에너지분석 등 건설산업의 전 분야에 활용되고 있다. 본 논문은 BIM용 프로그램들간에 정보교환을 위해 사용되는 건물의 국제표준 정보모델인 IFC 파일로부터 구조해석을 위한 건물형상모델을 자동으로 구축하기 위한 방법을 제시하고, 실제 구현한 프로그램으로 적용사례를 보여준다.

A computerized Community Health Posts information system was developed in 1991 by Yonsei University, College of Nursing and disseminated to more than four hundred Community Health Posts. The content of was published in the journal, The Korean Nurses in 1995, volumne M, number 4. Successful adoption to the computer program is related to many factors, such as personal factors and environmental factors. For the computer program to succeed it must be significantly related to the users and therefore it is necessary to analyze these related factors. This study describes the status of the utilization of computer programs in Community Health Posts and analyzed the factors related to utilization of the computer program. Of the 801 community health practitioners, 656 responded and data were analyzed using SPSS computer programs. Responents were from six provinces and about 85% had been working as CHPs for more than five years and 84.1% had graduated from a community college. Of these 656, 42.1% had a computer and about 60% had funding aid from the community or government. The percentage using the community health post's computer program was 22.3%. Community health practitioners were most often using the following content of the computer program : treatment activities (65.5%). medication management(53.5%). counselling and education(46.4%). bookkeeping(39.5%). chronic disease management (28%), and insurance billing(15.9%), The factors which were significantly related to the computer utility were degree of support from province, years of working. and age. The Community health practitioners who had more support from the province. who had fewer working years. and were younger used the computer program more frequently.
